I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 O2 have no customer service skills what so ever, ive made numerous phones calls, just getting passed from pillar to post. They have no closed down an account from years ago which is now preventing my chances of getting a mortgage. Nobody gives you the time of day or wants to help
