Terrible service and now to top it off I’m sent 4 letters in one day saying I owe money (I don’t, I’ve triple checked and it’s you that owes me!) and now I’m sent bullying letters saying it’s been passed to the debt collectors!

Years, and Years, A shop gave me a contract for device 2 in 10 mins I've just spent 40 on Telephone for nothing.
