    @O2 I went on hoilday to resort never turned on my data , only to come home to a bill for data, contacted O2 tobe told I should let them no if you I go on holiday I need to let no , what crap really unhappy do use O2 please people don’t use this company

    @O2 Network reset? Not sure what that is... Not in London often and last two times when I try to connect to wifi extra it requires login info, multiple locations across the tube network. I've searched for a solution and doesn't seem to be any options.

    @O2 don’t use this company they are a rip off I went on holiday the resort I was staying had all there own data free, never turned my mobile data the whole, got a bill when I got. Told by customer service I should have told them I was going away what crap big brother

    @O2 why is your signal coverage so poor? My friend had full 5G in my house and I’m flickering between one bar of 4G and 3G 😩 we have no wifi because of a landslide in the area and I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out.

    @O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

    @O2 I have never ever been able to get through to recycling by phone - despite hours trying. 4 emails to them - automatic response. I’ve raised it with customer services. It’s the last time I renew a phone with o2 and I have been with you for over 20 years

    @matigary They did this even for new BlackBerrys a few years ago. The market is being rigged to redirect purchases. Right now networks like @O2 will tell u they won't provide WiFi calling for phones like Nokia Pureview yet their agents sell them & generally their network indoors is rubbish

    @O2 traded phone in at livingston store 13th december, was told 3-5 working days for my money into bank, phoned on 21st as didnt have it they sent me into store, store told me to phone, i emailed heard nothing, phoned this morning got told to contact customer services (1/2)
