    @TweetFlicker @O2 I know, o2 used to always be the best now its gone down hill fast! Sky mobile is brilliant, my daughter is on it and you get good rewards with it like o2 moments, but better!

    @VodafoneUK I have spent three hours of phone time trying to resolve a mistake that your company has made. I am so glad I went back to @O2 PLEASE BE WARNED .... Vodafone customer service is the worse !

    Thanks @VodafoneUK for the run of 3 poor months of customer service requiring us to request for cancellation. Typical that your retention team could not even be bothered to make an effort. Go and listen to the phone call. I guess @EE or @O2 here I come. #Vodafone #Dontbother

    @O2 it is now day 19 since I received a computer mouse instead of the phone upgrade I ordered and 27 days since I put the order through, still no phone, and no update. Since you are now in partnership with @virginmedia now, I'm thinking I will cancel both contracts - shocking

    @O2 Iโ€™ve tried desperately trying to get hold of customer service and keep getting knocked off. I need a 5 g SIM card for my new iPhone 12 pro plus and need a 5 g sim , I think a card may be ordered but not the 5 g

    Unbelievably bad customer service from @O2 . I was found no service when I live in London is expected and I would not be a booster and that a booster didnโ€™t even exist. A quick google found the booster. Also pretty rude to me. Not happy after 9 years with them to get that.

    One thing Iโ€™m excited about with going home is no longer using @O2 as my phone provider. Absolutely sick of always randomly getting โ€œno serviceโ€ and then it coming back 5mins later and dropping out again.

    I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

    @O2 I phoned up customer services who passed it onto the fraud department. They ( customer services) were extremely understanding. I haven spoken to your fraud department.

    Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service theyโ€™ve provided me at my new property? I wasnโ€™t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so itโ€™s a no thanks from me.

    Iโ€™ve been with @O2 for 7 years. Iโ€™ve been trying to negotiate an upgrade over the past 24 hours and it has been an actual nightmare. Really bad customer service.

    @RealToffeeCelt @O2 @TomTugendhat I get no O2 signal at work or home. I donโ€™t even get 4/5G data in the middle of Winchester, which is not exactly economically deprived. Theyโ€™re just crap.
