    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 it’s bad enough you’ve cut your Nero offer to 1 code per month, but slashing the number of codes available each day is a joke, it’s pretty much impossible to get one now. Will be cancelling my contract.
