I use some videos I’m sent for my job!!!! I’ve deleted the app I’ve contacted WhatsApp. Still nothing is working!

Unfortunately because of when I took out my last contract (just before you changed your terms) I’m stuck with this old handset until I can pay off £700 remaining on device.
