@O2 Tbh it’s not just the calling, the main issue is the lack of 4g and it’s awful speed, 3G, when it kicks in, is ok but in this day and age not getting 4g is a problem ;(

@O2 hello you lovely people, so my phone is paid for so I’m now out of contract, been with you since day 1 but signal in DA15 7LE is shocking! A friend lives in DA15 8DQ and he said a mast has been worked on and his reception and 4G is now amazing, it’s about 1 mile away from me

I've experienced the WORST customer service from @O2 in the last two weeks. Nothing but confusion and headaches. Totally regret extending my contract
