    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @GorillaoJustice @O2 My phone is 5G and I’m lucky to get one bar signal. Never used to be like that with my previous iPhone . Yes Vodaphone!

    I'm still waiting for my £49 which you took twice @TalkmobileUK so in all £98 you owe me after taking the money for an 'Upgrade' which you declined. So happy to be on a mainstream network now with @O2 happy with their service.

    @O2 I would like to understand why my outgoing calls been barred for over a week now even though I have paid for the service. As a loyal O2 customer since 2006, why am I being ignored ? And why does it take so long to fix this issue ??
