@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

@O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

@O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 placed an order with you only to be told the item is now out of stock. Can't cancel it on MyO2, can't log in for a chat because apparently that takes 48 hours. No phone number to call. What am I supposed to do? Why even process the order if out of stock? Not happy.

@KRTPRIME @O2 They sell stuff with the premise of having a cooling off period, not telling you that if you try to cancel 99% of the call operators will put the phone down on you if you change your mind xx it's hella shady!

@O2 Hi again. Yes, this is what you said and the terms of service say. The plan I sent you as no airplan in the contract, the costs are all handset. Phone support says the full contract will have rpi and that you have given incorrect information.
