    @O2 The UK’s number 1 network? Don’t make me laugh ! I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Calls are always failing. 02 is my disappointment.

    @O2 Yes I’ve had the iPhone since the 3G and never had this before - I’ve now tested on both front and rear cameras with and without HDR and it bleaches every time. Is the product faulty @AppleSupport or is this an iPhone 12 issue in general. How can I fix it?

    @O2 please can you help me? Numerous people are getting calls from my mobile number when I haven’t actually called them or even have their details to start with. This has happened twice in the last week with two different people

    Did @O2 iphone recycle thing (diff login to normal O2... would help if they told you 🙄), was quoted £132. Then get message they’ve revised value to £28. 79% reduction. Zero explanation as to why. I’ll have that phone back then #o2recycle All a bit #GreedierO2 than #GreenerO2

    @O2 just went into one of your stores to upgrade my phone and experienced the worst customer service. Was told to recycle my phone with another shop in the shopping centre and be without a phone for 3 days cause they’d “give me a better offer” and told I could shop online instead

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve done both. Apps are so slow loading when wireless is switched off and service isn’t great on 3G or 4G. Used to be excellent

    Went to @O2 #TCR to swap my monthly contract onto a prepaid card. I was told it has to be done over the phone and they can’t issue a new SIM in store. Went to @EE and asked if I could transfer my number to them. The seem enthusiastic

    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    @O2 absolute JOKE of a service today. Got a deal offered to me by your retentions team TODAY, I ring back later to call it and no one with authorise it. Been passed to and fro for an hour and a half and got NOWHERE. The phone and deal I want is sat in my basket. Help.

    @O2 Is there an issue for WhatsApp videos on o2? Both mine and my other half’s WhatsApp has stopped playing videos were sent. I use some videos I’m sent for my job!!!! I’ve deleted the app I’ve contacted WhatsApp. Still nothing is working!

    @O2 beyond frustrated with customer service. A fraudulent O2 account means mortgage is being turned down and if not sorted me, wife and 10mth old will be homeless in 3 weeks. Fraud team uncontactable, customer service refusing to let us talk to a manager and hanging up on us

    Anyone else having issues with BT Broadband? Broadhub has just been in meltdown for 15 mins! @bt_uk @BTGroup you know that "ultra reliable connection, whatever you throw at it" is all gibberish. Ended up creating a mobile hotspot @O2 as wifi connection to my laptop

    Looking at how @davido did the @O2 in 2017. With no help. He opened doors for everyone. Everywhere. The performance was MJ rated. It sucks when some people think it's because of his dad's wealth. That guy is great. Just admit it and know peace bro.

    @O2 I need to speak with somebody in the UK (not 🇿🇦) that can discuss a very specific issue regarding my account. Every correspondence you send through my letter box, and trust me, there has been 8 letters at a time gives me a number that puts me to o2 top up?! HELP!

    @ianpyeiseboe @O2 Are you still having this issue, Ian? Very similar issues here in the same area — particularly with my connection dropping from 4G to 3G and having to turn it off and back on again to restore 4G.

    @O2 Movistar is the current network for a few more days. But I was also in Corfu and Czechia in the past 2 months and didnt get any SMS on arrival to that country? I thought they should come automatically? Or is it somewhere in settings?

    I'm never going with @O2 ever again, will never recommend and can't even begin to explain how angry I am with them. They do not care about customers or helping in any way. They care only for our money, they are absolute scum bags
