    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 you need to remove ‘next working day delivery on orders before midnight’ and be able to give me a Royal Mail tracking number rather than the 20 digit **** you’ve given me so I cant find out what’s happening. Told to ring Royal Mail for help...waiting time was an hour.

    @O2 Everything alright over there? Been trying to call. About six different combinations of option buttons all pointing to using My O2 and then hanging up. The problem is there's no option on there for what I need to talk about!
