    Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

    @O2 I don't have to give a reason for wanting to leave, but what I will say is the unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to get my PAC certainly aren't helping your case for persuading me to stay. It's not a nice customer experience.

    @O2 very disappointed and suprised that after 2 months without mobile service in my home you will not be providing any compensation! Contract up in September. I’ll be off to a different supplier. Anyone reading this please retweet so other users understand this crazy @O2 policy.

    Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

    What’s going on with the @O2 signal around London/Kent lately. Absolutely awful, every call I make or receive cuts out or off etc. Anyone else had this problem. Even cost me a chance of winning The Who tickets with @absoluteradio the other day. @daveberry_tweet

    @O2 our issue was resolved eventually but this shouldn’t take over 2 hours to complete. When asked to escalate to manager level we were told “they will repeat what I’ve said”. Really poor performance & haven’t received any way to review the call.

    @virginmedia @O2 Yes: six times. They refused to talk to him on two of those occasions as when they try to trace an account for him they only find my mum’s account at the address and obviously their names aren’t the same. They’ve said an order number would help, you won’t tell him it.
