But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

Can you please check yrselves why central Harpenden (shopping, parking etc) does not have a useable 5g signal?
