    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 paid a visit to your Preston store today for an E sim. They had issues setting up, now i know why. My fiance had a go when we got home. They have only given me an E sim pack. Registered to someone else thats still active. On a different number to mine GRPR? What GDPR?!

    @O2 remind me again WHY I’m this company £50 a month for a service that is quite frankly appalling? I have 20GB download a month and it’s barely used up due to the appalling loading speeds.

    @o2 Still no data services in Cranleigh (GU6). Shows full signal on 4G but that’s not representative of the current service.
