    Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

    @MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

    @O2 after 3 hours of calls 5 texts and 1:5 hours of to get family discount that is advertised and to be given an amount to pay then still getting it wrong . So a complaint to be made

    Dear @O2, I've been with you for years. Just upgraded for 3 years. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

    @O2 Wasn’t a problem, as such. ‘Kit breaks’ is an ever present rule. Was mainly to let others know,, if they had problems and wondered what was going on.

    @LuzDLuna @O2 When I got to the shop to collect the phone and was denied, since a driving license valid across Europe wasn't good enough, I was told the "there are procedures and cameras" and the staff couldn't help because they would get in trouble!

    @O2 There was a mast down in my area but the matter wasn’t resolved for 3 weeks. I have data with EE on my ipad and the data wasn’t affected with them. With my phone I was unable to text, call or use my data. I don’t understand how you expect to put off £11, yet I haven’t been able

    @O2 Yes along with all the other stuff you recommend and it's still not working properly, when people ring me it's says my phone is switched off although it's not! I've tried re-booting, taking the sim out, dialling numbers to make it ring for longer, airplane mode....

    @O2 allways had really good mobile internet where i live (nearly always 4g). Untill you 'improved' the service in my area, now its all h. Can't even load a web page when out and about. What happened? #WN8

    @o2 why is it I’m paying £50 for a contract on a phone that freezes daily, told they don’t replace, only repair but have a disabled child and can’t be without a phone! First chance I get I’ll be leaving, awful service
