@O2 Please don’t tell me this mast is still not fixed. Again sat at Liverpool Streets Station with full service and 4G and nothing happening on phone full stop. Time to accept that coverage here is not good enough.

Good morning @O2. When you about to fix below: “Sorry a phone mast in this area isn't working This means your service might come and go until we fix it.” in E14 5LB In Canary Wharf. Just to mention that network problems (data) have been around for several weeks.

Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

@O2 ordered a phone & contract for next day delivery. Waited in all day patiently for it to arrive, no dispatch mail. Rang customer services. Transferred all over the place. Not been sent. Not a great start.

@O2 Two weeks at least. Slow speed, but worse, the connection dropped today too, even though I was still on the O2 network, but service stopped momentarily anyway and this threw a spanned into the works at a delicate moment online.

@O2 Hi yes it’s the same ongoing problem in central Harrogate where the 4G signal is patchy at best, and often can only get 3G. My phone has been rebooted several times since August and it’s a new phone since I last DM’d you about it in Feb & Oct 2020

I always thought things like this was a gimmick until 3 contacted me out of the blue to say they wanted to send me a gift 🎁 for being a loyal customer. I couldn’t believe it. @nw_nicholas @O2 pull the same scam with their phone offers. You get about £200 off, but they cancel your Air Time Plan and offer similar plan for so much more over 36 months that you end up paying £700 or £800 more. You can't leave O2 with your new phone or renegotiate until you've paid off.
