  • FitzerOfGlasgow Niall Fitzgerald (@FitzerOfGlasgow) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@O2 I joined O2 this week and encouraged my wife to do the same. You have now screwed up her number port causing havoc in her business, damaging her livelihood and causing upset to vulnerable family we care for. Advisors just make baseless promises and lie when we call. #Fail

  • takeyermoney Pedro Casterville (@takeyermoney) reported from Johnstone, Scotland

@o2 what is going on with your signal in the PA5 area. Johnstone and Elderslie have almost no data connectivity. It used to be good and it’s just gone downhill.

@O2 Trying to clarify an issue with my account. My O2 is no help, and your phone lines are equally useless. What am I supposed to do?

  • scoobyhugh8 Hugh Toner (@scoobyhugh8) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@O2 the service is rubbish how do I go about cancelling the contract

  • MatthewMcLister 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐰 𝐌𝐜𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 (@MatthewMcLister) reported from Renfrew, Scotland

Is @O2 down in Glasgow? No reception after several resets.

  • steve5424 Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@apakula @O2 Perhaps I've experienced both sides of the situation as a customer and an employee dealing with such things. The network I worked for as much as there were processes to follow things were mostly left to us to decided the outcome as we were top teir complaints.

  • steve5424 Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@apakula @O2 I would usually explain to the customer how our terms made it clear it was customers responsibility to end contract and also ofcom etc also advise customers to check banks accs regularly and monitor DDs. Then offer a max of 12 months refund as gesture of goodwill and close acc.

  • Tamus1314 Thomas Allan (@Tamus1314) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

Been on hold trying to get through to @O2 customer services. ‘In a queue’ for nearly an hour. Shambles.

  • AMontguire Andrew Montguire (@AMontguire) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@O2 Need help with an account can’t speak to a agent on live chat as online says customer service is open until 10pm however when calling up seems not

  • FitzerOfGlasgow Niall Fitzgerald (@FitzerOfGlasgow) reported from Barrhead, Scotland

@O2 Contacted O2 several times now. Different timescale given each time. 'Another team will investigate and get back to you'. Meanwhile the damage to our business and family life gets worse. Wish we had never heard of O2

  • steve5424 Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

@O2 hey guys. I have a Galaxy S20+ 5G from you that I got in June last year. Since yesterday the volume down button has been feeling soft and spongy and no longer clicks all the time. What can I do about it?

  • Shazzermc94 sharonm (@Shazzermc94) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

Been on hold with O2 now for 48 mins @O2 customer service isn’t great today!

  • steve5424 Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@apakula @O2 I can't speak for them personally, however most contract T&Cs do state that after the minimum term ends its up to the customer to make contact and give notice. If its been years and you've not been looking at your bank then it's not their fault. Partial refund as goodwill maybe.

  • steve5424 Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@apakula @O2 Well O2 systems are all automated. People don't sit and monitor accounts. If you requested to cancel and they have notes confirming this and they didn't do it then the issue is theirs to fix and refund. I used to be customer relations for a different mobile network.

  • steve5424 Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@kellyxxxkelly @O2 Mine started working this morning. That's what I got told in store last weekend. I'd activated the esim correctly but the start date of the watch was down as today.

  • steve5424 Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@O2 I'm still not able to make recieve calls on my new watch. I activated the esim but the watch is still showing as emergency calls only. Not connected to network.

  • MrShortFry Christopher (@MrShortFry) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

    @O2 network issues test

  • H0raceWimp Iain Montgomery (@H0raceWimp) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@O2 I have just investigated your Volt benefits. According to your site, I'm not eligible because @virginmedia isn't available at my address. I'm sending this on their WiFi, having been a customer with them and predecessor companies for about 20 years.

  • Tamus1314 Thomas Allan (@Tamus1314) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@O2 what an absolute joke of a service. Set up a payment plan and pay it on time just to be repeatedly disconnected. Speak to payment management 3 times in 1 week to make sure you don’t get barred….and yet again , services barred!

O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AdamAKnight Adam Knight (@AdamAKnight) reported

@O2 The 3 month trial of Uber One on the O2 Priority app says it's already been used, would you be able to help at all?

  • ammmie ★Amy★ (@ammmie) reported

@O2 can someone help me with how to sign onto an account. I can’t use the help page because I can’t get into app either

  • WillHeslop84 William Heslop (@WillHeslop84) reported

@O2 All customers should go elsewhere, shocking service - doubt I’ve ever used priority in my 15+ years and the 1 time I’d bite the whole system fell apart

  • GregDean5 Greg Dean (@GregDean5) reported

@O2 Seriously? Your customer service is abysmal! You continue to take my money knowing full well you are not providing the service i pay for! Maybe i charge you for breaking my contract terms and conditions?

  • services_handy Handy Services (@services_handy) reported

@O2 You must of predicted that demand would be very high. Yet your website crashed, very funny that. I personally believe it was all a publicity scam. I wasted over a day trying to get tickets. My contract is up for renewal next month I will definitely be moving to another network.

  • williamseivwrig william j seivwright (@williamseivwrig) reported

@O2 I, like many other O2 customers are angry. Might as well call it O2 non priority. Maybe we should all cancel our network provider and go with one of O2s competitors. They might do something about their app then, especially as they allow touts to buy in bulk to screw the fans

  • RobCoombs74 Rob Coombs (@RobCoombs74) reported

@lisajaneloves @O2 Exactly what I say ,can't run a network and give people what they pay for, let alone try and sell tickets for huge events .Sort it out o2 ,supply decent network coverage and let tickets be sold out through the big boys ,not the wannabes

  • crazy4dslr Aidas Mrg (@crazy4dslr) reported

@O2 Stop with you network tips. You need to do something and not us. Everyone who is using 4g with O2 around Westminster Abbey have same issue. No internet most of the time. FIX YOUR MASTS! We can see and track mast on the building but still no internet.

  • AndyAndroidPCW Andy Hunter (@AndyAndroidPCW) reported

@Poppy90D10 @O2 @peterkay_co_uk Well if you're going and not reselling the tickets I don't have a problem and enjoy the show. Its just I found way too many tickets on the resale site indicating lots of people just wanting to make a quick buck Considering the tickets don't officially go on sale until Saturday

  • DanielT51305696 DanielT (@DanielT51305696) reported

@angelak2271 @O2 Touts had no problem. Time everyone ditched O2. Bankrupt the turds.
