Told by customer service I should have told them I was going away what crap big brother

I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

So the Ticketmaster site / app pops up, but there is no option to purchase. I fear this issue is because I do not have an O2 account, only Virgin Media for this.
