I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@MiggleM @O2 They've taken a pylon down near here and now the whole of LH/Walkden get no signal. It's a joke. Apparently if you ring they'll cut your bill in half but that's still **** if it isn't even usable.

@O2 I saw people’s tweets on Friday, there was people having network issues, not just social media. It was in the news that FB, insta and WhatsApp was down. But when I was trying to send normal text messages it wouldn’t which is why the iMessage failed and it sent as a text.
