    @scotts_camera @O2 @Ofcom Yes my boyfriend is in the exact same position, can't call or text or receive calls or texts even wifi calling which he should have doesn't work

    @O2 you would be concerned to know how many times I have thrown my phone at the wall because I can’t get through to your customer service support 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯!!! That bloody machine cannot understand what I say!!! How do I get through to customer service 😤😤🤯

    @AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    Have had 1 bar of @O2 signal for most of this year, funnily enough when I tested the signal strength back in July the signal jumped to a MEGA 2 bars momentarily. #NoServiceHere

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @GorillaoJustice @O2 My phone is 5G and I’m lucky to get one bar signal. Never used to be like that with my previous iPhone . Yes Vodaphone!

    Anyone had any experience of fraud phone contract through @O2 ? I found one in my name that’s causing issues with mortgage applications and O2 are being less than useless in managing it. For a coms company it’s near impossible to contact them.

    @O2 My partners phone is fine and she is on a different network so we are having to use her phone for simple things like Google maps. Not the first time I’ve complained about this, maybe time to look elsewhere

    @o2 Placed order for my upgrade, website says "delivery within 1 week". Email "we've got news on your order" states "your order is out of stock" but no advice how to amend said order? Please help; my Huawei blew up on Monday and my backup Xperia has 12 hours' battery at a time.

    @O2 Fixed the issue!! You’re having a laugh. It’s no different - not one bar of signal. I live in a large housing estate just outside Maidstone. I’ve had better signal in the middle of nowhere in Cape Wrath.

    @O2 My partner @dwayne_illo has received a shocking lack of customer care after he reported a fraudulent account in his name. Three months of waiting for fraud team to contact him and now problems with our mortgage application with the ‘debt’ on his record - @MarkEvansO2 HELP! 🙏

    @O2 I know how to back up and restore but how do I reset network settings? I have told it to forget the network I should add but I am assuming you don't mean that.
