@O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@O2 Was having problems with the O2 priority website this lunchtime. Could not activate the offers using the Samsung browser, did finally manage to get the offer code with Chrome. Very slow through both. Kept getting "there is a problem" error message.

@O2 This has been an ongoing issue for nearly 2 years. I've been told to change my phone settings which made the problem worse. I can't make or receive calls IN MY OWN HOME unless I go outside. Absurd!!!!

Hi @O2 we generally get very good service is most places, but there are two towns nearby (Hempstead and Rochester) where both me and my wife’s O2 phones show strong 4 or 5G signal, but little or no data connection. Too many users on one mast?
