What’s going on with the @O2 signal around London/Kent lately. Absolutely awful, every call I make or receive cuts out or off etc. Anyone else had this problem. Even cost me a chance of winning The Who tickets with @absoluteradio the other day. @daveberry_tweet

@O2 Got better service abroad than I do at home🤪from @O2. That pesky old mast in DA15 is still causing problems. But hey I’m only a paying customer. Nothing back from Mr Baldwin in the Execs office except a holding’ I’ll get back to you’ mail.

@MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

@o2 why is your 4g signal and internet bandwidth so appalling in Croydon. Pass through the town centre particularly through East Croydon and you might as well having no signal at all!

@O2 Wasn’t a problem, as such. ‘Kit breaks’ is an ever present rule. Was mainly to let others know,, if they had problems and wondered what was going on.

An @O2 customer for 11 years, need a new phone and they are unable to offer me a deal until my upgrade window is open, which is for 4 weeks. I guess its off to a new provider

@O2 Your own website says there’s a mast down. We had a problem quite a few weeks ago. Zero coverage makes o2 useless.

@O2 hi, we have had an abysmal signal for weeks. Can’t make calls or the call drops out constantly. Your customer service options all lead to dead ends. Seriously thinking of leaving O2

@O2 Got there in the end. It would be nicer as a customer if the upgrade process was slick rather than being a bit of a battle… been with o2 for 20 years now and it’s become harder every time.
-

@thenewgalaxy @O2 @Apple I’m having the exact same issue! You’d think O2 would have fixed their app and website by now, issues every time I’ve tried to upgrade over the last 6 or so years

@O2 1. Turn to airplane mode and then off, lost all signal bars. 2. Phones been turnt off twice. 3. Settings have been checked. Even tried restting them. 4. 5g sim has been checked. 5. Apparently the network is fine! My phone says otherwise. £600pcm so this needs resolving ASAP!
-
Jonathan Bishopp
(@BishoppJonathan) reported
So, FURTHER to the issue of o2 taking over £600 instead of £60. I'm now 3 days down the line. Still no call back from a manager and no refund as promised. @O2 I am contacting the ombudsman today if this not resolved.

Benjamin Webster

@CivicLilly1 @shellbryson @O2 Because if you don’t order on the first day the delivery dates get pushed back and back they’re went to October within minutes direct from Apple so if they can’t keep with demand being the actual company that makes them then network providers have no chance

@O2 @Apple Wow those device plans are awful! You can get a stand alone 150GB plan from O2 for £20p/m, so why is it £5 more when bundled with an iPhone? The same applies with 3GB for £20p/m when you can get it stand alone for £6p/m Hard miss on this one, I’d rather buy from Apple.
