Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

-
Conleth Kane (@ConlethKane) reported from Hounslow, EnglandI’ve been with @O2 for 7 years. I’ve been trying to negotiate an upgrade over the past 24 hours and it has been an actual nightmare. Really bad customer service.

Ben Mitch 🇪🇺🏳️🌈🇨🇦🏴😎🤪 (@Mountie31) reported from Ealing, England@O2 The problem is the phone tries to switch to 5G where there is no coverage here so it results in no signal. That happens everywhere not just W5
-
Nick Shuttleworth (@nickshuttle) reported from Ealing, England@O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.

Ben Mitch 🇪🇺🏳️🌈🇨🇦🏴😎🤪 (@Mountie31) reported from Hounslow, England@O2 Phone masts are down at my work and home so not good.

Sarah Ward (@tiggsie) reported from Richmond, England@_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Damian Davis (@DamianPDavis) reported from Spelthorne District, England@paddyguy51 @Ker_Anderson @Phonemast Do your self a favour and swap to a network that actually works, i.e. anyone but @O2
-
Tony Crean (@tony1945) reported from Richmond, England@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 This guff about roaming charges is nonsense, Nadine ..... But then you queried the amount of state support going to Channel 4, when in fact they're self-financing. Truth, eh? Not a standard which you bother with much...
-
Send News!☝🏾🇧🇧 #StopTheCoup 🌹 (@smileyyearwood) reported from Harrow Weald, EnglandI've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

Goddess Nemo (@goddessnemo2) reported@GarySpedding @arokorol @O2 I’m glad you googled it, now do you see how the signal won’t just randomly ping to one 6 miles away instead of a tower right there? Also, it’s more like a 45 minute to 60 minute drive, I used to do it weekly.
-
Hugo Michiels (@hugomichaels) reported@O2 No. All has been ok on the page. No reported issues. Suddenly there was a massive drop in. Signal strength and even with 5g showing apps and internet is at a snail pace or it just won’t load at all
