@O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

@O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

Have had 1 bar of @O2 signal for most of this year, funnily enough when I tested the signal strength back in July the signal jumped to a MEGA 2 bars momentarily. #NoServiceHere

I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

Either my phone is misreporting the strength of the 5G signal or @o2 have backhaulled the mast with wet string as was speed testing at 12 Down 2 up. I suspect it's seeing a weak 5g Subcarrier but reporting the signal of the main LTE carrier

@O2 masts currently down in the midlands. Been told it can take up to 10 days to fix meaning temperamental signal for the foreseeable 🙃 baring in mind the mast in my area has been down for 2 years, doesn’t fill me with much hope. Not quite sure what I’m paying for at this point

@O2 So many issues trying to upgrade over the phone with you. I'm aware everything is a little harder as people are working from home but that was a needlessly stressful hour of my life! And now I have to pay extra to be able to charge my new phone! 🤬

@alexjones2018 @O2 I was asking them to match the offer I’d found elsewhere. I still didn’t find out after all that time if they would!! Phone is broken and won’t turn on and apparently I can’t upgrade unless I can access a verification message from them!
