Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

@O2 It's a shame you have shut down your customer service email address. When people would need to co tact you the most. My phone calls are unanswered and the link I was sent to chat to an online help sent me to a defunct website. Your customer service is missing in action

Just had an unsolicited call from 0330 303 5315 claiming to be from @O2, poor line quality, caller could barely speak English and couldn’t understand me. Plus v poor script. An internet search shows this number is a scam. Do @O2 still claim this is a number they really use?

@O2 @ZeroCool3397 Interesting. I just received a call from this number never once believing this was really O2. The quality of the line was very poor, the caller could not speak very good English and she didn’t seem to be able to understand me. If this is not a scam then needs improvement
