    Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

    @O2 after this year I will be leaving you after 15 years. Absolute disgrace yet again no signal and will take a week to fix. Not good enough. Time now to look for a decent phone provider that works all the time. #o2

    @O2 So a feeling a bit let down. I recommended 2more people to join o2 and both are showing on my referme page. Customer care promised to call me back twice in a month. No call back. I’ve sent emails with proof twice; still nothing. I’ve got 8 contracts on my account & o2 drive

    @O2 @kingzerno This has gotten worse over the last few weeks but croydons 4g reception has been shocking for at least a year! It's getting worse and worse. Seems to be as buildings go up, the reception goes down

    @O2 It's a shame you have shut down your customer service email address. When people would need to co tact you the most. My phone calls are unanswered and the link I was sent to chat to an online help sent me to a defunct website. Your customer service is missing in action

    @O2 Hi, it seems like everytime we lose just one bar of signal on 4g, we struggle to load the most basic apps/pages. This never used to be an issue but is becoming quite regular.

    @StudiniJones @timlukejones @O2 Yep I thought the 13.3.2 update had fixed it but I’ve lost signal again this morning. Had to reboot my phone. I’m on latest update. Pissing me off now. People can’t call or message me until I’ve realised and turned phone off&on

    @peterkay_co_uk Was let down by @O2 joined gen public sale this morning, 95k in the que @TicketmasterUK. Still 75k in que 2 hrs and resale tickets already on ticketmaster. Why allow 10 tickets pp when demand so high. I have no chance - Leeds sold out now. Shocking!

    @O2 @I ported my phone no from virgin to o2 which I’ve had for over 15 years. The pac ported over, I lost virgin service but o2 is still no service. Despite emails & phone calls & rebooting phone I still have no service. I will escalate complaint and also #ofcom HELP asap 🙏🏼

    @O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia I have just switched to 02 asking for portability. No Comms and confirmation of it. Furthermore I was billed starting last week and I only put the SIM in my phone yesterday! I am using the O2 app to request the portability, the form doesn't work and no humans respond to the chat.

    @O2 Hi, I recently moved my number to O2 & text messages I send are showing as 'not delivered' even though they are being received. I've tried resetting my network settings and hasn't solved issue.
