    @O2 I cannot make or receive calls since I upgraded my plan on Tuesday this week. I reported it yesterday and still waiting for a reply, sent a DM via Twitter and no reply, calling 202 and have been waiting for over 30 minutes: what do I need to do to get help?

    Hey @O2 just struggled down to the shopping centre to take advantage of the @GreggsOfficial free hot drink & treat offer, via my @virginmedia account, (available until 0000 tomorrow apparently) but got here, and offers have disappeared from app or come up as ‘sold out’ 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

    @O2 why is your signal coverage so poor? My friend had full 5G in my house and I’m flickering between one bar of 4G and 3G 😩 we have no wifi because of a landslide in the area and I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out.

    Absolutely disgraceful customer service from @O2. 5 days been trying to sort a problem, 5 hours + overall on the phone and still not resolved. Phone been put down on me, lied to, on hold for hours, transfered here and there. They won't be getting my customer when this is sorted.

    @O2 Yes everywhere. Told me to reset my phone with airplane mode on then off etc and that it will be back to normal after a few minutes ... it’s been over a week. Fix it please.

    @O2 I am trying to reach out to customer care, none of the options working at the moment, IVR is detecting my response but disconnecting the call after few seconds. Online webchat is not giving an option to start the chat, myo2 app on phone same issue
