People be aware that fake texts from @O2 are being sent saying your bill payment can’t go through and to log in via a text link - the site looks just like o2 but it isn’t their site! Thank god I checked with customer service

Had a ridiculous amount of issues with @O2 of late, and despite numerous calls and messages, there’s no resolution. I wish this had happened before I upgraded and then I’d just leave! We’re now another day of no service because of SIM card issues with no help! 🤬

@O2 Two weeks at least. Slow speed, but worse, the connection dropped today too, even though I was still on the O2 network, but service stopped momentarily anyway and this threw a spanned into the works at a delicate moment online.

@O2 first you let someone set up a mobile account with my bank details racking up £2500 out of my account. Then you reject a claim from the back that you told me to put in! Then you let them re open the account and cancel my claim. Oh and no managers available to talk to!
