I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

Hey @O2 - I’ve had appalling voice and data reception for months. I spoke to your shop in Guildford 2 weeks ago, and they said that it was a known issue + signed me up for text alerts. Now you text me every few days to say you haven’t fixed it. 1/2 ...

Seriously @O2 is so crap. I can’t believe it’s taken this long to transfer a number. I even gave the PAC code to avoid this happening, I’m missing urgent phone-calls. Can this get sorted today pls? #O2 #CustomerService

Thankfully my @O2 contract is up so the only benefit of priority which never ******* works is no longer a benefit and im free to leave 👍🏻
