    .@O2 sent messages on Twitter, called customer service, DM sent via Twitter: 4 days after upgrading my plan I am still not able to make or receive calls and I was told it will take 3-7 days to sort it: why?

    @O2 I've just waited 45 minutes for someone to tell me they can't do anything regarding #insurance, then I immediately get a voicemail saying call the same number. PLEASE SORT THIS ASAP !!!! #CustomerService #awful

    @O2 I cannot make or receive calls since I upgraded my plan on Tuesday this week. I reported it yesterday and still waiting for a reply, sent a DM via Twitter and no reply, calling 202 and have been waiting for over 30 minutes: what do I need to do to get help?

    @O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

    @andrewwhyman @O2 Hmm maybe. My point about the network unreliability still stands. Walk to the shop and I have no data unless I airplanes mode a few times. Frustrating

    @O2 could you please tell me why Gatwick airports DAS in the ticket hall area struggles so much? Is it a capacity issue or is there a fault with the DAS or a specific antenna? On 4G - 1Mbps download speed pretty constantly. Go a few hundred feet away and get 60Mbps.

    @O2 how many times do I have to call through to the customer service to actually solve my issue? So far, been hung up on 5 times by your advisors, waited on the lines more then 3 hours altogether. Makes me question why am I still with you.

    I bought @o2 mobile wifi last year for our holiday home for the 7 month season. I’ve just bought yet another at a cost of £72 to never even get it out of the box because it was cheaper to buy another with a new contract rather than buy just a SIM. What a waste!
