Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

@O2 your customer service needs looking at I contacted them at 7.40pm about an order,I went through security etc, then to be put on hold just before 8.00pm then to be cut off as you close at 8.00 can't contact again till tomorrow evening

@O2 3 calls to you to buy a@£1200 iPad. For a customer with 5 accounts and trying to get a good deal, you certainly take the piss. Cut off once, put on hold for 30 minutes second time and messed about the third. Think its time to move all my business. #o2
