    @O2 The UK’s number 1 network? Don’t make me laugh ! I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Calls are always failing. 02 is my disappointment.

    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    @O2 Nothing received. When was it sent? Last message I had from you was an auto responder on 24th July stating that you’d respond to my complaint within 5 days. Have had nothing since.

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

    @O2 Is there an issue for WhatsApp videos on o2? Both mine and my other half’s WhatsApp has stopped playing videos were sent. I use some videos I’m sent for my job!!!! I’ve deleted the app I’ve contacted WhatsApp. Still nothing is working!

    You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

    @O2 I was supposed to get a phone call within 5 days of me going into store for help (7th July) and I've yet to get one? It's to do with the NHS discount again which I was told I could get but it's never worked (I got my phone 15th April!)

    @O2 Your Priority app doesn’t seem to be working today! Is anyone else having issues? No free Greggs for me today. Its telling me to log in which I go to do then just goes back to the video and tells me to log in again. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled…same thing happened.

    @O2 Just switched to @O2 a couple of days ago and instantly regretting it. All confirmation type texts (banks, shopping etc) seem to be blocked. Their ridiculously slow “help” chat getting me nowhere. #useless

    I took time off work yesterday to get to a store, just to be told they couldn't help because I'd bought the phone online, to go back to @O2 and request a booster. @O2 have now come back saying they don't offer boosters unless it's a business contract. So now I'm stuck.
