I’m currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I can’t link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up. Kieran (@kierangpim) reported@O2 I have been trying for about a fortnight to sort out a new SIM only contract and each time I am met with the attached. I've tried multiple cards, different browsers and I can't do anything. I can't log in and talk through the app as well because I'm not a customer.
