@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@O2 Fair enough, looks like I missed that when taking it the offer as it is quite buried in the Ts and Cs and not exactly phrased too well. Pushing out the six month free offer at the same time as the £2 discount didn't exactly help. I won't be the only one caught by this.

How the hell can a phone network be so poor? Again sat in work and getting 0.4mb on 4g @O2 Best bit? Colleagues around me on @VodafoneUK are getting around 55mb. Both using the same shared mast. And again - out in Liverpool centre - 1.3mb. @o2 Action? - fobbed off again.

@O2 I’m so unimpressed that if I ever get connected again or god forbid actually get to speak to an agent I will be switching phone providers. What is the point of paying if I don’t get service!!
