    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    @O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    @O2 The UK’s number 1 network? Don’t make me laugh ! I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Calls are always failing. 02 is my disappointment.

    @O2 I am o2 in Hammersmith and trying to get through to o2 to make a complaint about two of its staff members in which one of them told me to shut up and get out, I have had account with o2 for over 15 years and have never had a problem all came in was for a upgrade for my iPhone

    @NathFerguson @O2 Agreed. They are just jumping on the “screw our customers” bandwagon ! Everyone is increasing prices substantially whether or not it reflects their rise in costs & I don’t see their telecoms costs rising !! Just a con. I hope people cancel their plans & go elsewhere 😡

    Got a cheap @O2 SIM from my broadband provider. I now know went why it's so cheap. The data service pretty much useless!
