    @O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

    I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??

    @O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of £1950!! Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

    @O2 Yes eventually someone answered, but they could not help, as did not have access to the computer systems. apparently need to call back tomorrow before 9pm. So I'm trying again now....... So far been sat on hold again for another 40mins...... Hope they can help today! last chance!
