    You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

    @O2 is one of the worst phone providers. How can I pay off my contract and still get charged. Your website is overcrowded too. Disgusting and poor service.

    @O2 nothing but trouble this time. After years of being a customer change my phone and now the app not allowing me to log in. After 3 attempts to enter the code I am sent it locks me out for 24 bloody hours. This time Everything is frustrating, it's automated so not Covid

    @O2 just had a text saying that you are removing the family bolt on. That is a liberty. Got it so my mum and dad can phone us and the grandkids anytime they want. Bad time to do it now especially as we're locked down. Disgusting behaviour.
