  Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

  @O2 hi my mum recently purchased a moto g9 play and chose the option to move her original number to her new phone. We put in the new sim on Saturday and have been turning it on/off to see if the sim will activate but it still says SIM not provisioned? Please help!

  @O2 Been asking for why noone even told me there was a change on my issue and only fobbing off with "someone will call back after 24hr. Several agents told me on 18/19 March they could do refund on an early payment was then told its a lie all I want is an answer 2/2

  Seems to be a really poor signal with O2/Giffgaff in the north Nottinghamshire lately. Only seems to be recent though. Any reasons @O2?
