    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 @mtsavor I cannot call 202 or any other number that is supposed to be “o2” as I don’t know who I’m talking to. I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    Great service from @O2. I called to explain I can’t pay my bill until the DWP sorts out my payments. They were very understanding & put my account on hold until then. I ended up chatting with the adviser about his Dad who went through COVID too. It all felt humane & empathetic.

    @O2 I try. The problem is that the automatic system does not recognise what I say, and so getting through is a struggle. I don't blame anyone there, just really want to point out that, when there's time, you maybe need to train your system on better understanding Northern accents
