@O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 Well the 3G issue is everywhere. It’s like as soon as 4G was rolled out you turned off the 3G service. 4G is hit and miss where I go. Sometimes if I don’t have a full 4G signal then I may as well be sending pigeons.

I click on offer which states free coffee. I click on ‘show code’ and QR code appears. I try to use it before work at @CostaCoffee. Ensue great embarrassment as code is rejected and queue builds behind me. Cue much annoyance on my part. @O2 never did this. Their codes always 🙌..

Oh dear @O2. Just tried to upgrade and gave you a deal I had found for you to match. Told "we can't match that. Go with the other provider. Do you want your PAC code?" The answer was yes! Customer loyalty obviously means nothing for you to be prepared to lose business like that!!
