@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@Apple @AppleSupport I went in to @O2 and was told that my iPhone X can get water damage if I take my phone in bathroom when having a shower from the steam or if I go from a hot room to a cold room the condensation in my pocket that why when I ring on speaker It cut’s in and out
