Was told to recycle my phone with another shop in the shopping centre and be without a phone for 3 days cause they’d “give me a better offer” and told I could shop online instead

Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

Told by customer service I should have told them I was going away what crap big brother
