It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@virginmedia Doesn’t matter ! You still have the most appalling customer service . After 10 years as a customer - I can’t believe I spent 5hrs between online chat and on the phone to resolve a simple issue . Volt responsibility is clearly a ping pong ball between you and @O2 So disappoint

@colin_maddocks @O2 Bud, they dont update the usage in real time on the app. The number they gave me doesnt work. I was aware of the MB/£ but not that I was using alot data. It's like having a leak and not knowing about it. Your water company will understand and not charge you for every drop.
