    @O2 Is there any reason why the O2 priority app no longer works on mine or my mum's Huawei phones. Says the app is out of date, then won't let me redownload, says there is an installation problem.

    This @O2 mast issue in Brentwood is beyond a joke… My internet doesn’t get installed for 2 weeks.. I’m going to be sat twiddling my thumbs. I hear it’s been going on for a year.. Don’t expect to hear from me past 5pm till the 1st October.

    @O2 I've no DM may I ask, what makes Twitter O2 better then two customer service phone calls and twice into the O2 shop in Camden? The 4 times and completely incapable of of fixing the issue. Just wondering what makes you different.

    @O2 like your the only UK network do not offer wifi calling and 4G calling for PAYG customer’s… see EE,Vodafone and three they do offer wifi calling and 4G calling to their PAYG customers.. and your not offering i am 13 years a loyal customer please do offer it i am facing -

    @O2 Trying to cancel my O2 Insurance as I'm paying £150 a year and online being quoted less than half that. Website says Call 202. Call 202 and that says Go Online then hangs up. Please can someone call me?

    @O2 issue in the network it’s always says “no service” in my apartment come on offer wifi calling right now i did speak with your staff in Kings road store and told them about that issue they’ve said we can’t do anything right now i might move to EE or Vodafone if this situation-

    @O2 I can now see why you wanted to take this private, spent £2k plus with you at midday, three hours later a customer service representative is verbally laughing at us over the phone because the sims haven’t transferred. 🙄

    @O2 since joining O2 2 months ago, I regularly get spam texts. Didn't have this problem with Virgin in the 10 years that I was with them. Is this a common problem that all O2 customers deal with? I often report spam texts and block the numbers, but they just keep coming!

    @RevRichardColes @O2 I’m with Vodafone and have resolved problems by similar means - they call “have you tried switching or off and on again?” A ‘live reboot’ - which at least preserves a bit of dignity: “I had to perform a live reboot” sounds so much more tech savvy ...

    @iainmhepburn @O2 Exactly this! Switched from Virgin to O2 2 months ago and my phone has suddenly been inundated with spam texts. I've reported several and blocked but they just keep coming. I was with Virgin for 10 years and never got spam on the scale that I've been getting with 02.

    @O2 THE BILL WAS PAID ON TIME & YOU EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED THAT!! MAYBE GIVE THIS INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMER ABOUT RINGING OFF A RESTRICTED NUMBER 2729 OR GIVE CHOICE OF PAYING OR SPEAKING TO A HUMAN TO TELL YOU ABOUT YOUR ERROR!!!!!
