Hey @O2, I cancelled my phone contracts in Germany in Nov and I am still getting bills. I can't access your web apps since I no longer have a phone number to log in. I got a bill for the final 3mo payment (which was paid in Dec), and I am still getting charged. Help please!

@O2 Why do you make it so hard to cancel a contract? The phone isn't mine (but I'm paying the bill) so I can't 'ring from my O2 number' and there doesn't appear to be any other way to do this online.
