    I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??

    Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

    An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

    Been on hold for 50 minutes @O2 not sure how much longer I can do this. After 20 minutes talking to an operator who clearly had inadequate knowledge I was passed to “retention”, which is where I’ve remained as a “valued customer” #valuedcustomer #JokeService

    @awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

    @O2 Been trying to get through to a real person for months. You sent me a Pay As You Go sim card but I cant top it up. Tried everything. My o2 doesnt help. Calling you is hopeless.

    @O2 hi, my dad has just been on the phone to 02 to sort an account error, which 02 have admitted was their fault. He is fine that these mistakes happen but trying to sort this the service he has received has been terrible, & it still isn’t resolved. Can somebody on here assist

    @O2 Day 17 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    Back on the @O2 network after 5 long days networkless. The staff in store managed to get me sorted and admitted they have awful systems and processes they have to work with. I hope this is a one off 🤞🏼

    @O2 asap as he is not keen on phoning again since they were really unhelpful and he got nowhere with the issue. As mentioned above, O2 have admitted the problem was caused by their error so it’s incredibly frustrating he is having to go through hoops for it to be fixed
