Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

People be aware that fake texts from @O2 are being sent saying your bill payment can’t go through and to log in via a text link - the site looks just like o2 but it isn’t their site! Thank god I checked with customer service

Getting increasingly frustrated! Ordered iPhone 13 via @O2 last Friday and have still not received!! Im a new customer who is leaving EE. Terrible customer service, I've rang 3 times and phone has been hung up twice. Hopefully someone at @O2 can contact me !!!

@O2 Customer services absolutely dreadful. Dragged out my usage complaint for months, then eventually said send us back the phone you’ve about 30% purchased & we’ll cancel the contract, down about £300. By the way we don’t guarantee our network signal please see our T&C.
