Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@O2 are the biggest disgrace possible. Im a pay monthly customer, paying £53 a month. I have no network coverage. O2 have confirmed I live in a Black spot and they will not be helping me. They said to me..’These things happen’...! O2 said I still have to pay my monthly fee..!

Dearest #02 @O2 I do wish all your customer service people were as helpful as the person I spoke to today. Sadly there were several trees killed in the printing of a years mobile bills, which I was told was required. Todays agent simply gave the info I needed in a 5 min call

@AmazonUK I have made a large order and it has been delivered to a Amazon locker. This locker is in a private @O2 building. THIS WAS NOT STATED AT THE TIME I ORDERED! Now they're refusing me access so my daughters birthday presents are not able to be collected!!😭 HELP!

Have had 1 bar of @O2 signal for most of this year, funnily enough when I tested the signal strength back in July the signal jumped to a MEGA 2 bars momentarily. #NoServiceHere

I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

@O2 @leawilliamsart Yesterday, I received call from +443302204417 offering 40% discount on current package and i gave them 6 digits code. He said code is not valid then hanged up. By the way i am not an O2 customer. I was O2 customer 4-5 years ago.Will they be able to take over my O2 account?

@O2 joined as new customer start of the year. Moved 2a cheaper deal from o2 itself within cooling off period. Was advised by 2 o2 call operators that there wld b no termination fees. Guess what... I have been lied to and charged £162.67 and now being told nothing can be done!

@O2 my husband has been having continuous problems with his phone since it arrived last year, its on contract and It only charged on fast charge for 2 weeks then since then it hasn't. Also issues with the sound on and off. It's now gone again. @SamsungMobile
