@O2 I don’t know what I’m paying for? Unless I’m somewhere with WiFi I have the worst internet, anywhere I go! I’ve tried all the steps to fix and still terrible internet. Unacceptable!

@O2 Stupidly decide to order a mobile phone contract with you today. First call completed transaction but operator got user name wrong and it couldn't be verified. Next operator needed to get advice, call got cut off and she didn't call me back. Final operator the same. HELP!!!!

When you spend hours speaking to @O2 Sales Support and end up being offered a deal that doesn’t exist, and in turn gets withdrawn at the last minute. As a long serving customer, I’m really disappointed in the service received today. Thank goodness my contract ends next month! 🤬

@O2 ever since you began improving the network in the NE63 areas, my data and also my uncle's has been really slow, despite apparently having 4G. From taking only seconds to download stuff can now take up to 20 plus hours. Therefore you haven't improved it at all

@O2 lit worst signal out of any of the phone companies can literally be in the centre of town and nothing ?? Maybe focus on improving that instead of silly promotions or caring just about new customers
