@O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

Had a ridiculous amount of issues with @O2 of late, and despite numerous calls and messages, there’s no resolution. I wish this had happened before I upgraded and then I’d just leave! We’re now another day of no service because of SIM card issues with no help! 🤬

Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

A new customer of @O2 &, less than 24hrs in, already cancelling my contract. JFC they are useless. On top of everythig they've switched off their entire customer service syatem, so no one can speak to anyone/get anything resolved. Excellent business choice, @virginmedia.

@O2 @UswitchUK By far the best network . Disappointed today I got a call to upgrade but prices too high . The sale person wouldn't let it go trying to sell me a tariff for a tablet and then even a watch . Your price was cheaper online than what she offered 🤔.
