Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasn’t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

@O2 Is there an issue for WhatsApp videos on o2? Both mine and my other half’s WhatsApp has stopped playing videos were sent. I use some videos I’m sent for my job!!!! I’ve deleted the app I’ve contacted WhatsApp. Still nothing is working!

@O2 absolute JOKE of a service today. Got a deal offered to me by your retentions team TODAY, I ring back later to call it and no one with authorise it. Been passed to and fro for an hour and a half and got NOWHERE. The phone and deal I want is sat in my basket. Help.

@O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

@O2 The UK’s number 1 network? Don’t make me laugh ! I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Calls are always failing. 02 is my disappointment.

Went to @O2 #TCR to swap my monthly contract onto a prepaid card. I was told it has to be done over the phone and they can’t issue a new SIM in store. Went to @EE and asked if I could transfer my number to them. The seem enthusiastic

@O2 just went into one of your stores to upgrade my phone and experienced the worst customer service. Was told to recycle my phone with another shop in the shopping centre and be without a phone for 3 days cause they’d “give me a better offer” and told I could shop online instead

@SumitSatsangi @kymbo1982 @O2 EE and so far they’ve been good. Great signal nice phone, lots of freebies and very decent tariff £20 less than what I was paying at o2 and getting triple the data. 🤞🏾 it stays good.

@O2 I suppose you have to be contract customers? Husband and I have been PAYG customers with you for over 20 years and not even a thank you, or apology when your services go down. 2 years ago we changed our numbers due to spam callers so another 20 years it is to wait lol.

@kymbo1982 @O2 I just couldn’t do it any more. They got a lot of money out of me monthly for 20+ years, no problems with payment, no calls from me complaining to customer service about anything & after all that all they could “do for me”was a refurbished iPhone 48 month contract no discount.
