    @O2 What is the repairs process? I need my phone for banking etc, how would I go about getting a replacement? I'm happy with the phone apart from. This issue. As a long term o2 customer I'd expect a little help.

    went to #onblackheath & #SummerSessions gigs & both times @O2 signal terrible, uses up most of data trying to send a text.Think time change

    @O2 Me too because I'm paying for a premium camera phone that can't be properly used as a camera phone. Worst experience in over 10 years of being an o2 customer.

    @o2 absolutely shocking customer service... overcharged on bill by nearly ยฃ1800 and been trying to get money back. O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.

    @siward77 @HuaweiMobileUK @O2 I was thinking that. O2 are being sympathetic but beyond that no offers of any help. Huawei appear to still be in denial. Posted on their fb page and they replied and deleted my comment.

    @O2 still nothing from you regarding my wifeโ€™s lost fone (3 weeks now) & still ringing out on helpline (Over 30 mins then cuts out) this is beyond shoddy for a network provider..we only need verified proof that her fone/SIM card were blocked!!!!

    Hey @O2 any idea why someone added ยฃ7.50 a month insurance to my account? This wasn't requested and I don't require any as my phone is nearly 3 years old. If it breaks or dies I will just get a new one. Please refund or I will make a complaint.

    @O2 Had to call 202 in the end, but they sorted it straight away. Sadly it seems itโ€™s a well known problem: tariff upgrade gets a default data bolt-on, not the iPhone flavour, causing VVM to fail. Adding the iPhone bolt-on fixes it almost instantly. Sorted now, until next time.

    @O2 what an absolute joke of a service. Set up a payment plan and pay it on time just to be repeatedly disconnected. Speak to payment management 3 times in 1 week to make sure you donโ€™t get barredโ€ฆ.and yet again , services barred!

    I wish this was a dream but... Has anyone else been told by @O2 that the reason their new @SamsungUK phone which was due to be delivered tomorrow is no longer in stock because the manufacturer wants to check overheating and sound issues before sending? No? Just me?

    @O2 I understand that you're trying to help. But I'm paying money for 4G. I shouldn't have to downgrade to 3G. Other providers from my understanding do not have this issue. But the same people on o2 have same issues as me.

    @O2 due to recent issues would get changed 31st. Then 1st of April no access to any network/no numbers working (new number wasnโ€™t working and the old one she was getting changed over to wasnโ€™t working) so phoned 02 and waited nearly 2 hours to get through and was told 24 hours

    Dear @O2 please do some QC on your telephone service team on 08009777337. Almost completely unintelligible. Singaporean{?) accent so thick it needed many, many repetitions. "Thankyousomuchforthat" after my every answer extremely irritating. v frustrating

    @O2 We have NO coverage at all. It is causing problems with our alarm system. People working in the house and garden canโ€™t make calls. It seems particularly bad in and around our house. Can an engineer please come to inspect?

    @olive_blacklab @O2 Not ideal. Iโ€™m sick of it. Theres next to no reception at mumโ€™s on any network, and at home I show 5G but data never works and calls are poor quality.

    Finally after 4 weeks someone contacts me @O2 and we agree compensation for the problems that I have and the money is to be put back into my account within five working days and guess what? Youโ€™ve put it on a credit on my account. You canโ€™t even get that right.
