@O2 I had a call from Rachel - a fabulous @O2 rep last night to troubleshoot the situation and taking some accountability for what is going on. I’m sticking with @O2 while this gets sorted because of her actions. Great employee who gets customer service and care. 👍

  • CorinaWieland
Corina Wieland (@CorinaWieland) reported from London, England

@VictoriaGoodyer @O2 Exactly what I will do! I was hoping the more expensive monthly rate (to other providers) is justifid by the costumer service. How wrong was I! Fed up with the poor service, signal cover (in London!), weekends without data and now this.

  • emmawebster
emmawebster (@emmawebster) reported from Camberwell, England

@O231174239 @O2 I have paid off my device. There is no option to cancel my contract online, it says I need to call but no one picks up!!

  • hannahmjoness
Hannah Jones (@hannahmjoness) reported from Camberwell, England

@O2 your 3G service in London is actually a joke

  • TomDavies_89
Tom Davies (@TomDavies_89) reported from City of London, England

I’m leaving @O2, service is again absolutely atrocious and I live in central London. #o2

  • ChristianRad
Christian Radnedge (@ChristianRad) reported from London, England

Something especially egregious about living near The O2, but not having any @O2 signal once again, even though that doesn't make sense. Feels like it should be a massive router for all of South East London...

@O2 The network in EC2M has been down since 17th JUNE.....forgive me for being short but 3 months with no network is disgusting. #O2 #O2NetworkProblems

  • jpfpreston
Joshua Preston (@jpfpreston) reported from Camberwell, England

You don’t get an ounce of data stood on an open-air platform at London Bridge. Been the same for 5 years. I tweeted back then. Send an engineer to platform 12 for a survey. And none of “we don’t guarantee data” -just fix it pls. @O2

  • Jennifer03017
Jennifer Ferguson (@Jennifer03017) reported from London, England

@O2 when you press use now on the Priority Lane where is the code - I only have a screen with a timer counting down. I can’t see a code? Thank you xx

  • kaybaka
Kay Bak (@kaybaka) reported from Camberwell, England

@virginmedia Yeah?! I hope you can resolve and repay the works and fees I’ve missed as well because of lack of internet on both my mobile network and internet because of @O2 and #virginmediadown

  • PaulGrayburn
PG (@PaulGrayburn) reported from City of London, England

@O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.

  • kaybaka
Kay Bak (@kaybaka) reported from Camberwell, England

@virginmedia And what’s so annoying is that for some reasons it’s seems to be affecting my mobile network because even though I’m not connected to the wifi @O2 doesn’t works in the house and I’d need to leave the house and move further down street for the #O2 network to work and reply!

  • Kierbro
Kieran Brown #FRSA 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@Kierbro) reported from Camberwell, England

@O2 Tried that. Unfortunately because of when I took out my last contract (just before you changed your terms) I’m stuck with this old handset until I can pay off £700 remaining on device. Shame as the new amazing iPhone camera would help my burgeoning photograph business massively.

  • des700
des (@des700) reported from Camberwell, England

Hey @O2 ten year customer here, I have no data for 8 days after upgrading to unlimited data because I need data. I need data. What can be done? I will be looking for a solution elsewhere if you cannot help.

  • RoslynBriggs89
Roslyn (@RoslynBriggs89) reported from London, England

@O2 is one of the worst phone providers. How can I pay off my contract and still get charged. Your website is overcrowded too. Disgusting and poor service.

  • CorinaWieland
Corina Wieland (@CorinaWieland) reported from London, England

@O2 I have called O2 several times and also chatted online to a few people (Nooruddin for example).I also spoke to the 3rd party which don’t care and to the police which are busy with bigger problems. What it comes down to is YOU are charging me, and I am YOUR costumer

  • TweetMRS
MRS (@TweetMRS) reported from Camberwell, England

“The idea of customer ownership feels a little arrogant. You have to champion the customer, put them first, and be authentic, but I’m not sure that means ‘owning’ them.” @JessicaJSalmon from @o2 on the future customer. #MRSlive

  • HighEquanimity
    ᑕ L ∆ R Ξ N ᑕ Ξ (@HighEquanimity) reported from London, England

@O2 I your team messaged me yesterday to collect my new #SamsungGalaxyS26Ultra. I went to the store but was told it wasn't available for collection till today. I was very disappointed, but the manager took time to come apologise to me personally. I was amazed by the service.

  • AlanGreene73

  • HughEdw54983916
    Hugies (@HughEdw54983916) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I thought you believed in the free market. It's not the government's job to support mobile phone operators.

  • iamryanodonnell
    Ryan O'Donnell (@iamryanodonnell) reported

@O2 Thank you but I’ve pretty much done all of this. The network needs serious investment to manage the amount of people connected, and to ensure data is reliable and stable.

  • drhanko2
    Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.

  • SoSoaksy
    Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures

  • 13theatre
    13th Theatre Co (@13theatre) reported

@O2 Hi I am not on 02 but I am being continually harassed. I made a complaint to your Fraud team and I presumed it was closed as I received a letter saying I had nothing to pay. I received two texts asking for money. There is no identification on the text

  • Robbbb58
    Rob (@Robbbb58) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 The sooner Elon sorts out direct to phone satellite connection the better, **** these useless companies off for good.

  • KettchUK
    KettchUK (@KettchUK) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Don't worry, the private sector will be along any moment with that investment you said they'd be putting into the network decades ago.

  • BenjaminEHowe
    Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported

@AndyFurnival2 @TomTugendhat @O2 It was better when there were fewer mobile devices competing for the same signal.

  • EadrictheWild
    👨🏻‍💻 ⚡️ (@EadrictheWild) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Becuase partly we don't put enough masts In (5g requires them every 300 meteres in cities) and partly because there's 10 million people more using our phone network than in the official cencus

  • GillRaeWalker
    Gillian Jamieson (@GillRaeWalker) reported

@browncharley23 @TomTugendhat @O2 Minimally - they work in an outage.
