@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@tescomobile It’s gone back to E (edge) You’ve done all you can. It’s now either the software update from @AppleSupport or despite claims on the @O2 website the mast is still no good. O2 aren’t responding, and Apple won’t acknowledge that others have signal problems after the update.

Here's my best tech tip, at whatever cost avoid @O2 as a phone carrier, I've worked closely and don't have any faith in them as reliable service. Customer care won't answer and messed up a handset of a family member by assigning a number that wasn't asked for.
