@O2 It can happen anywhere at any time. Only way I know is when I look at phone. It’s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on it’s got full signal. It’s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem

Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

@O2 Day 39 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 I’ve had enough. Service is pathetic yet I’m still expected to pay nearly £100 p/m for phone/iPad/watch when I’m virtually unable to get service on each device! Daylight robbery and am disgusted I have no option to keep paying for total lack of service, absolutely fuming 😤
