    @O2 Yeah roam freely in Europe but beware going anywhere else, they wanted to charge me DAILY, the same amount that my husband was charged monthly by his network!!! Beware of extreme charges and dreadful customer service

    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    @O2 Itโ€™s doesnโ€™t help!!!!! Itโ€™s getting frustrating day by day been with @02 nearly 7 years and itโ€™s getting worst day by day. No proper coverage. Thereโ€™re much better network providers in the U.K. that provide better network and customer services itโ€™s time to make a change!!!!!!!

    One thing Iโ€™m excited about with going home is no longer using @O2 as my phone provider. Absolutely sick of always randomly getting โ€œno serviceโ€ and then it coming back 5mins later and dropping out again.

    @O2 I cannot make or receive calls since I upgraded my plan on Tuesday this week. I reported it yesterday and still waiting for a reply, sent a DM via Twitter and no reply, calling 202 and have been waiting for over 30 minutes: what do I need to do to get help?

    @O2 after 3 hours of calls 5 texts and 1:5 hours of to get family discount that is advertised and to be given an amount to pay then still getting it wrong . So a complaint to be made

    @O2 After 25 years as a customer, Iโ€™ve discovered the hardest part isnโ€™t getting a mobile signal- itโ€™s making a complaint. Broken forms, unmonitored complaint emails, missed promises, no updates and a 28-day wait for a response. Quite remarkable customer service.

    @O2 Thereโ€™s really no point as nothing ever changes! And when Virgin Media goes down (which happens far too often) I have zero means of communication. The price hike was the last straw really - time to move to another provider.

    @O2 seventh day without a signal at work. No phone, no Internet, nothing, due to a problem with a mast. Please get it sorted, we are really fed up
