    You don’t get an ounce of data stood on an open-air platform at London Bridge. Been the same for 5 years. I tweeted back then. Send an engineer to platform 12 for a survey. And none of “we don’t guarantee data” -just fix it pls. @O2

    @O2 why is the network and 4g soooooo bad. Well I say 4g, I never get 4g most of the time. And even if it does say 4g it’s rubbish and slow, stuff still doesn’t load. A lot of the time I have to turn 4g off and change it to 3G for it to work. Rubbish

    @O2 fraud team apparently sent @dhlexpressuk to pick up the phone I never wanted between 9-11am this morning...shock no one arrived, I still have a phone I didn’t order, and I still can’t get into my account to check anything is actually resolve! #worstcustomerservice

    @O2 so Im looking to upgrade my phone. Problem is, the elements of my pay monthly plan are now split and out of sync. Virgin Handset is now mine but 20 months left on O2 airtime plan.  I cant cancel my O2 plan in order to start again (it wont let me change tariffs for 20 months)

    @O2 @O2 he would rather talk to someone on the phone instead back and forth via message. He doesn’t want to talk to the agents you get when you call customer service as he is talking to them now BUT he wants to talk to their supervisor who can actually make decisions
