    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 why has my signal gotten so bad? Use to have a good 4G signal, but now I can only get a below average 3G. It’s not my phone, as others on o2 have the same problem. Reported it numerous times on the ‘my network’ app, but nothing’s changed. Been like it for about a month now.

    @O2 unbelievably poor customer service. Used a dongle which I asked specifically for 2 weeks. Asked what I had to do to cancel. Now find I’m being charged. And customer services hung up on me.
