@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@O2 Message I received via status checker: "Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it". Its been almost 5 hours. What are you doing about this?
