I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 I have three phones, two watches and a tablet, tried to switch up my phone in store and was told I didn't pass the eligibility check so I tried to do it on line and got the same thing then I called customer services to find out what was going on, on for 1hr for the same outcome.

@daviddunninguk @O2 O2 has gone from one of the best to the worst in this area and North Yorkshire. I have been with them for 15 years and I think it’s come to the point to change. Quite often full 5G signal but won’t access the internet. You ring up to tell them and they say nothings reported 😴

@O2 you couldn’t transfer my phone to new contract and as a result, it’s been disconnected for more than a month. Your complaint department keeps telling me it’s not fixed yet for two weeks, I can’t get PACCode to move to another provider! It’s ridiculous!!!
