Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

@JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

@O2 @virginmedia a customer of both of you but everytime I try and login to pay my O2 phone bill it takes me to a virgin sign in page which I do, it then sends a security link which I click and then it takes me back to the beginning where the whole thing starts again over! #help

@O2 No I can't spend all day on the phone waiting for you to pick up (20 mins so far) If you wish to turn my phone off and send the bill to a debt collector, feel free. How does your company square this with the rules around leaving vulnerable customers without a phone service? The Samsung phone you supplied does not work correctly, and for a disabled customer (you knew) should never have been offered to me. I am 100% confident I can beat you in court so feel free.
