    @virginmedia And what’s so annoying is that for some reasons it’s seems to be affecting my mobile network because even though I’m not connected to the wifi @O2 doesn’t works in the house and I’d need to leave the house and move further down street for the #O2 network to work and reply!

    @O2 Trying to cancel my O2 Insurance as I'm paying £150 a year and online being quoted less than half that. Website says Call 202. Call 202 and that says Go Online then hangs up. Please can someone call me?

    Recently moved back to @ThreeUK on a sim only plan and it’s blooming awful in terms of speed or coverage in central London. Thanks to my @O2 work E-sim I actually have signal!

    @O2 I can now see why you wanted to take this private, spent £2k plus with you at midday, three hours later a customer service representative is verbally laughing at us over the phone because the sims haven’t transferred. 🙄

    @O2 I've no DM may I ask, what makes Twitter O2 better then two customer service phone calls and twice into the O2 shop in Camden? The 4 times and completely incapable of of fixing the issue. Just wondering what makes you different.

    This @O2 mast issue in Brentwood is beyond a joke… My internet doesn’t get installed for 2 weeks.. I’m going to be sat twiddling my thumbs. I hear it’s been going on for a year.. Don’t expect to hear from me past 5pm till the 1st October.

    @O2 I’ve been waiting for my iPad delivery since Tuesday due to multiple address errors, false updates, and hang-ups by your reps. DHL now says it’s delayed again despite O2 confirming delivery today. Please escalate this to your logistics or complaints team immediately!

    @O2 experienced the worst customer service today in your St Helens branch. Very very poor, my 80 year old mother was appalled, she was about to upgrade to a new phone, suffice it to say, she will be moving to a different network now!

    @o2 I have been trying to cancel an unactivated SIM for months, hoping that you will send an email I can reply to, or a number I can speak to someone on. This is ridiculous, sort it out! And get someone to call me about this!! @CitizensAdvice
