Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@O2 Day 130 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff I don't know what the glitch is, it just fails to process. Your own cust service team don't know either - I tried twice both, times they promised a call back because they were unable to identify the issue. Both times you failed to contact me so why should I stick with you?

@O2 Went all the way to my next city yesterday to arrange a change in phone, only to get there and be told there wasn’t anything they could do as system upgrades were happening, and at random, numbers weren’t being recognised as customers…Mine being one! 😠 Not great service!

@O2 Not doubtimg you but different to the info given by your chat service and store (Brent Cross) yesterday. To confirm changing my tariff today but not upgrading will move to a plan where the RPI scheduled for Apr 23 has already been factored into the monthly price of the new plan?

@badassscotsman @O2 They sent me a new SIM telling me I'd have to call to activate it. Then proceeded to deactivate my old SIM the day the new SIM was sent out leaving me without a signal for over 1 1/2 days. Gotta be a huge issue to make that sort of mistake.

@VMO2News @O2 @UswitchUK I don't know who needs to hear this but whatever happens NEVER EVER EVER use o2 as a service. I pay 30£ a month for unlimited Internet and the service is not working!!! Customer service will gaslight you or not respond at all!!! Probably this comment will be uploaded tomorrow...
