@O2 Trying to cancel my O2 Insurance as I'm paying £150 a year and online being quoted less than half that. Website says Call 202. Call 202 and that says Go Online then hangs up. Please can someone call me?

@O2 Because I'm a @virginmedia customer, I'm obliged to use a phone. I'm told I'm not allowed to use my PC. So the Ticketmaster site / app pops up, but there is no option to purchase. I fear this issue is because I do not have an O2 account, only Virgin Media for this.

@O2 Doing this means EVERY password has to be entered for everything. This is a REAL pain. I don't think you realise this. I did just logout and log back in. No change. Why is Seetickets no problem and Ticketmaster is a problem?

@DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

@O2, what's with the constant signal drops. Had no service all day at work (signal is usually poor in the area I work) and then my signal is going from 3 bars to one bar every 2 minutes at home. This has been happening off and on for at least a week!
