    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    The service i have received from @O2 over the last 6-8 weeks has been disgusting. Never have i felt the need to lodge a complaint against a company.but the advice and service i have received from there advisors has now led me to a point that will seriously impact my credit file.

    @O2 It’s been virtually impossible to get through to odeon. It’s not great really. You advertise an event and I need 2 people to accompany my daughter to see the film, due to her needs and nobody seems willing to help? O2 have arranged this event, why can’t you help ?
