    Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

    @O2 @kingzerno This has gotten worse over the last few weeks but croydons 4g reception has been shocking for at least a year! It's getting worse and worse. Seems to be as buildings go up, the reception goes down

    @O2 Hi there, a year ago I got a sim only contract with you for £8 a month, however, due to reasons I had to boost the data, I’m not on a flexible plan and I no longer need 120gb of data. I would call the 202 number but I have quite a bad but if anxiety. Could I reduce back to 8

    Dear @O2 I want to upgrade two iPhones on my business account. Your stores can't help me for some reason that even your staff struggle to explain and every time I try on the phone I give up after 30 mins on hold. I wonder how much business you miss because of this! It is nuts.
