    @TweetFlicker @O2 I know, o2 used to always be the best now its gone down hill fast! Sky mobile is brilliant, my daughter is on it and you get good rewards with it like o2 moments, but better!

    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

    @O2 Hi! I hope you can help. I mailed o2 Recycle my old phone back in March. You have since changed providers for the recycle service and now my phone is lost. Seems like I'll never receive payment. I'd like either my phone returned or the money please.

    @O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

    @O2 Yep same problem we’ve had from start. Seems crazy that you can sell a contract for a 4G (even 5G) phone, then issue one that doesn’t provide those services but still expect to have the (unfulfilled) contract honoured. For context had to buy a PAYG @EE handset to work on move

    I need to rant a minute about how crap @O2’s network is. Everything takes forever to load, I constantly drop signal and they’re always performing “Essential work”, that’s 6 times since March 2021. Considering they are the UK’s number 2 network, I would expect something better

    @O2 Someone must have an estimate as to when works will be done. I am having to pay for an EE PAYG sim as I work from home most of the time+need to take calls. There is no reception at all. I’m going to have to transfer to another network. I was assuming it would only be a week or 2
