Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

@O2 hi! I’m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

@O2 Please don’t tell me this mast is still not fixed. Again sat at Liverpool Streets Station with full service and 4G and nothing happening on phone full stop. Time to accept that coverage here is not good enough.

@O2 It can happen anywhere at any time. Only way I know is when I look at phone. It’s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on it’s got full signal. It’s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem

@StudiniJones @timlukejones @O2 Yep I thought the 13.3.2 update had fixed it but I’ve lost signal again this morning. Had to reboot my phone. I’m on latest update. Pissing me off now. People can’t call or message me until I’ve realised and turned phone off&on

@O2 @kingzerno This has gotten worse over the last few weeks but croydons 4g reception has been shocking for at least a year! It's getting worse and worse. Seems to be as buildings go up, the reception goes down

Hi @O2 I’ve been calling 202 for 3weeks about issues with your service. I’ve been repeatedly promised calls, none have happened. Yesterday 202 hung up when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I’ve emailed the complaint team, but haven’t heard back. Can someone get in touch please?

@O2 Could you please put some more people on support, the response times are ridiculous, I didn’t pass security on the phone was told the only way to resolve this was go to a shop. Did this, they then put me back on a phone, 80 minutes without response, left as parking ran out.

@O2 just a terrible, long winded and quite frankly ridiculous experience to sort out an issue. Two shops in two different cities, 1 hour 40 minutes later on the phone ( not an easy experience either, lack of knowledge etc). We were quite happy on EE until we were moved by Virgin
