    Have had 1 bar of @O2 signal for most of this year, funnily enough when I tested the signal strength back in July the signal jumped to a MEGA 2 bars momentarily. #NoServiceHere

    I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

    I see all @O2 staff are out enjoying the sun. I try to use the text help services wait for over an hour for a reply you open the link to chat and they end the chat. Try calling you go through some options it says she may be waiting few to 15 mins then cut you off.. POOR SERVICE

    I don’t even know how @O2 are still in business. I’ve never had a good customer service experience with them. I can confidently say that over having 3 contracts with them that I will not be taking out another even if they’re the last network provider in the UK. Disgraceful.

    @O2 signal and data network issues for 3 months. No I have no signal and no data. Spoken to someone on the phone this morning who rudely put the phone down on me after I said I was unhappy to wait 3 days for someone to contact me, as I’m paying for a service that isn’t working!!!

    So update, @O2 DM to sort issue, no response, I have been put on a data tariff no in/out calls… 7 days ago I began a journey to upgrade.. nightmare.. the handset I traded in has disppeared despite having a right to cancel..o2 are terrible. #poorcustomerservice
