    @EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

    Went to @O2 #TCR to swap my monthly contract onto a prepaid card. I was told it has to be done over the phone and they can’t issue a new SIM in store. Went to @EE and asked if I could transfer my number to them. The seem enthusiastic

    Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

    You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

    @O2 why is it so hard to get your systems to work properly. Don’t give me automated messages telling me I am overdue with my bill when I am not. Then sort out your customer support. How can your AI engine be too busy to ‘talk’ to customers. Rubbish.

    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    @O2 Yes I’ve had the iPhone since the 3G and never had this before - I’ve now tested on both front and rear cameras with and without HDR and it bleaches every time. Is the product faulty @AppleSupport or is this an iPhone 12 issue in general. How can I fix it?

    @O2 @GreggsOfficial 02 priority code for free drink. The store claimed that their till machines had errors and cannot allocate any coffees against the 02 award. However now looked at the code and it says redeemed. Poor service.

    Billed by @O2 for a call I never made to Nigeria. A quick look online shows it’s a #scam. The number begins 0901 a known scam 😡 yet It appears on my bill!

    @O2 I haven’t been with O2 in years, but the amount of spam calls I get from ‘them’ is ridiculous - I always ask them to stop calling, they then hang up on me and a few weeks later I get another one from a different number. Never will I go with O2 again.

    @O2 absolute disgusting! You online agents are untrained and don’t follow through there actions can’t now reach anyone , being told will be to-cut off despite telling reason why and then sayings it done ! 4 hour on/off and can’t get through to 2729 ! Absolutely sickening service

    @O2 I would be ok to accept your prices rises on a normal day. But when your coverage for 4G has taken the nosedive it has recently, even what I was paying before isn’t justified. Are you guys going to get your service back on track any time soon? Tossers.
