VOTE (@ZoeThomas1204) reported from Guildford, EnglandI have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.
-
Harry Robertson (@HarryRobertson5) reported from Bracknell, England@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!
-
Harry Robertson (@HarryRobertson5) reported from Bracknell, England@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

-
Olivia Khwaja (@oliviakhwaja) reported from Sunningdale, England@O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

I'm still waiting for a reply to my DM that I sent you over an hour ago (about the length of time I wasted on the guru chat service!!)
-

O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Chris M Pattinson (@ChrisMPattinson) reported@Morgan7MJ @O2 The service in the UK is appalling now. The bandwidth is not big enough to support the number of subscribers on all networks. Vodafone is bad also especially in London
-
Claire Louise (@clairew930) reported@O2 please can you advise why your app never seems to work anymore when trying to view bills or make payments. It’s become a joke since you merged with Virgin
-
Ellie (@EllieMBond) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE They are probably using the same masts. It is a lack of masts that is the problem. No one wants them in their backyard but everyone wants good coverage.
-
Ysbyddaden (@Ysbyddaden2) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I can't get a signal. I blame the cycle paths. Pathetic.
-
Nick Booth (@nicknickster) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Exactly. They all share one network of masts now so no-one has an incentive (or an ability) to provide a better service
-
ᗪᗩᐯE (@Jaxstad) reported@O2 Tried doing that before… that didn't help me either
-
Lord Runcible (@SonOfRuncible) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Those poor people of Dulwich, what did they do to deserve that.
-
GabbyT (@Soddem_Hall) reported@likesretirement @TomTugendhat @O2 And we wonder why the Tory government never managed to fix anything! 🙄
-
Thom Watson (@thomwatson) reported@O2 @RealToffeeCelt No you’re wrong in Selby I’ve had to buy an EE virtual sim to put alongside my O2 because there’s barely any data signal. As soon as my O2 contract is up I’m off chaps. Have been with you 15 years almost and it’s become so much worse.
-
Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.
