Mother has been getting scammed by a mobile app service "Lasevia limited" for past 8 ish months, her mobile provider @O2 can't help at all. Looking online this has been an issue for ages yet nothing has been done by O2 😡

One thing I’m excited about with going home is no longer using @O2 as my phone provider. Absolutely sick of always randomly getting “no service” and then it coming back 5mins later and dropping out again.

@O2 Four weeks is up today. 21/11 is four weeks and five days. That’s practically five weeks. It’s not acceptable. Your website said “next working day delivery”. Find out where my phone is please and give me a delivery date. And why did two operators hang up on me??? Not acceptable.
