  @O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

  @O2 Yeah roam freely in Europe but beware going anywhere else, they wanted to charge me DAILY, the same amount that my husband was charged monthly by his network!!! Beware of extreme charges and dreadful customer service

  Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

  When I was with @O2 I had NO issues with nuisance/illegal scam callers. Now I'm with @EE, it's about 6-10 calls EVERY. SINGLE. DAY... at a minimum!! And no, they're not from affiliated companies. They're mobile number ringing me, and when I answer they either try to sell me cont.

  @O2 I’ve spoken to customer service 4 times and promised a call from the bereavement team. Unable to receive calls from friends and family as old number still not transferred. Poor from you O2.

  @suziestreety @O2 They’re awful! I constantly have zero signal and barely receive any calls through to my phone yet when I’ve complained about it and wrote to them they “can’t find any faults in their service” and wouldn’t do anything about it. Think we should move to another network!

  @O2 why in ******** has my Samsung Galaxy just come with a charger cable with no socket to actually CHARGE my phone? Literally £1200 phone with no charge socket and no earphones.... regret swapping already. ******* joke
