If you requested to cancel and they have notes confirming this and they didn't do it then the issue is theirs to fix and refund. I used to be customer relations for a different mobile network.

Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.

That is frustrating. To issue default notices when the account is net clear is a disgrace. Please DM with a phone number where I can resolve this.

Didnโt want to leave but it just got to the point where it was regularly unusable on my travels. Iโm now using a MVNO which uses EE and itโs just so much better for half the price too.

If the bundled broadband package was cancelled then this should have included the SIM. I never used the SIM, never put it in a phone, never held it in my hands!

The thing that made me suspicious was that insurance department wouldnโt call to tell me my sim was getting disconnected as thereโs different departments.
