    @O2 hi, I find it hard to locate the calendar ~ the one with different doors you open on-line and their are different offers each day? Everytime I leave the app then go back I find it next to impossible to locate?? Any tips?? Links?? I have no issues with anything else.

    @o2 doing some testing as I’m looking at joining your network. In the postcode PA1 2AB - 4G signal but no data through put to network. Can you check this issue and if there is a resolution?

    Trying to switch a number from an @O2 account to a new @O2 account in my daughter's name is proving impossible. Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.

    @O2 the customer service at the Ealing Broadway branch was an absolute disgrace. Further on from my previous tweet, I paid the bill over the phone and was told that the cancelled excess claim charge would be lifted removing any bars on my phone- lasted a day…

    @BBCWatchdog Any help? Ordered S22 Feb14 & whilst now told the phone is finally in stock, am also told the offers promised with the deal cannot be fulfilled as past the expiry date, despite me chasing the phone for almost 3mths!a £250+ loss for me! Breach of contract? @O2

    @smalltimedread @O2 @O2liverpool Yes it turned up around 3 weeks ago. I also got my Buds. You should still be able to claim the buds if you preordered it on Feb 14th. The buds offer is made from the Samsung website not directly O2 Definitely speak to someone. I'd prob ring customer services, stores not to blame.
