But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. The phrase “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” springs to mind. For the record tickets have been raised to your back office teams by your CS over and over and not one has ever been replied to or acted on.
