Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying ‘we cannot verify your security info’ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.

Struggling with my 2 month old @SamsungMobile #s21 bought with you @O2 .... I've tried calling but my phone keeps cutting the connection off. I think the RAM is faulty as I can't run more than one app at a time (my S10 does with ease) please help!!

@O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

@O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

@O2 The lady was really nice and helpful I was just closing the data on my pad as it was paid off. I have a phone with ( which I love, and always recommend 02 to friends) and still a loyal customer but there was no need for data on the pad. The pad number was 07546 344383 .

I upgrade through the MyO2 app. On screen says "available to order" I order. Go through all the clicks and tap the final agreements stuff. Great. Then I get an email "your order is out of stock" Hang on a mo....??? Make up your damn minds, @O2 Try and keep your site updated!!

I really think it should be compulsory that if you can log into an online account you should be able to cancel it there! Trying to cancel an @o2 is impossible online. Yes they don't want you to leave but I'm less likely to use them again because of how hard they make it to leave!

@O2 what is going on with your 5G roll out. You seem to be completely missing out Stafford/stone Staffordshire. It’s poor compared to other networks with 5G available . My contract is up soon will be a shame to switch due to this !!!

@O2 I am having network issues. I have checked the area issues but all is fine. I only got the phone last Thursday and told changing of contracts had already occurred. I am unable to contact o2 with any other method.
