I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

Hey @O2, all I want for Christmas is my 4G working 24/7. Everyday my internet stops working from 12:00 - 17:00. I know the network status website says “Our network can get busy in this area” but it’s been going on for months and it’s not even slow internet. Just no internet.

@O2 some of you staff in your Cape Town call centre have 0 customer service skills, on the phone to them for 45 mins, to correct a mistake made by O2 n hangs up on me!! the agent name was Crystal! If O2 dont know how to look after their custmrs, happy 2take my business elswhere!
