Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

Told by customer service I should have told them I was going away what crap big brother

I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.
