@O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 No they say there is no problem. I've got texts telling me there is a problem, then it's resolved (when it isn't). I'm fed up with having no signal and not being able to check my child is ok (on the second number). Contract ends July.

@O2 @PorcupineMayhem Always issues. This evening got a text to say issues in area and your engineers are on site, then few hours later another to say no issues. Oh but look no signal!! I dont think @O2 knows what they are doing. Don't know what your upgrading, get your money back! Faulty masts
