    @kellyxxxkelly @O2 Mine started working this morning. That's what I got told in store last weekend. I'd activated the esim correctly but the start date of the watch was down as today.

    @O2 hi, I find it hard to locate the calendar ~ the one with different doors you open on-line and their are different offers each day? Everytime I leave the app then go back I find it next to impossible to locate?? Any tips?? Links?? I have no issues with anything else.

    @apakula @O2 I can't speak for them personally, however most contract T&Cs do state that after the minimum term ends its up to the customer to make contact and give notice. If its been years and you've not been looking at your bank then it's not their fault. Partial refund as goodwill maybe.

    @O2 My phone hasn't physically broken. It's faulted, as many other P30 pro users have experienced after an update. I need the use of my phone. This is a fault due to Huawei.

    @O2 It's blurry from 1x to 5x. Anything under and over works. The super Macro works. Huawei have said its a known issue they are trying to resolve via update/patch. Tried all resets. I now have a contract phone I bought for the amazing camera being useless.

    Very frustrating that after being a loyal customer of @EE for over 25 years the best deal they can do me is ยฃ73 a month for the new iPhone 17 when @O2 can me the same deal for ยฃ57 a month. Loyalty means nothing these days ! ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @O2 hi, iโ€™ve been going through the online process to order a new phone and tariff and half way through iโ€™ve had a blank page after submitting an upfront payment. The payment has gone through but i canโ€™t complete the next steps. Can you help?

    @O2 why am I paying a fortune a month for a service that is non-existent? Data NEVER works. I have to be connected to the internet via WiFi to be able to use the internet. Disappointed as Iโ€™ve been an O2 customer for over 10 years.
