So I can’t ring my energy supplier about being cut off, or my GP about my asthma. My phone won’t call any number at all. I told @O2. Finally. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

Andrew Sutherland (@andews134) reported@O2 @ChechuzM Hi - I took a montly o2 contract 8 days ago. It worked well until you ported the number from vodafone. Since then I cannot connact at all. I contacted help, bit it just ‘logged a complaint’. How do I cancel. It is within 14 days.
