Then 1st of April no access to any network/no numbers working (new number wasn’t working and the old one she was getting changed over to wasn’t working) so phoned 02 and waited nearly 2 hours to get through and was told 24 hours

There are no service centres here in Scotland to take the phone to. There is clearly an known issue that has affected many p30 pro users after updates. It would appear to be firmware.

For example, I get signal in north London, but never inside the emirates due to the amount of people. The map shows satellite covers that area.
