    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @NathFerguson @O2 @O2 having the same issue purchasing an Apple Watch Ultra 3 since my new phone arrived. Tried placing an order online but again the upfront payment wasn’t working. Tried the chat option but was told to call. Tried calling and was palmed off saying I couldn’t make an order!?

    @EE extremely poor release for the new Iphone 17. What was the point in a pre order when you cant uphold the delivery times on the day of release? Also the lack of webchat - takes forever to get through for an update. Feel like cancelling the order and going with @O2

    @officialgarymc @EE @O2 Yes I agree. Just spoke to EE customer service who’s quoting 28 days 0 stick from Apple. Taking orders and not having stock on a release date is unforgivable. Tempted to cancel my order.
