    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    @O2 The UK’s number 1 network? Don’t make me laugh ! I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Calls are always failing. 02 is my disappointment.

    @O2 Is there an issue for WhatsApp videos on o2? Both mine and my other half’s WhatsApp has stopped playing videos were sent. I use some videos I’m sent for my job!!!! I’ve deleted the app I’ve contacted WhatsApp. Still nothing is working!

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    @O2 Customer for 35 years. I logged a complaint on 05/08/25 after I tried to add additional handsets to my a/c but your colleague 'helping' me disappeared. You didn't respond to the complaint and after the 28 days you specified, I followed up. Still nothing. Appalling service.

    @Graham_Neil @O2 Same thing happened to my brother and sister in law. O2 take no responsibility for allowing these things to happen and even ‘locked’ the phones down only to allow hackers to access them again. Now say they are responsible for all charges! Disgusting company

    @O2 No network outages. No long weekend. Just a regular Thursday. Yet im on hold for 30 minutes listening to"We apologise for the wait, we are extremely busy" when calling into your customer care line. In what world is it ok to make customers wait this long? Understaffed!
