    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 hmmmm I was advised my monthly airtime plan would increase by £1.80 from April 2026 but now received an email saying it’s increasing by £2.50 Why? You are not offering me anything other than the crappy service you provide. Surely there’s a reason for ripping people off?
