@O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 Part 1. So 13 days later and having been promised by tweet that the bill would be sorted I have just been sent emails threatening to penalty charge me as my bill is overdue. 3 bills produced that never got the figure to £0 and the top he emails saying I owe the full amount.

@O2 can you confirm your complaints process please? Properly unimpressed with the process of leaving after you changed the terms for international roaming. Right up to calling first direct to cancel the £300 DD payment FROM THE MATERNITY UNIT after I was told it wouldn’t be taken
