Corina Wieland (@CorinaWieland) reported from London, England@VictoriaGoodyer @O2 Exactly what I will do! I was hoping the more expensive monthly rate (to other providers) is justifid by the costumer service. How wrong was I! Fed up with the poor service, signal cover (in London!), weekends without data and now this.
-
Freddie Phillips (Amanda Benson) (@cheesescientist) reported from Camden Town, England@leonrestaurants @JamesJoelDann @O2 Not working for me either.
-
siege (@siegeism) reported from London, England@O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

Keith - newacc. (@whiterosetyke) reported from Islington, England@O2 I've no DM may I ask, what makes Twitter O2 better then two customer service phone calls and twice into the O2 shop in Camden? The 4 times and completely incapable of of fixing the issue. Just wondering what makes you different.
-
Tim Morris (@T_Morris_Wealth) reported from London, England@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support
-
Kieran Brown #FRSA 🏴🇪🇺🏳️🌈 (@Kierbro) reported from London, England@tomlister @O2 @O2 reception in Bath is absolutely appalling. Had same issue all week long when was working at theatre there couple of weeks ago. Similar issue following week in Manchester.

Ali Malik (@Ali_Malik) reported from London, EnglandAnd the harrowing experience continues with @o2! Porting out within 14 day cooling off period of “new” contract seems to be a tough ask for #O2. Unacceptable, impolite behaviour of customer services while the farce from technical side continues. #O2fail! CC: @MarkEvansO2 @Ofcom
-
Stephen Kingsley (@StephenKingsley) reported from Islington, England@O2 No response on Saturday and don’t understand a three letter message today - a long time for an automated service not to be working correctly.
-
Gill Kirby (@GillKirby) reported from Islington, England@O2 How funny that publicly you demonstrate great customer service, but having DM’d you which you requested, you’ve now gone very silent! Not my idea of service.
O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
blueShrew (@totfinsol) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Simple. The last government scraped the plan to role out 5G masts which were to be built by Huawei which a Chinese company. Because the US don’t trust China they told us we couldn’t either and so the role out never happen. Any 5G bandwidth is being used by the war effort.
-
Rachael dilloway (@shrewsrachael) reported@O2 please sort the network out in shrewsbury town centre as I can’t use my data allowance to get online
-
Smoggy Balboa (@SmoggyBalboa) reported@_unidropout @O2 I'm on Tesco Mobile (wife works in their pharmacy so it's a steal) have definitely been noticing. Got a new SIM and had the antenna checked thinking it was a fault at my end. Can't set foot outside a town centre and retain signal lately. Nightmare.
-
...AND another thing: (@__anotherthing) reported@kokeshimum @O2 How do tariffs compare; I bet UK pays extra for (poor) service?
-
Tim Eades (@timeades) reported@rocknroller912 @kokeshimum @O2 Biggest signal blockers are NIMBYS
-
CRoM (@romeocln) reportedI moved from @ThreeUK to @O2 and nothing has improved on signal. Blind spots alll over the places. What I really don't get why you don't get anything on 4 antena bars? And could be anywhere in London
-
MartinWW❌ (@swaledalebirds_) reported@Savplast60 @kokeshimum @O2 You ******* retard.
-
Skimo (@SkimoBeats) reported@O2 Yes, to go to a store. Which isnt close. And would have to go out of way to go there. They of course are unable to confirm if they will have the same issue. For confirmation, there is absolutely no issue with any of my cards (I have tried 4 so far). It's ridiculous.
-
John Rowley (@JohnRow06854162) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Because we are so awful at new things. All we do is mend, repair and keep things the same , we are very ****.
