    Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying ‘we cannot verify your security info’ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.

    @O2 Fixed the issue. Turned Volte off, rebooted, turned back on and got wifi calling back :)

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

    Hello @O2 my mobile data is very slow and has been the past 2 days, I’ve reset my iPhone XR a couple of times and still no luck, I performed a diagnostic test on the device and that isn’t the issue, it’s the network.

    @O2 @_neyneyy I've been having this problem for two days. I am unable to work and losing money. Tried calling o2 but the recorded message refers me to website which won't load. Tried chatting to o2 via app, but keeps saying no agents available. Is there an issue? I'm at PL1 5DG.

    @O2 I cancelled two contracts with you two years ago and am still getting billed for one of them. Called on Friday to complain and was told I would receive a callback by Sunday 14th March. Still no response. I cancelled two years ago because of the appalling customer service
