Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 Ahh that would explain it, you’ve taken a mast down. It says you are boosting other masts, but do you know when this will be complete?

  • MichaelBratley Michael Bratley (@MichaelBratley) reported from Bracebridge Heath, England

@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

  • MichaelBratley Michael Bratley (@MichaelBratley) reported from Bracebridge Heath, England

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

  • fionatogher Fiona (@fionatogher) reported from Lincoln District, England

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

  • damokins82 Damian Kinsella (@damokins82) reported from Carlton on Trent, England

Hi @O2 I’d like to sort out my signal issues before I fully commit to o2 for another 2 years. I’m having odd issues with my data, and network coverage at home & out & about. I’m using a Samsung Galaxy A50. I have noticed something odd, while trialling sky mobile I’m the same

  • chrisbrandrick Chris Brandrick (@chrisbrandrick) reported from Lincoln District, England

@kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

  • Pogit Richard Adams (@Pogit) reported from Lincoln District, England

@O2 @virginmedia Thanks I’ll look into what multi-sim plans you have but the reason I left was due to poor family, multi user based tariffs.

  • glitch_walker Gary Watts 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇺🇳🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️♻️ (@glitch_walker) reported from Lincoln District, England

I'm currently having an incredibly distressing experience trying to cancel an @O2 sim-only contract, where I've left in the 14 day "change your mind period" and been told multiple times I won't be charged. Then received a warning a £500 bill is overdue.

  • Carlton_head Becky Malam (@Carlton_head) reported from Lincoln District, England

@O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

@virginmedia @O2 How is it that some Virgin Media customers are receiving cakes, so as to celebrate the new partnership? Shouldn't every Virgin Media & O2 customer receive a cake? Or is it the case, that customers have to be influencers/famous people?

@Mitz__P @virginmedia @O2 Very doubtful. I was hoping virgin would use the O2 network so I can atheist use data service but since using 5G sim cannot get data at all in loads of areas. My son the same yet my wife and other son who are on 4G sims work fine..

@castlerock965 @O2 Weird. With Apple Pay no signal is required as it’s the device that is recognised & any link is via the terminal.
