@O2 are you planning to ever rectify the network issues that you know about within South Devon, Plymouth and Exeter? My partner is ruing the day they switched to you. If not, is there a way to get out of contract based on you not delivering the promised service?
-
Becca (@Becca75131176) reported
@O2 my dad switched to o2 recently. If I message him on his original number that he carried over he replied from a different number (not intentionally ). Therefore there is an issue. On his original number I can call and text but on this other number (the original sim number )

@O2. Having not had signal at home for the last 3+weeks, I'm now told signal may not be restored until Feb 16th. According to your customer service department, I can't claim any kind of compensation. I find that not only ridiculous, but also facetious. Please reply.
-
Reigning5nationschampions (@Reigning5natio1) reported
@O2 So I have had no signal for what will be more than a month. Meanwhile 2 of us in the family pay our monthly DDs for no service. I wouldn't expect to pay for a service I haven't received. Plus the hassle factor. How do I receive 2 factor authentication texts? Whichbi need for work

@O2 I took out a Portable Wi-fi box with you in 2018 and have been paying monthly for it ever since. I haven’t used the box in some time and would like to stop the direct debit. Can I cancel the direct debit through my bank or is there another way?
-
Jay (@join4te) reported
@O2 Day 78 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
