    @O2 Your crap eCommerce system is driving me away, EE is looking better all the time! Sort it out! there was a deal 4 weeks ago for upgrading to a iPhone 11 Pro Max for 30 plus 37 a month can’t get that now!!!! So bad for a company in this sector to have such a bad eCommerce

    @O2 Why do call from different numbers every single day? Sometimes more than once! When i ask the caller to update it they say they will but never do.

    This @O2 mast issue in Brentwood is beyond a joke… My internet doesn’t get installed for 2 weeks.. I’m going to be sat twiddling my thumbs. I hear it’s been going on for a year.. Don’t expect to hear from me past 5pm till the 1st October.

    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now it’s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution 😠

    @O2 @MoneySavingExp Just had emails to say that my monthly plan with O2 will increase by £2.50 in April rather than £1.80. No explanation as to why? Can you help? I have 2 plans with you and both of these cost under £17 so I'm looking at about a 15% rise.

    @O2 Got better service abroad than I do at home🤪from @O2. That pesky old mast in DA15 is still causing problems. But hey I’m only a paying customer. Nothing back from Mr Baldwin in the Execs office except a holding’ I’ll get back to you’ mail.

    @O2 I’ve been a customer of yours for 29 years, yet over the last 18 months the quality of service has gone markedly downhill. No matter where in the country I travel, I struggle to use data yet my work device on a competitors network works absolutely fine, ive filed many 1/

    @O2 after 20+ years I’m waiting for my number to port to another network. It’s been one thing after the other over the years - poor signal, poor service, the issue with the iPhone XR that you dragged out for months, and the very sneaky price increase

    @JohnTillUK @O2 It’s the same where I live, the main town centres are down, the mast near my house is down, the time they take to fix their dated masts is ridiculously slow, over capacities as well from Sky, Gif GaF, Tesco etc aren’t helping, I’ve never known it this bad

    @O2 will we be reimbursed for the service outage in BT703HE and surrounding areas? A phone mast isn't working, your agent can't say when it will be fixed. Paying for a service and no communication, no ETA of service restoration and no data/coverage.
