@O2 absolutely appalled by your customer service! And refund that has not arrived after waiting the requested time. Customer service agent was rude at the very end.

@O2 please help. Loyal customer trying to cancel contract belonging to misplaced / unused phone. Waited in queue for 1 hour and 8 minutes. Music stopped, phone rang then cut out. Back to square one. How do I cancel ?

@O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

@O2 I spent hours on chat to your advisers trying to cancel my phone contract and was told it was all done. I started a new contract with another provider and now suddenly I have been started on a new o2 tariff??? Help!

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@O2 Tried everything. (Apart from trying SIM in another phone). Previously if ever ‘SIM not working’ flashed up all I had to do was switch phone on/off. Not this time. Help!

@O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

No one ever go with @O2 they're an absolute disgrace. Their fraud team are embarrassing. Gave my passport and proof of address, yet they refuse to help me further still. 2 months my UK sim card has been blocked. Disgrace! Can't access my online banking because of them

@crazydodo79 @O2 Completely agree! I get mostly 3G in a lot of locations and it doesn’t work whatsoever. If I wasn’t locked into a contract I’d leave. Looks like many others are having the same problem.

@O2 Why bother. I have done all this. My sister is on o2 and you gave some spiel about mast maintenance. Fact is that o2 has preformed poorly for years now. My job requires a good data signal to send job sheets, and to be honest, most days it's a real drag.
