GreenImp 3.5% 🏴🏳️🌈 #FBPE (@CarrieG979) reported from Newmilns, ScotlandHey @O2 any idea why someone added £7.50 a month insurance to my account? This wasn't requested and I don't require any as my phone is nearly 3 years old. If it breaks or dies I will just get a new one. Please refund or I will make a complaint.
-
Ray McCreath 💙💛 (@raymccreath) reported from Hamilton, Scotland@o2 absolutely shocking customer service... overcharged on bill by nearly £1800 and been trying to get money back. -
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 My phone hasn't physically broken. It's faulted, as many other P30 pro users have experienced after an update. I need the use of my phone. This is a fault due to Huawei.
-
𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐰 𝐌𝐜𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 (@MatthewMcLister) reported from Renfrew, ScotlandIs @O2 down in Glasgow? No reception after several resets.

Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 Support had suggested clearing caches, deleting data, restarts etc. All tried. All failed. There are no service centres here in Scotland to take the phone to. There is clearly an known issue that has affected many p30 pro users after updates. It would appear to be firmware.

Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@siward77 @HuaweiMobileUK @O2 I was thinking that. O2 are being sympathetic but beyond that no offers of any help. Huawei appear to still be in denial. Posted on their fb page and they replied and deleted my comment.

-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 Perhaps I've experienced both sides of the situation as a customer and an employee dealing with such things. The network I worked for as much as there were processes to follow things were mostly left to us to decided the outcome as we were top teir complaints.
-
Cathcart Boy (@cathcartboy) reported from Newton Mearns, Scotland@O2 PS I have been a loyal customer for around 12 years.
-
Cathcart Boy (@cathcartboy) reported from Newton Mearns, Scotland@O2 I'd be very wary of @O2. Deals are good but in my experience customer service is atrocious
-
Johnny Main (@ajohnmain) reported from East Kilbride, Scotland@O2 Hi, just wondering if there are any monthly contracts for less than 36 months as seems to be the norm on your website. I don't want to be tied in for 3 years so looking for a shorter contact or will leave you after 20 years of being a customer. Thanks.

Stuart Maun (@MAUNConsulting) reported@O2 Hi there. Was there any resolution to this? I never actually received my email for the Greggs Sweet Treat I won last week, and nothing showing. Have I gone from a 'winner' to a 'loser' :o( - Hopefully there will be some way you can track it - sent my details last week on DM
-
Sarah Ludford 🇬🇧 🇮🇪🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@SarahLudford) reportedIt’s not just ‘recently’ @O2. @TomTugendhat is absolutely right that your mobile coverage in London is consistently poor. I have found it better in rural Spain than in ‘London, Global City’. Perhaps @MayorofLondon could direct his £7m PR spend to mobile infrastructure instead?
-
Mark “Beaker” Bate (@BeakerBate) reported@RobertClark87 @TomTugendhat @O2 Not just O2, they’ve never recovered from the Huawei removal…..Dorset is a disaster zone.
-
Desmond Mansfield (@des_mansfield) reported@worstall @O2 @vodafone Oligopolies can still be bad.
-
Quelpanama (@Quelpanama) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yet another issue where we have to think back to Tom’s time in Kabul liaising between MI6 and the SAS. Apparently sitting behind a desk in a building yards away from a communication mast he got a good signal. So heroic!
-
Skylier (@ebamsky) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 You're right. O2 should be the worst. I've used Three (more of coverage than quality problem) which was fair, I've recently ported to EE-based provider from O2.
-
BrawdyHawk (@BrawdyHawk) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Never mind, once the new uber Embassy at Royal Mint Court is up & running there will be many more Cells popping up & coming on stream to help with harvesting all the data whizzing around our Capital. Perhaps you'll be able to tether onto some of these, just be aware of spoofs!
-
Bloatee (@Bloatee1) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I don’t see the problem.
-
MB (@markbishopuk) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Root cause is captured regulation. Your party had 14 years to fix it
