@O2 Hi, it seems like everytime we lose just one bar of signal on 4g, we struggle to load the most basic apps/pages. This never used to be an issue but is becoming quite regular.

@awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

@O2 So a feeling a bit let down. I recommended 2more people to join o2 and both are showing on my referme page. Customer care promised to call me back twice in a month. No call back. I’ve sent emails with proof twice; still nothing. I’ve got 8 contracts on my account & o2 drive

Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

@O2 @kingzerno This has gotten worse over the last few weeks but croydons 4g reception has been shocking for at least a year! It's getting worse and worse. Seems to be as buildings go up, the reception goes down

@O2 After the months of contact with your engineers and teams, they eventually admitted to "use 3g or 2g because 4g isnt available". So I when I tell you I want to leave as I cant make video calls on 3g, I get told "you signed the contract". Throwing money down the drain either way

Shout out to @O2. Crazy exit fee for a service that doesnt work. Was sold a contract based on the coverage checker which flat out lied (they sent engineers to the area and agreed nothing could be done for 4g), so now I need to pay over £200 to leave. No video calls for me then...
