@O2 Yes I’ve had the iPhone since the 3G and never had this before - I’ve now tested on both front and rear cameras with and without HDR and it bleaches every time. Is the product faulty @AppleSupport or is this an iPhone 12 issue in general. How can I fix it?

@O2 just went into one of your stores to upgrade my phone and experienced the worst customer service. Was told to recycle my phone with another shop in the shopping centre and be without a phone for 3 days cause they’d “give me a better offer” and told I could shop online instead

@JohnBirtwistle @O2 Atrocious. Unlike other companies who take a DD payment out on Fri or Mon either side of a weekend due date, O2 don't do that, they suspend outgoing calls, demand payment & threaten to cut the user off! They claim it's a system error but do nowt to fix it, as it keeps happening!

@O2 I had to take the phone from my Mum who’s visually impaired and assertively tell CS to stop asking us the same question repeatedly. She really thought we were that stupid. When in fact it was your breach. Eventually she got there.
