    @O2 your customer service needs looking at I contacted them at 7.40pm about an order,I went through security etc, then to be put on hold just before 8.00pm then to be cut off as you close at 8.00 can't contact again till tomorrow evening

    Mother has been getting scammed by a mobile app service "Lasevia limited" for past 8 ish months, her mobile provider @O2 can't help at all. Looking online this has been an issue for ages yet nothing has been done by O2 😡

    I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

    @O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

    Have had 1 bar of @O2 signal for most of this year, funnily enough when I tested the signal strength back in July the signal jumped to a MEGA 2 bars momentarily. #NoServiceHere

    @O2 unbelievable service from the #CustomerService agent today, so rude lady called Ambreen kept speaking over me. Unacceptable that staff have the audacity to speak to customers in such a manner and instead of resolving an issue escalate it to another level. Who do I complain to

    The is very cathartic after 25 years with @O2 I’ve left for @VodafoneGroup the o2 customer care and support is utterly woeful. And having given them so many chances I’ve had enough, so over to you vodaphone can you step up

    @O2 are the biggest disgrace possible. Im a pay monthly customer, paying £53 a month. I have no network coverage. O2 have confirmed I live in a Black spot and they will not be helping me. They said to me..’These things happen’...! O2 said I still have to pay my monthly fee..!

    @O2 It’s being investigated but there was no indication that they would be back in touch with me. I’m concerned that my address will show up with bad credit with both you and other bodies as a result of this fraud.

    @O2 It's not tv issues I have an issue with it's not being able to use rewards or just login with a o2 account as I keep being asked to link a virgin media account as previously I was just able to use my phone number which is an o2 one

    I used to be able to use the my @o2 app easily using biometric login but ever since they joined with virgin the app is ridiculous I've tried to login TWICE and twice it's been authorised and twice it's once again telling me to login. O2 used to be so much better without virgin.

    @O2 do NOT use O2!!! I have tried calling them to resolve and old dispute and so far I’ve been put on hold forever or the 2nd time they said please hold and hung up on me! They’ve applied a charge for a dispute I raised before I ditched them for dire service and still awful

    @O2 absolutely shocking brought a second phone a o2 sim paid £10 twice to try activate and taken money but not topped up phone. Said top up unsuccessful. I can’t call customer service as no top up on my o2 phone I’ll stay with my other contract phone useless company

    @O2 @DarkSabers2013 Nearly 48 hours later and u still have not resolved the issue. Took you 36 just to respond it’s absolutely shocking and nothing to do with being busy. Respond to dm asap and get this sorted immediately
