@O2 Yes I’ve had the iPhone since the 3G and never had this before - I’ve now tested on both front and rear cameras with and without HDR and it bleaches every time. Is the product faulty @AppleSupport or is this an iPhone 12 issue in general. How can I fix it?

@O2 No, problem is NOT solved. The classical O2!! #worstcustomerservice Your rep promised & texted £13.50 will be applied in 24 hrs. It’s already 24+ hrs and nothing is visible on MyO2 app. You don’t expect me to do 50 min call back, Do you? Can you take responsibility and resolve??

@O2 just went into one of your stores to upgrade my phone and experienced the worst customer service. Was told to recycle my phone with another shop in the shopping centre and be without a phone for 3 days cause they’d “give me a better offer” and told I could shop online instead

Hi @O2 for the whole of today I got no signal. "Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it". Is there an estimate for the fix?

@O2 Twice, and you sent it again yesterday. Customer services not onthe ball at all. No urgency and not really concerned. Pity you dont give numbers for head office so i can talk to someone that can get things done, all hiding behind the workers

@O2 There are faults and there are faults. Temporary of a day, two, three maybe. Faults for months on end are no longer faults but quite significant issues which is failure to provide a service that is paid for. Rent space from other mast operators to boost coverage.
