Dear @O2, I've been with you for years. Just upgraded for 3 years. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

@MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

@LuzDLuna @O2 When I got to the shop to collect the phone and was denied, since a driving license valid across Europe wasn't good enough, I was told the "there are procedures and cameras" and the staff couldn't help because they would get in trouble!

Gav and I have had no mobile phone service for 3 days, but I have no service to call @virginmedia to let them know! It happens far too regularly. Just spent the morning searching for a new deal. @O2 looks like the best so far!

@O2 are the biggest disgrace possible. Im a pay monthly customer, paying £53 a month. I have no network coverage. O2 have confirmed I live in a Black spot and they will not be helping me. They said to me..’These things happen’...! O2 said I still have to pay my monthly fee..!

@_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

@O2 Filled in port information form on your website over the weekend (moving from 3 to o2). This morning, lost o2 service. 3 service died at about 7pm. No sign of O2 returning. Never got a text message about porting. Now have no service with either network! Help?!

I’ve climb some of the remotest areas of the Himalayas with full 4G signal…compared to a train ride from Portsmouth to London where apart from around each station there is no service until Woking. Sort it out @O2 there is no reason why you shouldn’t have the country covered!!
