    @O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

    Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? I wasn’t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so it’s a no thanks from me.

    @O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

    @O2 you’ve sent me reminder to pay u for a bill I can not see! I asked for a bill last mnth, as could not view online and nothing? This is on u! U have stopped my service but I wont pay until I have a break down? Bully! If u can send me a ltr, u can send me statement?? @Ofcom

    @O2 Same network. PAYG to SIMO. I was told on the phone yesterday that it would take 3-4 hours. Not happy. 😔

    Idk what's going on with @O2 signal atm, but for the last few weeks I have no data signal around Crystal Palace at all. Doesn't come back till I get down to Sydenham. Weird

    @O2 @Ofcom how very patronising- your website didn’t work so used the number and paid today! After 20 years of loyalty I will be leaving for another network….dealing with your constant mess ups takes too much time/money- 3 already this year….it’s only April

    Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

    @O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

    A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

    @O2 Yeah roam freely in Europe but beware going anywhere else, they wanted to charge me DAILY, the same amount that my husband was charged monthly by his network!!! Beware of extreme charges and dreadful customer service

    @colin_maddocks @O2 As consumers we need to be able to monitor the usage and take action if needed. Same with any service provided i.e gas / electricity. It's unfair for them to provide no way of monitoring usage and surprise me with thousands of pounds of charges.

    @O2 Hi I cancelled my contract the day after signing (cooling off period) and I was told by a lady I talked 2 online I have copies that it wud b cancelled within 2 wks I had £25 taken out on 10th jan which I would like back .still waiting for a response 4 my email complaint also

    @O2 can you help please. Credit check keeps getting declined. I have spoken to credit referral and they have said they put in an appeal and I have not heard from them since. I don’t want to keep trying until I know it will work as it will affect my credit score

    Also in this bundle of 26 letters were new Sim cards we have been waiting on. I think @O2 and @virginmedia need to stop relying on @RoyalMail and find a more reliable delivery service for their customers!
