  • electriccandles ⚡️Emma⚡️ (@electriccandles) reported from London, England

@O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

  • SallyGilchrist1 Sally Gilchrist (@SallyGilchrist1) reported from Wandsworth, England

@O2 O2 kings road refused to help with my iPhone problem. They sold it to me and still paying for it. Anyone else had a problem with faulty phones from them?

  • Indian_Thriller Jeetesh Luhar (@Indian_Thriller) reported from Iver Heath, England

Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? I wasn’t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so it’s a no thanks from me.

  • PowellVerity Verity Powell (@PowellVerity) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

  • Sheena81 Sheena Watts (@Sheena81) reported from Kensington, England

@MoneySavingExp Is this every network? @O2

  • tony1945 Tony Crean (@tony1945) reported from Richmond, England

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 This guff about roaming charges is nonsense, Nadine ..... But then you queried the amount of state support going to Channel 4, when in fact they're self-financing. Truth, eh? Not a standard which you bother with much...

  • carboncoach Dave Hampton 🌍🌳 (@carboncoach) reported from Kensington, England

Dear @EE It’s only a few months since I switched to you, but seems I’m gobbling data faster than ever when I was with @O2 Is your metric working? Maybe you’ll say your network is faster? if so I’ll gladly switch back: to my lower data allowance with O2: that I never used up!

  • esrose2003 Liz Rose 😍 (@esrose2003) reported from Richmond, England

@O2 you’ve sent me reminder to pay u for a bill I can not see! I asked for a bill last mnth, as could not view online and nothing? This is on u! U have stopped my service but I wont pay until I have a break down? Bully! If u can send me a ltr, u can send me statement?? @Ofcom

  • AddingtonSteph Stephanie Addington (@AddingtonSteph) reported from Richmond, England

.@McAfee and @O2 help. Keep getting 404 error when trying to log into the McAfee app.

  • Stefan_baisden Baisden 📸🎥 (@Stefan_baisden) reported from Southall, England

@O2 the phone has been cut twice from two separate convos. Will someone please call me back and tell me why my service has been down all day!?

  • Mountie31 Ben Mitch 🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿😎🤪 (@Mountie31) reported from Ealing, England

@O2 The problem is the phone tries to switch to 5G where there is no coverage here so it results in no signal. That happens everywhere not just W5

  • esrose2003 Liz Rose 😍 (@esrose2003) reported from Richmond, England

@O2 @Ofcom how very patronising- your website didn’t work so used the number and paid today! After 20 years of loyalty I will be leaving for another network….dealing with your constant mess ups takes too much time/money- 3 already this year….it’s only April

  • Gavlar321 Gavin 🇺🇦 (@Gavlar321) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ajbails @EnglandRugby @O2 One issue with the pack I'd say is Stuart he's not an international prop he shouldn't be anywhere near the England team I don't know why Eddie keeps picking him

  • Rochdale_Cowboy Craig (@Rochdale_Cowboy) reported from Maidenhead, England

Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

  • EmlynAD Emlyn Akoto-Dwemoh (@EmlynAD) reported from Esher, England

@O2 Same network. PAYG to SIMO. I was told on the phone yesterday that it would take 3-4 hours. Not happy. 😔

  • poundland_thor Chris sweet (@poundland_thor) reported from Richmond, England

@O2 it is now day 19 since I received a computer mouse instead of the phone upgrade I ordered and 27 days since I put the order through, still no phone, and no update. Since you are now in partnership with @virginmedia now, I'm thinking I will cancel both contracts - shocking

  • EmlynAD Emlyn Akoto-Dwemoh (@EmlynAD) reported from Esher, England

@O2 I was told a number would port over in 3-4 hours. 24 hours I am still waiting. Help please!?

  • esrose2003 Liz Rose 😍 (@esrose2003) reported from Richmond, England

@O2 Yeah roam freely in Europe but beware going anywhere else, they wanted to charge me DAILY, the same amount that my husband was charged monthly by his network!!! Beware of extreme charges and dreadful customer service

  • electriccandles ⚡️Emma⚡️ (@electriccandles) reported from London, England

Idk what's going on with @O2 signal atm, but for the last few weeks I have no data signal around Crystal Palace at all. Doesn't come back till I get down to Sydenham. Weird

  • Stasisesque Lou 🐝 Lou (@Stasisesque) reported from London, England

A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Christophinoff Chris Daly (@Christophinoff) reported

Quite the experience from @O2 Phoned up to cancel (there’s an upgrade button on their app, but not a cancel button), on hold for 15 minutes. Whilst holding, rang the same line on a different mobile to upgrade. Answered within three rings. #*******

  • Clairewevill Claire Wevill (@Clairewevill) reported

After 25 years of being with @O2 the customer service I have received today has been absolutely abysmal. Fuming doesn’t even come close. I need recommendations for new providers!!!

  • janereesparfitt jane rees-parfitt (@janereesparfitt) reported

@O2 I still haven’t received anything back from customer complaints, not even an acknowledgment, I will give them until Friday lunchtime to respond. If I still haven’t heard anything, I will be contacting the ombudsman and will then consider terminating my contract with o2 😐

  • ArtistLintz Lintz Artiste (@ArtistLintz) reported

@O2 I am having trouble with my billing, can you help?

  • rmcculloughk full send (@rmcculloughk) reported

@O2 funnily enough, not being a total spanner, your network status checker was the first place i went. it says the same thing as it did 3 days ago, and every day since - mast not working, engineers likely on it. no further info. beginning to not believe the 'likely' bit

  • AdzCrawford2003 Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported

@SerenaMann69 @O2 @England There’s no need for that language. You’ve been with them for a day, give it a couple days for them to fix it as they usually resolve network outages pretty quickly. Plus, don’t take it out on their customer services. It’s down to the engineers.

  • AdzCrawford2003 Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported from Bathford, England

@O2 Ok. I can’t receive any calls on my watch without being connected to my phone. The watch is connected to the network.

@O2 Hahahaha, what a joke, your network is worse than 3’s, you can’t even make a phone call in Wimbledon village. Learn from EE

  • Aok25 Alan_okelly (@Aok25) reported

@MattChorley Spent over an hour on the phone to @O2 as a recorded voice said over and over again I should check the website for any queries... the website had specifically said call o2 to deal with my issue...
