@O2 why is the network and 4g soooooo bad. Well I say 4g, I never get 4g most of the time. And even if it does say 4g it’s rubbish and slow, stuff still doesn’t load. A lot of the time I have to turn 4g off and change it to 3G for it to work. Rubbish

Hey @O2 your customers service is amazing I have to say. You never let me down but your supply chain is dreadful. Friday Saturday and today I’ve had drivers from @DPDgroup_news and @dhlexpressuk fail to deliver my phone and all the time I’m at home. I need this sorting today. 😡
