No proper coverage. There’re much better network providers in the U.K. that provide better network and customer services it’s time to make a change!!!!!!!

I *** promised a call back one week ago, and then today. Neither has happened so complaint mot resolved. So the whole matter is unresolved

Then, she said she unlocked it and I should be able to access it in 3 days. The whole thing doesn't make sense. And I phoned their number not a fake one :)
