    10 weeks away from the office and the @o2 phone reception is still ******* terrible. Internet barely won’t work on 4g and just about loads on 3G 😩😩 I’ve been taking home wifi for granted

    Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying ‘we cannot verify your security info’ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.

    @O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

    @O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

    This also means recordings, catch up everything doesn't work. Absolutely appaling. I cant even use my phone as mentioned I have to use WiFi calling for @o2 to work now I have no WiFi I can't accept or make calls either. Shocking. The fact you 2 partnered makes perfect sense.
