⚡️Emma⚡️ (@electriccandles) reported from London, England@O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

2 for flinching (@2_4_Flinching) reported from Camden Town, England@O2 I feel let down as a customer for the first time in 4 years of loyalty. Christian Radnedge (@ChristianRad) reported from London, EnglandSomething especially egregious about living near The O2, but not having any @O2 signal once again, even though that doesn't make sense. Feels like it should be a massive router for all of South East London...

-
Raf🇵🇱🇪🇺🇬🇧🏳️🌈 (@Mr_Rafal) reported from Hackney, England@O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.
-
Annette 💜🏳️🌈 (@nettiewettie) reported from City of London, England@BecksBDaniels Oh crap! I’m a @O2 customer too. Not brilliant. There should be any charges while using WiFi for WhatsApp.
-
Lebby Eyres (@LebbyE) reported from Islington, EnglandYou can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately
-
BEX (@Bex_Stinson) reported from Camden Town, EnglandUpdate! The problem I need fixing is that I can’t make phone calls. So I can’t ring my energy supplier about being cut off, or my GP about my asthma. My phone won’t call any number at all. I told @O2. Finally. Thankfully, @O2 sent me a DM and asked me to call them to sort it

-
john rowan (@jokewapo) reported@2gurlys1kupp @O2 @virginmedia Aye mate it’s horrible. I complained on live chat and got £30 off my bill. Told me it’s now been fixed but it’s still terrible. Virgin WiFi is just as bad.
-
Victoria Hamilton (@VictoriaMh) reportedHi @O2, I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I’m trying to do something as simple as upgrade my phone. Today I’ve experienced doc upload, payment, app login, chat, form failures, spent 60 minutes on hold today and still no resolution. Awful customer service. Unacceptable!
-
Will McGugan (@willmcgugan) reportedSo @O2 had to be one of the most incompetent mobile providers out there. I’m unable to top up. Their app breaks with cryptic errors. I’m unable to change plans as the change tariff link breaks with “too many redirects”. I can create a new plan, but that won’t let me keep my number. O2 customer services, don’t bother replying. There’s nothing you could do to salvage your reputation in my eyes.
-
Johnny Storm (@humantorch1036) reportedFinally got through to @O2 customer service on the phone after about two hours. Utterly useless. Couldn't help one bit. Couldn't help with verification. Sim card has gone in the bin. Lost customer. @Ofcom needs to sort them out.

-
Mitch Hirsty (@mitchhirsty) reported@Archibald1878 @O2 And another one O2! You keep blaming your customers instead of actually fixing the broken payment gateway! Acknowledge the problem and fix it! The generic troubleshooting you provide is not going to resolve a problem on your end.
-
JCB (@Plsdoright) reported@O2 Another worrying call for someone claiming to be from O2 advising my sim is no longer usable and anew one would be delivered tomorrow. Have had about 10 similar calls! However previous callers didn’t call me a M….F…..when I declined. Please help @O2
-
Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reportedOn the phone to @o2 and the security settings to go through both automated and to human are utterly insane. Unworkable. Cannot understand what they are saying. Stressful and confusing. We have no signal for two years and they still want exit fees!! @MartinSLewis
