The network I worked for as much as there were processes to follow things were mostly left to us to decided the outcome as we were top teir complaints.

Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 I would usually explain to the customer how our terms made it clear it was customers responsibility to end contract and also ofcom etc also advise customers to check banks accs regularly and monitor DDs. Then offer a max of 12 months refund as gesture of goodwill and close acc.

O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.

Iโm unable to change plans as the change tariff link breaks with โtoo many redirectsโ. I can create a new plan, but that wonโt let me keep my number. O2 customer services, donโt bother replying. Thereโs nothing you could do to salvage your reputation in my eyes.
