Sadly it seems itβs a well known problem: tariff upgrade gets a default data bolt-on, not the iPhone flavour, causing VVM to fail. Adding the iPhone bolt-on fixes it almost instantly. Sorted now, until next time.

Then 1st of April no access to any network/no numbers working (new number wasnβt working and the old one she was getting changed over to wasnβt working) so phoned 02 and waited nearly 2 hours to get through and was told 24 hours

O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.
