Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

SB (@simonbrown001) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Networks share infrastructure the networks are under invested. Buy a new phone from the network pay 70-80 a month even after phones paid off. They were minted not anymore. Most people I know including me buy a phone & pay 10-15-20 quid a month no contract

Paula (@Paula24Paula) reported@O2 trying to cancel my mums phone contract who has gone into a nursing home with dementia to be told you need to speak to mum. I explained again my mum has dementia to be told will need power of attorney. Your staff are so insensitive at such a difficult traumatic time.
