    @O2 it’s 10am now - as an O2 customer I have now missed out on the 9:30 slot for the O2 December dates and rapidly loosing my chance at the rest. Not good enough.

    @O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

    @tomlister @O2 @O2 reception in Bath is absolutely appalling. Had same issue all week long when was working at theatre there couple of weeks ago. Similar issue following week in Manchester.

    @O2 Do you think it will be today, tomorrow, Monday? A rough indication would help. Please would you also advise if I can cancel the contract and phone altogether with no penalty? Right now, it would be much easier for me to just stay with @VodafoneUK than to move to @O2.

    Hey @O2 just struggled down to the shopping centre to take advantage of the @GreggsOfficial free hot drink & treat offer, via my @virginmedia account, (available until 0000 tomorrow apparently) but got here, and offers have disappeared from app or come up as ‘sold out’ 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

    @O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

    16 minutes on hold to @O2 - then the call got dropped. I think I’m going back to @VodafoneUK … all I want is average to good customer service.

    Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

    @O2 It’s been going on for months, I have friends dotted around NP44 and they all struggle making phone calls as they keep dropping out, it’s not something new it’s an ongoing issue. I’d change if I wasn’t tied in and I think you’ll find other would too if they could. So frustrating

    @O2 What is going on with your mobile network masts in Welwyn Garden City. There is ZERO network across the whole town centre, causing any/all hardware reliant on the network to fail, including all Sky Mobile customers, like me! Already missed an emergency call because of this!

    @Claire_Edberg @O2 I’ve an S21 but this might be an option on yours. Go into Messages (you want the main screen where it lists all of your texts) In Search Conversations box there is 3 dots, click on this. In the Drop Down menu select Settings Near to the bottom is Spam Protection, select this

    @O2 I am experiencing network issues. Is that something others are experiencing too ? I am not able to go online. Tried restarting and also turning airplane mode on and off
