    Update! The problem I need fixing is that I can’t make phone calls. So I can’t ring my energy supplier about being cut off, or my GP about my asthma. My phone won’t call any number at all. I told @O2. Finally. Thankfully, @O2 sent me a DM and asked me to call them to sort it

    @O2 It’s being investigated but there was no indication that they would be back in touch with me. I’m concerned that my address will show up with bad credit with both you and other bodies as a result of this fraud.

    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    I would just like to say I had three back to back chats starting at 12pm today and at that precise moment @O2 went down. WhatsApp coming to the rescue for some but not all. Aargh.

    There’s little to no guidance online and there are no bloody options for a simple “request pac code” on My O2 once I’ve chosen the number I want to move. Is it “swap your sim”. WTF does this option do? Where is “request PAC”, why make it so hard? @O2 Fix up

    @O2 how come it's not letting me pay my phone bill using the my O2 app. Keeps saying couldn't make payment contact your bank. I've spoken with my bank and they say its a problem with O2

    @O2 Yup it told me to turn my phone off and on which didn’t help. We work from home and my o2 data is our backup for if broadband goes down. 0.5mb 4G doesn’t cut it unfortunately.
