Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

@O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

@O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.

@O2 Join O2 as they have a special offer on….20gb data which they only give you GPRS signal…signal doesn’t work on trains whilst other providers do all for £25….what a bargain for the worst phone service provider in the UK

@O2 I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at the middlesbrough store. When going in for a replacement Sim and a pretty straightforward process has now taken nearly 3 days to resolve because of the incompetence of member of staff! Still not resolved

Hellooo @SkyHelpTeam there is no internet in Exeter and also helloooo @O2 the 4G has been so bad for the last month I cannot make things better by tethering my phone 😭 (Although I can watch cat videos on Twitter if I wait for them to load so that’s good) x
