@StudiniJones @timlukejones @O2 Yep I thought the 13.3.2 update had fixed it but I’ve lost signal again this morning. Had to reboot my phone. I’m on latest update. Pissing me off now. People can’t call or message me until I’ve realised and turned phone off&on

@O2 Two weeks at least. Slow speed, but worse, the connection dropped today too, even though I was still on the O2 network, but service stopped momentarily anyway and this threw a spanned into the works at a delicate moment online.

@o2 spend half hour on phone & cheeky **** puts the phone down. Got a good mind to take it into the shop and chuck the useless piece of **** at the 1st person I see! DO NOT GO WITH O2 3 WEEKS WITHOUT SIGNAL AND THEU DO NOT GIVE A **** MISSED AN OPERATION BECAUSE of them!

@O2 It's a brand new sim and phone. Had the same issue with my last phone too. And no sorry, I can't try another phone. I'd rather try another network if I'm honest but I'm stuck now
