Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

@_peetaypan @O2 If you want to keep your number you can get a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075 once you give that to your new network provider you shouldn’t have any more hassle

I’ve been with @O2 for 7 years. I’ve been trying to negotiate an upgrade over the past 24 hours and it has been an actual nightmare. Really bad customer service.

@ItsAdsolution @O2 All of my calls which I've tried to make the O2 have not been answered I have a 40 phone and they don't seem to care I think if this keeps on we should see them because I've got a really bad disability and I've got a 40 phone so we should sue them

@O2 Service is usually ok but on the train literally cuts out and it’s frustrating as I also purchased a dongle from you guys. If my phone signal is bad then most likely the dongle will be just as bad so I might as well return it

Well @O2 were utterly **** today. Upgraded to a new phone, told it would be an hour. Over 2 hours later it finally was ready. Just to top it off guy inches shop said he would back up my WhatsApp LIKE **** DID HE! So anything after the 9th appears to be gone.

another day, another day o2 esim 'no service' on an iPhone 13 pro max, whilst the physical sim is working properly. nice morning and afternoon on the phone (the physical) whilst @o2 doesn't fix the problem. What's the problem (and how will you solve it)
