The network I worked for as much as there were processes to follow things were mostly left to us to decided the outcome as we were top teir complaints.

They failed to provide the service I renewed my contracts for, then turned it into a catalogue of poor advice, broken promises, endless delays and a complaints process that doesn’t even work. Today I’ve experienced doc upload, payment, app login, chat, form failures, spent 60 minutes on hold today and still no resolution. Awful customer service. Unacceptable!
