This @O2 mast issue in Brentwood is beyond a joke… My internet doesn’t get installed for 2 weeks.. I’m going to be sat twiddling my thumbs. I hear it’s been going on for a year.. Don’t expect to hear from me past 5pm till the 1st October.

The @O2 network in this area is so bad. I am constantly telling people not to take out a contract with @o2 and the company doesn't listen to their customers when they tell the company there is problems with signal and coverage issues.

@O2 You should know. You’ve implemented the absolutely pathetic customer service contact options. Maybe answer your phones with humans rather than cut off calls. Sort it out. I’ll be changing to another provider as you are useless.
