    I wish this was a dream but... Has anyone else been told by @O2 that the reason their new @SamsungUK phone which was due to be delivered tomorrow is no longer in stock because the manufacturer wants to check overheating and sound issues before sending? No? Just me?

    @O2 I'm still not able to make recieve calls on my new watch. I activated the esim but the watch is still showing as emergency calls only. Not connected to network.

    @o2 absolutely shocking customer service... overcharged on bill by nearly ยฃ1800 and been trying to get money back. O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.

    @O2 had a contactless payment amount come out of my account at ยฃ15.30 and the transaction is listened as โ€œday to day O2โ€.... what is this !? Never seen it before - am I being thick?

    @O2 hi, I find it hard to locate the calendar ~ the one with different doors you open on-line and their are different offers each day? Everytime I leave the app then go back I find it next to impossible to locate?? Any tips?? Links?? I have no issues with anything else.

    @O2 5G is garbage, whenever my phone picks up a 5G signal (normally in Glasgow) the performance drops like a stone!

    @O2 @1stSimona I warned you O2 what was happening, fix it or @Ofcom will definitely be investigating. People cannot access their accounts. Zero access just a loop of virgin O2 flavoured ****

    @O2 Why when I google O2 am I confronted with a Virgin login page. I am, for my sins signed with Virgin for broadband, when it works itโ€™s ok. When it doesnโ€™t, itโ€™s a similar nightmare. Same impossible log on procedure, MI5 levels of security I just want access to my emails and bills.

    @O2 @DarkSabers2013 Nearly 48 hours later and u still have not resolved the issue. Took you 36 just to respond itโ€™s absolutely shocking and nothing to do with being busy. Respond to dm asap and get this sorted immediately
