@O2 I don't have to give a reason for wanting to leave, but what I will say is the unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to get my PAC certainly aren't helping your case for persuading me to stay. It's not a nice customer experience.

Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@virginmedia are you working on the broadband in Eltham? Since Tuesday my WiFi has been cutting out regularly causing issues with working from home and trying to home school. I've had to purchase additional data from @O2 because of it.

I’ve had the worst customer experience EVER from @O2. Vicky (might as well be Pollard she was that bad) didn’t listen or deal with my complaint. The billing system is unworkable & threaten you with default notices when you don’t owe. @MarkEvansO2 ought to look into this. #o2
