@O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

The customer service @O2 have given my 71 year old uncle after some one has made fraudulent activity from his account, gained access to his phone and tried to steal large amounts of money from him is beyond disgusting
