    @O2 Nothing received. When was it sent? Last message I had from you was an auto responder on 24th July stating that you’d respond to my complaint within 5 days. Have had nothing since.

    @O2 The UK’s number 1 network? Don’t make me laugh ! I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Calls are always failing. 02 is my disappointment.

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    Anyone else in kent been having major issues with @O2 signal. Constantly an issue where as before never had an issue with them.

    Trying to switch phone networks and gain a PAC number from @O2 is like trying to ask for the nuclear codes ... "there has been an issue processing the request..." This is ridiculous!!!

    @O2 I did and I spoke to a great Operator who passed me through and then I got cut off, after 40mins of waiting. I’ve been trying for days on end to get my issue sorted

    @O2 are absolutely ****. Apparently I owe 1p, received an enforcement and termination letter, was on hold for over 40 minutes only be told I need to be put in another queue. Oh and I've asked them to collect the 1p with the monthly bill numerous times 🤯

    @O2 What do I need to do to get someone to speak to? Last night I received my new phone, put in my SIM card and moved all my items over. I cleared everything from my original phone, to recycle. My new sim is not activating and I can’t receive texts or messages. Help!
