Per Hammer (@perhammer) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 Had to call 202 in the end, but they sorted it straight away. Sadly it seems itโs a well known problem: tariff upgrade gets a default data bolt-on, not the iPhone flavour, causing VVM to fail. Adding the iPhone bolt-on fixes it almost instantly. Sorted now, until next time.

โ โฅ ElectroFox โฅ โ (@TheElectroFox) reported@Joff_L @O2 They also see fit to charge existing customers upfront costs when trying to upgrade and dont budge on any of it, forcing you to customise your tariff and making it down to ยฃ10 as the lowest amount, which then raises the overall cost and then has you dropping down a tariff later.

Uswitch SIM only deals used to be open to existing customers who were renewing at the end of their contracted period, but you stopped that last year. Why? The deals you offer existing customers arenโt great in comparison to the Uswitch offers. Fortunately for me, I managed to renew several of my O2 contracts via a Uswitch link the day before you pulled the plug. Youโve since had the nerve to hit us with a higher than advertised April price increase, in spite of Ofcomโs rules. When Iโm next up for renewal, unless you can do me a really good deal thatโs on par with the price comparison offers, I may very well take my business elsewhere, after 27 years of being a customer.

Still no answers and still no airtime plan for my watch. Customer service is rubbish.
