  @O2 Hi @O2 - like many people tweeting you with the same issue, I have tried this tips and visited an O2 guru. The quality of your network has deteriorated and i’ll be leaving O2 in the next couple of months. No point being with O2 if you can’t provide the basics.

  @O2 That was it! I successfully connected to different networks manually! Thanks for your help!! I was set to auto-connect and it was connecting to a useless network. I got great help from the messaging service as well. 👍👍
