@O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.

@O2 No, problem is NOT solved. The classical O2!! #worstcustomerservice Your rep promised & texted £13.50 will be applied in 24 hrs. It’s already 24+ hrs and nothing is visible on MyO2 app. You don’t expect me to do 50 min call back, Do you? Can you take responsibility and resolve??

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

@neilbennett1982 @O2 We’re having the same issue! Ordered a new phone from them earlier in the month… it arrived in 16th December and the device was blacklisted! Spent hours on the phone to them and now they won’t respond to emails or keep putting on hold via the phone!!!!! They initially said there wasn’t any blacklisted or bar on the phone - which is a lie and I’ve sent them all the evidence! They then said they would replace the device, before then backtracking and saying the fault is due to a blocked/locked Apple account so won’t be willing to replace (the device hasn’t been set up/connected to an Apple account yet and nothing wrong with the account that is being used to set up the device)

Experience from two huge companies today with regards to my iPad 16 which has experienced a hardware problem within just a month of having the product. @O2 was not a great one. I went in and the assistant kept going into the back to ask manager questions based on my answers.
