    @O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

    @O2 So a feeling a bit let down. I recommended 2more people to join o2 and both are showing on my referme page. Customer care promised to call me back twice in a month. No call back. I’ve sent emails with proof twice; still nothing. I’ve got 8 contracts on my account & o2 drive

    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

    @O2 Having problems receiving (though not sending) texts with other O2 phones. Other providers are fine. My O2 seems to take me in circles, no solutions. Suggestions new SIM might help but can't find anywhere to request replacement. Site says go to O2 shop but they are closed

    @O2 I am STILL owed £792.50 after o2 incorrectly charged me for early cancellation on15/01.Stating it would be returned within 7 working days and failed to do so. And Friday again stated I'd have by COP,again nothing!This is an awful experience with a supposedly reputable company
