It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@O2 help. I’ve had an awful experience . I’ve been with you for 20 yrs and about to cancel. You sent me a damaged like new handset and 2 weeks later and 8phone calls it’s not sorted.I’ve made a complaint and had no response and been promised calls backs and they dont call.
