    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @O2 what a load of rubbish. Moved from 3 after 5 years only to experience the worst ever service. Thanks god we only doing a pay as you go trail before signing up for a contract. Looks like we are moving back to 3

    @O2 Is there anyway I can cancel my contact free of charge if I only got the phone yesterday? Unhappy with the signal. Been to the shop but they advised me to CS, which also didn’t fix my issue :(
