    @O2 There is nowhere on your website or on correspondence a customer service phone number where this can be sorted. That is frustrating. To issue default notices when the account is net clear is a disgrace. Please DM with a phone number where I can resolve this.

    This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

    Ni'm heading to @O2 shop to cancel the WiFi hub. Touch and go whether I cancel the phone which is due for upgraded anyway. Not the first time I've had difficulty with O2 and no sensible access to customer service.

    @O2 Network down and signal intermittenance in KA18 area due to malfunctioning mast, have registered my postcode for updates. This has happened before and I'm wondering, if it's the same mast as the last time. 🤔 #O2NetworkDown

    @O2 due to recent issues would get changed 31st. Then 1st of April no access to any network/no numbers working (new number wasn’t working and the old one she was getting changed over to wasn’t working) so phoned 02 and waited nearly 2 hours to get through and was told 24 hours

    Hey @O2 any idea why someone added £7.50 a month insurance to my account? This wasn't requested and I don't require any as my phone is nearly 3 years old. If it breaks or dies I will just get a new one. Please refund or I will make a complaint.

    Hi anyone at @O2, that’s the third time in three weeks I have had someone contacting my number stating to be from O2 and offering me 40% discount on my bill for being a great customer. All I need to do is tell them the one-time code that they get O2 to send me.

    @O2 is the most atrocious customer service ever. Yesterday @O2 went through the motions of responding. Then went quiet. Today, on 3 occasions, calls to O2 have just simply terminated. One promise of email instructions did not materialise. They haven't a clue. Seriously.

    Currently roaming for free in the USA 🇺🇸 with @O2. Never have I experienced such slow internet in my life! Last time I was here I roamed with @EE and it was so much faster! Why is your international roaming so awful, O2uk?

    @O2 why am I being charged o2 travel when roaming and data has been off since the 4.8.22 leaving the uk.The staff in the o2 shop explained the procedures to following before reaching my destination yet you are still trying to charge me for a service I have not used or asked for!

    @alisonbcoleman @O2 Complain agsin using BBCWatchdog and Which magazine tags, 10 months plus of terrible data speeds. Need to get thdm to admit the networks got issues. Then they lie to you when you talking to them.

    @O2 Network Update: Catherine Dr, Galston KA4 8BU, UK Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. Happening too often now , hope my bill shows a discount for the loss of service again or I'll be looking elsewhere for a reliable provider, get it sorted 👍
