I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 why do I keep getting emails from O2 billing me for a sim card that I have never used and cancelled by phone? The person I spoke to advised me to cancel the direct debit, which I did, and refunded me for the first bill, but still they keep coming!

@O2 Sorry it wasn't a call from the store as it couldn't be sorted there. It was a complaint the store put through to o2 to then ring me to try and sort it. Issue was I was told I could get the discount but then it said my phone wasn't compatible so I was given false information

@O2 when are you going to sort the signal and data out in the M28 it's been poor for years. I'm at home and I only get 1 bar signal and H on data not even H+ and it's really slow.
