@JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

Update! The problem I need fixing is that I can’t make phone calls. So I can’t ring my energy supplier about being cut off, or my GP about my asthma. My phone won’t call any number at all. I told @O2. Finally. Thankfully, @O2 sent me a DM and asked me to call them to sort it

@_peetaypan @O2 If you want to keep your number you can get a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075 once you give that to your new network provider you shouldn’t have any more hassle

@O2 Day 128 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
