Today, on 3 occasions, calls to O2 have just simply terminated. One promise of email instructions did not materialise. They haven't a clue. Seriously.

There are no service centres here in Scotland to take the phone to. There is clearly an known issue that has affected many p30 pro users after updates. It would appear to be firmware.

Been with them 9 years always paid insurance and now put in a claim told next day but they can't offer next day and I have to pay ยฃ90 excess for a service they can't offer, so then 3/5 working days 5th working day?????
