Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

@O2 Get ******. I was on the app since 9:05am trying to get tickets. I spent all day refreshing and waiting to get access. Shambles. You should have been better prepared for the sale as this was expected. Liz Truss done a better job as PM than your App did at providing a service.
