I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 No signal from old phone and yes activated new sim said could take 24hrs but its gone over that. Sent messages on my o2 but message was to come back later.
