  • davidchow
David Chow 📶 (@davidchow) reported from Hammersmith, England

@MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

  • Macgregor11
Glenn macgregor (@Macgregor11) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@O2 What's the situation for those of us that have recently taken a contract out with you with you supplying a Huawei device. Increasingly potentially losing all support for the phone now

  • love_kittyket
Katherine Stephens (@love_kittyket) reported from Hillingdon, England

Trying to contact @O2 about my bill. But your live chat unavailable, your phone service is limited and cuts me off and my O2 app not useful in helping me.

  • richardmorrisuk
Richard Morris (@richardmorrisuk) reported from Richmond, England

Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

  • B_Heer84
Bari Heer (@B_Heer84) reported from Wraysbury, England

@O2 are the biggest disgrace possible. Im a pay monthly customer, paying £53 a month. I have no network coverage. O2 have confirmed I live in a Black spot and they will not be helping me. They said to me..’These things happen’...! O2 said I still have to pay my monthly fee..!

  • tony1945
Tony Crean (@tony1945) reported from Richmond, England

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 This guff about roaming charges is nonsense, Nadine ..... But then you queried the amount of state support going to Channel 4, when in fact they're self-financing. Truth, eh? Not a standard which you bother with much...

  • Stefan_baisden
Delboybaisden 📸🎥 (@Stefan_baisden) reported from Southall, England

@O2 has GENUINELY the worst Phone line #Customerservice system ever. I've never been more infuriated just waiting to give a password or speak to someone. Please #O2 update your system to 2019 standard asap.

  • katyhall26
Katy Hall (@katyhall26) reported from Hammersmith, England

Very unhappy with the service from @O2 , phone battery only lasting 4 hours at a time at the moment and very slow running - no upgrade option apart from paying £324 😧😡

@O2 I am an o2 customer for over 20 years ,I am not happy that I am due for an update and you cannot compete with other companies. Where is the loyalty to your customers .

  • marshallb60
Ben Marshall (@marshallb60) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@O2 do your agents just hang up if they know you aren’t interested in the deals they are offering? Now wondering if this was a fraudulent call?

  • Gigiryche
Gianluigi PAGHI (@Gigiryche) reported from Harrow Weald, England

Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

  • ChiswickRFCGirl
Chiswick RFC Girls (@ChiswickRFCGirl) reported from Hammersmith, England

Hello @O2 and @Apple I continue to have multiple daily issues with network dropping on my XR. You have known about this issue since December 2019. Any update on a fix??

  • Mountie31
Ben Mitch 🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿😎🤪 (@Mountie31) reported from Ealing, England

@O2 The problem is the phone tries to switch to 5G where there is no coverage here so it results in no signal. That happens everywhere not just W5

  • MissusWebb
Sarah 🧡 (@MissusWebb) reported from Burnham, England

Hello @O2 I am back 🙌🏻 after a few years with no signal, awful service I have come back with my tail between my legs 🙈 #ohtohavesignal 🥳🥳🥳

  • Primrose_Hikwax
Primmy💁🏾 (@Primrose_Hikwax) reported from Slough, England

@O2 There was a mast down in my area but the matter wasn’t resolved for 3 weeks. I have data with EE on my ipad and the data wasn’t affected with them. With my phone I was unable to text, call or use my data. I don’t understand how you expect to put off £11, yet I haven’t been able

  • Mountie31
Ben Mitch 🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿😎🤪 (@Mountie31) reported from Hounslow, England

@O2 Phone masts are down at my work and home so not good.

  • henna_macarena
hen (@henna_macarena) reported from Richmond, England

@O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

  • 1joharrington
    Jo Harrington (@1joharrington) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 UK 5G is dreadful. Third-party user testing from Opensignal and Ookla showed that the everyday user experience in the UK is among the worst in the developed world. 40% of the time your phone shows the "5G" icon in the UK, it is actually running on older 4G infrastructure.

  • Carswift
    Carswift (@Carswift) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE So the Gov has to drop money from public infrastructure and fix the mess of private companies? And then these private companies will take the profit? hah

  • colwyn0077668
    Colwyn00 (@colwyn0077668) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE mobile networks have been **** for ages. we have agents out up and down the uk and difference contracts with different providers and over different handsets have all been garbage.

  • MaryxSSS
    Mary ✌🏿🇺🇬 (@MaryxSSS) reported

@O2 just some feedback - your blue Monday offering is terrible not a fan of spin the wheel. Can you change back the offering or ask your partnerships team to find better quality partnerships?

  • nicknickster
    Nick Booth (@nicknickster) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Exactly. They all share one network of masts now so no-one has an incentive (or an ability) to provide a better service

  • hanmark
    hanmark (@hanmark) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom doesn't use bike lanes or crossings so nobody else should be able to. Tom likes to show off that he lives in a more expensive area than you but thinks your tax should solve his connectivity problems. Tom hasn't heard of broadband or WiFi. Don't be like Tom.

  • benjaminlfc
    Benjamin Webster (@benjaminlfc) reported

@O2 I am sick and tired of not being able to make payment online or in the app because of your absolute shambles of a payment system, a system that you ironically upgraded last year telling us all that it would improve the system that had been around for years and years. The phrase “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” springs to mind. For the record tickets have been raised to your back office teams by your CS over and over and not one has ever been replied to or acted on.

  • ChrisMPattinson
    Chris M Pattinson (@ChrisMPattinson) reported

@Morgan7MJ @O2 The service in the UK is appalling now. The bandwidth is not big enough to support the number of subscribers on all networks. Vodafone is bad also especially in London

  • AndyFurnival2
    Andy Furnival (@AndyFurnival2) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 EE are just as bad. All networks believe the utter bollocks they peddle that coverage is fantastic. It was better when it was 3G. If only there was a regulator that could put an end to theoretical coverage maps 🤔

  • RyanNoKneel
    CookieBuoy (@RyanNoKneel) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Charge it to the taxpayer on expenses and get the govt to bankrupt them. And then **** off, parasite
