    @O2 ordered a phone & contract for next day delivery. Waited in all day patiently for it to arrive, no dispatch mail. Rang customer services. Transferred all over the place. Not been sent. Not a great start.

    @O2 hi! I’m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

    @O2 @kingzerno This has gotten worse over the last few weeks but croydons 4g reception has been shocking for at least a year! It's getting worse and worse. Seems to be as buildings go up, the reception goes down

    @StudiniJones @timlukejones @O2 Yep I thought the 13.3.2 update had fixed it but I’ve lost signal again this morning. Had to reboot my phone. I’m on latest update. Pissing me off now. People can’t call or message me until I’ve realised and turned phone off&on

    @jimsmallman @O2 I left them a few years ago because the customer service is god awful! @ThreeUK is the best bet for the amount we travel! Not the best in London but all over the world it’s great

    @O2 Please don’t tell me this mast is still not fixed. Again sat at Liverpool Streets Station with full service and 4G and nothing happening on phone full stop. Time to accept that coverage here is not good enough.

    Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

    @O2 Two weeks at least. Slow speed, but worse, the connection dropped today too, even though I was still on the O2 network, but service stopped momentarily anyway and this threw a spanned into the works at a delicate moment online.

    @O2 It can happen anywhere at any time. Only way I know is when I look at phone. It’s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on it’s got full signal. It’s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem

    @O2 purchased galaxy watch 4 yesterday on what I thought was a good deal (£11 a month) - wake up this morning to see much better deal (7.99 a month + £50 Google play voucher.) Is there anything I can do to get the new price - loyal customer of 10+ years. Please advise.

    @O2 I found that page on the o2 website last night. My p30 lite is not on the list. Vodafone has WiFi calling on p30 lite, so I checked with huawei's customer service as they had agents available. They said other networks have WiFi calling on p30 lite, so this is an o2 thing.

    @O2 I understand that! I was trying to get customer services for 2 reasons. 1. An estimated day when the mat will be working again 2. Since other service providers offer WiFi calling on my handset, it's clearly not a handset issue so is there any way to circumvent the issue

    @CatoKai @humour2457 @O2 Mines been down for days cause they’re apparently working on upgrades or something. I bought more data cause I didn’t think it was working, I’m hoping I don’t actually have to pay for that now!
