I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

Hey @O2 , long term customer here! I recently ordered a Fugees ticket for a pal through priority and the ticket went to the wrong email. @AXS_UK have changed the email but not sorted it out twice. I wouldn’t normally publicly moan but you’ve seen how much tickets are right?!

@O2 Appalling data speed on the Isle of Wight. Ryde area is less than 1 meg down on either HSDPA+ or 4G. Same for the rest of the family on O2. Is this normal? My Network failing and unable to report issues
