Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

As an @O2 customer I am appalled at the way my 77 year old Father in law has been treated by you. After phoning Virgin Media to get his contract sorted he has been sent a SIM card for O2 and signed up to a contract he didn’t ask for. Taking advantage of an elderly man!

@virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

@O2 @O2 I have been waiting to be connected to a manager for almost 2 hours. In total it’s been 7 hours since I was connected to the chat this morning, including 4 separate assistants. Not the best customer service or the best way to spend a Sunday!

If you're an @O2 customer and are about to be screwed by their 11.7% price hike - let them know - customer pressure can maybe get movement on this - no ones income is going up by 11.7% - O2 are screwing loyal customers over here and they can step back from this.
