Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

@O2 The Caffè Nero offer used to be weekly, with good availability. Now it’s monthly with poor availability. It’s ridiculous to suggest that Greggs is a suitable substitute for coffee. As others have said, I will leave O2 for a network with better coverage at my next renewal.
