Then 1st of April no access to any network/no numbers working (new number wasnβt working and the old one she was getting changed over to wasnβt working) so phoned 02 and waited nearly 2 hours to get through and was told 24 hours

There are no service centres here in Scotland to take the phone to. There is clearly an known issue that has affected many p30 pro users after updates. It would appear to be firmware.
