Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@O2 I have never had such a farce buying a phone. Terrible service and now to top it off I’m sent 4 letters in one day saying I owe money (I don’t, I’ve triple checked and it’s you that owes me!) and now I’m sent bullying letters saying it’s been passed to the debt collectors!

@O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

@O2 worst mobile company. Been with them 15 years. Solihull branch a disgrace. Wouldn't help try and locate my lost phone as customer services had a 90 min wait +they haven't had internet 3 weeks. Leamington branch couldn't do a phone switch even though they had codes. Pathetic.

@O2 is there anyway of turning off 4g+? On normal 4g my phone is fine, when it switches to + it is woefully slow??
