@virginmedia And what’s so annoying is that for some reasons it’s seems to be affecting my mobile network because even though I’m not connected to the wifi @O2 doesn’t works in the house and I’d need to leave the house and move further down street for the #O2 network to work and reply!

Being trying to resolve a phone issue with @O2 for over two weeks. Only to find after waiting 45 mins on each occasion nobody can support, call hung up or told to call back tomorrow as person shift ends. Not acceptable.
