    @AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 I haven't had good signal now for years. But recently it has got out of hand. It isnt just me family and friends across the country have nothing. Are you actually doing anything about this? 5G is worse than the 3G I had a decade ago.

    @O2 do you even accept new customers? first, the system accepted me, and i passed the credit check, but when i got to the eligibility check it marked my revolut card and a card from a traditional bank as fraud. the next day, i got this message (along with server configuration errors???) it's almost been four days since i was supposed to receive my callback, still nothing to this day i'm not the only one experiencing these problems, i even tried browsing the community forums but to my surprise they are also down please fix your broken system, not even your support team knows what's going on...

    @O2 how can I challenge that the network coverage in our area has declined considerably to the point every room in our house previously had signal & now we struggle to find any! Missing urgent calls😢 Neighbours across village saying the same thing #networkproblems #nosignal

    @O2 @o2 obviously the signal is so bad i cant check it. Can you please check yrselves why central Harpenden (shopping, parking etc) does not have a useable 5g signal? I am going to change networks as are many other users because we cant even pay to park, shop etc
