    @DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

    Very unhappy with the service from @O2 , phone battery only lasting 4 hours at a time at the moment and very slow running - no upgrade option apart from paying £324 😧😡

    Mother has been getting scammed by a mobile app service "Lasevia limited" for past 8 ish months, her mobile provider @O2 can't help at all. Looking online this has been an issue for ages yet nothing has been done by O2 😡

    @O2 I'm traumatized and if there is a zero star rating I will gladly give it to 02. My phone was misplaced by the repair company. I have been chasing to get my phone back from 02 since 2024. All the customer service agents don't know what they are doing. Im reporting to the press

    @O2 I am sorry but I am simply shocked at your poor customer service. I have now called twice to complain and ask for help. Twice I have been told a manager would call me. Twice this has not happened.

    @o2 can you fix your network in Westfield as I’ve tried to FaceTime my mom more than 50 times the calls have been dropping all the time its sucks paying almost £90/Month and you don’t get basic network coverage inside the mall. Not a happy customer anymore.

    @O2 Yes I’ve had the iPhone since the 3G and never had this before - I’ve now tested on both front and rear cameras with and without HDR and it bleaches every time. Is the product faulty @AppleSupport or is this an iPhone 12 issue in general. How can I fix it?

    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    @O2 saying that they will be posting my new phone to me because my local store is closed but haven’t sent me a single email or even a tracking number? Trying to speak to someone but all 202 do is hang up on you and nobody replies to dm’s😕

    @O2 O2 refuse to accommodate customer needs re: payment dates. The data allowance is appalling for PAYG users, and the coverage is poor also. Cue the ‘sorry you feel that way‘ dismissal from O2.

    @kirstygc1 @O2 Hasn't worked for months if honest, I told them about the fault 4 months ago and they still won't fix it as it only affects % of customers. It's shocking. Look through my old posts to O2 to see how bad. There's even a ticket open ref CIT-A390334 about it, never called me back

    @O2 Response appreciated, but its too late 4 failed attempts to transfer old number to O2, resulting in 6 hrs+ in online chats & 2 complaints (complaints that your chat operators raised, not me) & a cancelled contract within 14 days of a cooling period & a lost customer. Very poor.

    @O2 hi @O2 I have been charged for to bills since December & after monthly phone calls to resolve my number I’ve had for over 20 years is unavailable! Calls never returned
