@DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

@virginmedia And what’s so annoying is that for some reasons it’s seems to be affecting my mobile network because even though I’m not connected to the wifi @O2 doesn’t works in the house and I’d need to leave the house and move further down street for the #O2 network to work and reply!

Trying to join @O2, a saga in several million parts. After 20 years it was time to change provider. O2 were so much cheaper this time round. I needed to transfer three lines. No problem, I though. First up the website said I couldn’t do multiple lines and had to call… 1/

@O2 you need better customer service when answering the phone! Just had a very rude woman called AMY after being on hold for 20mins she decided to to hang up the call said she ‘couldn’t hear me’ but when I said I’d been on hold for a long time she said, I’m still disconnecting!
