@O2 hi, I find it hard to locate the calendar ~ the one with different doors you open on-line and their are different offers each day? Everytime I leave the app then go back I find it next to impossible to locate?? Any tips?? Links?? I have no issues with anything else.

@o2 absolutely shocking customer service... overcharged on bill by nearly £1800 and been trying to get money back. O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.

So @O2 was told last Tuesday account would be refunded in 72 hours, that expired 74 hours ago... can't get hold of customer services as line says "we tried to get hold of you but were unable to do so, don't worry we will try again" and hangs up on me...

@O2 customer service is a joke! Just want to pay off my device plan.First 2 attempts I was hung up on,3rd attempt saw me transferred to 3 different advisors,each went through security&then said they couldn’t help. 30 minutes later the final advisor was WFH&also couldn’t help 🙄
