@O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@O2 Tried everything. (Apart from trying SIM in another phone). Previously if ever ‘SIM not working’ flashed up all I had to do was switch phone on/off. Not this time. Help!

@O2 you guys don't half know how to play dodgy, sent phone in for recycle quoted £153, nearly 2 weeks later get a message saying revised quote is now £27 cus the touchscreen is "apparently" not working...bull I had that phone for 3 years and never had any faults it's flawless!!
