It shouldn’t have been, because you shouldn’t accept text messages for relay that appear to be from banks unless you can verify that they really are.

Been into the shop and they have ‘fixed’ it twice...can’t get onto the O2 app, and now can’t log on to the website. Not a happy customer anymore.
