Was told to recycle my phone with another shop in the shopping centre and be without a phone for 3 days cause they’d “give me a better offer” and told I could shop online instead

Was told that over 1 year ago.Once out of contract I will be looking elsewhere, I dont like subsidised networks as can be throttled
