Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@MartinSLewis It’s all well & good when your not mid contract Martin. This is why I like @O2 - I can change my price plan once every 30 days up or down :-) the only network I believe that allows you too bar sky mobile. The only network to let you pay a device off & cancel contract too :-)

@O2 I ordered a pay monthly phone on 30/12, received it yesterday. PAC code was provided, today customer service tells me no notes about it and I have to wait till Monday (2 working days) after 5.30 pm. I was waiting for 25 mins before call was answered, lousy service.

.@ThreeUK has offered THE worst customer service today. Passed from 1 idiot to another and fobbed off at every opportunity. They don't listen to customers, just try and get rid of them as soon as they can. Time to move to @O2 or @EE by the looks of it.

@O2 and have since spoke with virgin media, as most o2 staff do not know anything at all about their services, products, settings, etc.. just to get the help needed, to look at settings, see that the esim had been blocked by o2, and then transferred....

@O2 Day 53 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
