    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    @GorillaoJustice @O2 My phone is 5G and I’m lucky to get one bar signal. Never used to be like that with my previous iPhone . Yes Vodaphone!

    @O2 unable to log into my o2 online to upgrade. Password etc is correct, but it’s not loading the page on numerous devices. Is there any known issues?

    Have had 1 bar of @O2 signal for most of this year, funnily enough when I tested the signal strength back in July the signal jumped to a MEGA 2 bars momentarily. #NoServiceHere

    @AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

    @O2 you would be concerned to know how many times I have thrown my phone at the wall because I can’t get through to your customer service support 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯!!! That bloody machine cannot understand what I say!!! How do I get through to customer service 😤😤🤯

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @nirave @O2 Yup, the last person I spoke to was the only one interested and to be fair she couldn't apologise enough...It was only because of her service that I didn't ask for my PAC...I'm only using it as a back-up second SIM in my Pixel 6 Pro

    @O2 have honestly the most complicated and frustrating customer service I think I’ve ever come across. Seems the only way to contact them is on chat through app, then options are limited with no way to ask about anything outside of them & then they never answer anyway?!

    @O2 dreadful customer service, fraud team never contact you I've been waiting 42 days, quick enough to send me 8 debt letters though!! 2 complaints put in told response within 5 days again no one gets back to you. DM tell you how sorry they are they'll esculate it still waiting

    @SteveyAsp @O2 They are F*IN USELESS. My email to the fraud team is a 7 paragraph rant that is also copied to every o2 executive email address. You know the best bit? This whole account is only DAYS old – what an utterly garbage company, no wonder they sold cos they were screwed otherwise.
