    So @O2 was told last Tuesday account would be refunded in 72 hours, that expired 74 hours ago... can't get hold of customer services as line says "we tried to get hold of you but were unable to do so, don't worry we will try again" and hangs up on me...

    @apakula @O2 I can't speak for them personally, however most contract T&Cs do state that after the minimum term ends its up to the customer to make contact and give notice. If its been years and you've not been looking at your bank then it's not their fault. Partial refund as goodwill maybe.

    @O2 I understand if they are busy, but closing the chat without even giving a chance to explain is not customer service. The advisor just assumed things and closed the chat

    Just had to increase my @O2 data allowance cos my @virginmedia is so bad my phone switches to mobile data all the time.

    @drewsy92 Thatโ€™s very disappointing such a large network giving you such poor service for the money youโ€™re paying monthly honey x. What can you do to assist @O2 ? Itโ€™s certainly giving me food for thought as Iโ€™m thinking of getting a new mobile contract over next few months!

    @o2 doing some testing as Iโ€™m looking at joining your network. In the postcode PA1 2AB - 4G signal but no data through put to network. Can you check this issue and if there is a resolution?

    @O2 Had to call 202 in the end, but they sorted it straight away. Sadly it seems itโ€™s a well known problem: tariff upgrade gets a default data bolt-on, not the iPhone flavour, causing VVM to fail. Adding the iPhone bolt-on fixes it almost instantly. Sorted now, until next time.

    @O2 - Been trying to sort out 2 fraudulent accounts that has been open in my grandparents name! It's been over a month and I'm still not being helped. What a joke of a service. Store allowed 2 fraudulent accounts to be open and don't care to help, customer service not interested

    @O2 It's blurry from 1x to 5x. Anything under and over works. The super Macro works. Huawei have said its a known issue they are trying to resolve via update/patch. Tried all resets. I now have a contract phone I bought for the amazing camera being useless.

    @O2 My only christmas present I actually want this year is to move to a new phone provider. O2 I have been a dedicated customer to you for years. However I have come to the end of my patience with paying money for zero signal. K thanks.

    @O2 Iโ€™ve recently moved from Sky Mobile to O2, I canโ€™t believe O2 actually charge you for sending MMS messages in 2026, 87p a message. Bear in mind Sky piggy back off of O2, Iโ€™ve never been charged for MMS.๐Ÿ˜ณ ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Have I made a big mistake moving to O2?

    @O2 my phone number was disconnected on Thursday and was reassured numerous times it would be reconnected within 24 hours. 3 days later and it still isnโ€™t reconnected. Iโ€™ve been advised to call 202. How when the network is still disconnected?! Very disappointing service!!!
