I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 Faithful customer of 22 years. First ever insurance claim. 5 damaged replacement phones received in 6 days. One of which still had someone else’s SIM card in #GDPR o2 say there’s no solution other than to wait until they manage to send one that’s not damaged! Lost for words!

@O2 two months gone by and still nothing been done about the mast problem in this area. Surely there is some sort of time limit that you have to act by? @Ofcom do you monitor mobile companies service standards?
