I was found no service when I live in London is expected and I would not be a booster and that a booster didn’t even exist. A quick google found the booster. Also pretty rude to me. Not happy after 9 years with them to get that.

And I have had weird issues with Vodafone and EE not connecting, no idea why, some calls go straight to voicemail despite the phone being charged and in range. Technology inconsistency sucks!

They have a set amount of time to respond before I take it to @Ofcom if you have call centers overseas make sure the we can understand them. Refusing the 14 day change of mind is illegal fortunately, this is gonna cost £££££
