    @O2 due to recent issues would get changed 31st. Then 1st of April no access to any network/no numbers working (new number wasn’t working and the old one she was getting changed over to wasn’t working) so phoned 02 and waited nearly 2 hours to get through and was told 24 hours

    @O2 I understand that you're trying to help. But I'm paying money for 4G. I shouldn't have to downgrade to 3G. Other providers from my understanding do not have this issue. But the same people on o2 have same issues as me.

    Genuinely annoyed that the contact between @O2 and @CPWTweets has ended, I actually made the point of changing from o2 direct to o2 under carphone warehouse because how poor the customer service was at @O2.. For the first time in 10 years I may be swapping network next year

    @O2 why did my refund for Apple Watch cover apparently go onto my O2 account, rather than back into bank & this months payment that you had twice take up to 7 days to be repaid to me!! Close to losing a customer
