@O2 very disappointed and suprised that after 2 months without mobile service in my home you will not be providing any compensation! Contract up in September. I’ll be off to a different supplier. Anyone reading this please retweet so other users understand this crazy @O2 policy.

Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

@O2 He replaced the sim. Said it should work. Got home and it's still the same. No network and won't receive calls. Went back and they're saying they can't help now. 6 months left on my contract but not being given what I pay for. So what are the options? I can't afford the upgrade.

@O2 I am on PAYG, my number or account is not found, I spoke to customer services, they said account couldn't be found and would sign my up for different one. He took all my details for DD including long card number and security number. He then said it failed and would call back?

@O2 most shocking poor customer service in the teesside park store middlesbrough, not only are they advertising phones and tariff's that have expired but when i asked to talk to the manager via assistant he totally ignored us, finished his computer work then walked away !

@O2 hi, I returned a sim card to you, part of an @virginmedia VOLT deal, but I cancelled it the day after (within14days). Therefore this deal was also cancelled too. Yet you’ve taken £11 odd from me. Please return this to me. I am not an 02 customer as I cancelled. Thank you.

I have the volt deal. So I also now have o2 too. They have being atrocious too. Loss of signal tonnes of times. Customer service between @O2 & @virginmedia have being awful. I only moved from @sky due to getting a better deal from you’s but honesty I never had a problem with sky
