@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

I will be cancelling my @O2 contract that I've had since 2009 due to terrible signal. My works phone is now @VodafoneUK so will be porting over to them. 📶📱📞

@O2 is there a way to remove the preinstalled O2 contact numbers on your SIM card. I have deleted them and they come back! They are at the top of my mum's contacts and she has trouble scrolling down to get to her personal numbers, thanks
