@O2 due to recent issues would get changed 31st. Then 1st of April no access to any network/no numbers working (new number wasn’t working and the old one she was getting changed over to wasn’t working) so phoned 02 and waited nearly 2 hours to get through and was told 24 hours

Hi anyone at @O2, that’s the third time in three weeks I have had someone contacting my number stating to be from O2 and offering me 40% discount on my bill for being a great customer. All I need to do is tell them the one-time code that they get O2 to send me.

@O2 There is nowhere on your website or on correspondence a customer service phone number where this can be sorted. That is frustrating. To issue default notices when the account is net clear is a disgrace. Please DM with a phone number where I can resolve this.

This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

@O2 is the most atrocious customer service ever. Yesterday @O2 went through the motions of responding. Then went quiet. Today, on 3 occasions, calls to O2 have just simply terminated. One promise of email instructions did not materialise. They haven't a clue. Seriously.

Ni'm heading to @O2 shop to cancel the WiFi hub. Touch and go whether I cancel the phone which is due for upgraded anyway. Not the first time I've had difficulty with O2 and no sensible access to customer service.

Hey @O2 any idea why someone added £7.50 a month insurance to my account? This wasn't requested and I don't require any as my phone is nearly 3 years old. If it breaks or dies I will just get a new one. Please refund or I will make a complaint.

@O2 Day 80 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

Burned through £20 of PAYG credit on hold to @O2 desperately trying to report a stolen phone. Took a break from an hour of hold music after website stated 24 hr support, called back & RoboReceptionist cheerily told me they're open 8am-9pm. That's an interesting defintion of 24hr.

@virginmedia I switched to my new @O2 SIM on Tuesday, but my old number has still not migrated across. @virginmedia had my PAC code on Saturday and said it would be automatic. Can anyone help?
