I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Cancelled the contract as shown on the @O2 website and still being billed monthly even after calling customer service 3 times. Very disappointed after being a loyal customer for many years.
