    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 Day 73 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @virginmedia 7726 doesn't work anymore when it used to. This is the @ofcom SMS number. @o2 FYI as I am not sure which bits you have taken over from Virgin.

    @O2 customer service is appalling! I have never known it so bad. You treat your customers disgustingly - staff have no idea what they are doing! Its been 1 month, you still have not resolved an issue & my husband has tried for 2 months to cancel a contract, which you fail to do!
