-
Cathcart Boy (@cathcartboy) reported from Newton Mearns, Scotland@O2 is the most atrocious customer service ever. Yesterday @O2 went through the motions of responding. Then went quiet. Today, on 3 occasions, calls to O2 have just simply terminated. One promise of email instructions did not materialise. They haven't a clue. Seriously.

-
Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@drewsy92 That’s very disappointing such a large network giving you such poor service for the money you’re paying monthly honey x. What can you do to assist @O2 ? It’s certainly giving me food for thought as I’m thinking of getting a new mobile contract over next few months!
-

-
Cathcart Boy (@cathcartboy) reported from Newton Mearns, ScotlandNi'm heading to @O2 shop to cancel the WiFi hub. Touch and go whether I cancel the phone which is due for upgraded anyway. Not the first time I've had difficulty with O2 and no sensible access to customer service.
-
Kelly Cook 🏃♀️🚴♀️🍺💙🏴🇬🇧 (@zippy30) reported from High Blantyre, ScotlandBloody @TalkTalk down again and my phone internet with @O2 absolutely terrible
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 Well O2 systems are all automated. People don't sit and monitor accounts. If you requested to cancel and they have notes confirming this and they didn't do it then the issue is theirs to fix and refund. I used to be customer relations for a different mobile network.
-
Cathcart Boy (@cathcartboy) reported from Newton Mearns, Scotland@O2 There is nowhere on your website or on correspondence a customer service phone number where this can be sorted. That is frustrating. To issue default notices when the account is net clear is a disgrace. Please DM with a phone number where I can resolve this.

-
Stuart Maun (@MAUNConsulting) reported@O2 Hi there. Was there any resolution to this? I never actually received my email for the Greggs Sweet Treat I won last week, and nothing showing. Have I gone from a 'winner' to a 'loser' :o( - Hopefully there will be some way you can track it - sent my details last week on DM
-
Morgan 🇾🇪💫 (@Morgan7MJ) reportedSignal just gets worse and worse in the UK, in Chester train station atm and what used to work not too bad isn’t working at all and I’m on 4G full bars and nothing is loading or working. It’s pretty bad considering a place like Chester @O2
-
Vinod SK (@vinzthinks) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 It is shameful , utterly irresponsible that UK has one of the worst quality of infrastructure.. across Europe , Asia , it is vastly superior including countries as India where usage is so high ..this has to be priority #1 especially as you throw down the drain money on HS2 etc
-
AB (@socksandaphone) reported@O2 Following link on priority for Sienna Spiro Manchester 02/03 and keep getting Ticketmaster page saying presale is happening now, but no option to buy. Same for other artists. Want to try and get Muse tickets tomorrow. How can I resolve the issue. No VPNs, blockers etc used.
-
🇺🇦 Clive Davies #FBPE 🔶🇬🇧🇪🇺🇭🇰 (@CliveDaviesUK) reported@O2 There’s really no point as nothing ever changes! And when Virgin Media goes down (which happens far too often) I have zero means of communication. The price hike was the last straw really - time to move to another provider.
-
Emma - Cymru am Byth 🏴🐋💜 (@spot5) reported@O2 seventh day without a signal at work. No phone, no Internet, nothing, due to a problem with a mast. Please get it sorted, we are really fed up
-
Angelo Micciche (@Micci1988) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Im always having to go on flight mode and off again just to get network coverage.
-
Chris (@Chris94501165) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Tom, cell masts use this thing called electricity. Essentially O2 are underpowering them due to the cost of energy. The bad news for you is that the cost of Net Zero is increasing those energy costs. Who enshrined it in to law? Secondary order consequences are a thing...
-
The Blasted Cat (@RobbieTwts) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE We increasingly have 650 elected officials in Westminster more interested in chasing personal glory on matters overseas than attempting to resolve domestic issues
-
Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported@AndyFurnival2 @TomTugendhat @O2 It was better when there were fewer mobile devices competing for the same signal.
