Nick Shuttleworth (@nickshuttle) reported from Ealing, England@O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.

Gianluigi PAGHI (@Gigiryche) reported from Harrow Weald, EnglandThank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

John Till (@JohnTillUK) reported@McWhirterAlex @kieran_jsmith I had to leave @o2 after 29 years as the service had just deteriorated so badly. -
Johnny Storm (@humantorch1036) reportedFinally got through to @O2 customer service on the phone after about two hours. Utterly useless. Couldn't help one bit. Couldn't help with verification. Sim card has gone in the bin. Lost customer. @Ofcom needs to sort them out.

-
Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reportedThrough a phone “system” and 3 operators who largely ignored our issue. We’re now on to the Complaints team at @o2. A disproportionate amount of effort to leave a contract they are not fulfilling, without being charged. As we can send a text or receive a call. @MartinSLewis
-
Hugh (@Hughtying) reported@Happyengland79 @O2 @BBCWatchdog That is utterly shameless. Admitting you're right just to pull the exact same stunt again is pure bad faith. Drop the formal deadlock letter and take them straight to the Ombudsman—they can't just keep raiding your credit!
-
Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@O2 Pretty much, yes. Whenever I'm in an asda it's the same, although I suspect that's asda blocking signal as their in house wifi works (opening their own website in the browser window)
-
PeterW (@PeterW4tw) reported@DominyRichard @kokeshimum @O2 This, very much this. OFGEM should cross-reference mast plan objectors and those complaining about poor cell service, them name and shame
