    The amount of time I have spent on the phone to them trying to sort it, I can’t find wait to tell them my hourly fee that I want compensating for; how basic is getting a phone that rings! NEVER GO WITH @o2

    The ordeal continues. @O2 and it’s #CustomerService is very good at taking notes but appalling at resolving complaints / closing issues. Generated an incorrect / inflated bill despite multiple assurances otherwise! Now running pillar to post, no resolution in sight @MarkEvansO2

    @O2 is one of the worst phone providers. How can I pay off my contract and still get charged. Your website is overcrowded too. Disgusting and poor service.

    @tomlister @O2 @O2 reception in Bath is absolutely appalling. Had same issue all week long when was working at theatre there couple of weeks ago. Similar issue following week in Manchester.

    @O2 Network reset? Not sure what that is... Not in London often and last two times when I try to connect to wifi extra it requires login info, multiple locations across the tube network. I've searched for a solution and doesn't seem to be any options.

    I would just like to say I had three back to back chats starting at 12pm today and at that precise moment @O2 went down. WhatsApp coming to the rescue for some but not all. Aargh.

    @O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

    @O2 Hello O2, I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving. I have been trying to choose a tariff using the free call option, but there does not appear to be any way to do this. In addition, I am unable to log into my online account despite multiple attempts. This has made it impossible for me to manage my account or select the tariff I want. Please can you investigate these issues and advise me how to access my account and choose a tariff as soon as possible. last month I left £15 on phone and u never used that for this month don't ask me to pm you as i cant use that I would appreciate a prompt response.     I’m in Dulwich. One of the more expensive areas of London, supposedly a global city, and I’m getting worse mobile phone reception that I did in Kabul a decade ago. I pay for two contracts: @O2 and @EE and neither is reliable so I can’t work. Mobile phones are useless in vast areas of Britain and have got worse. You can never work on a train, unlike in France. But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings. This government is prioritising virtue signalling vanity projects when we need infrastructure urgently.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE EE had to replace their entire Huawei 5G core at great expense at the behest of your government, it put their network investment back by nearly a decade, I'd maybe sit this one out if I was you

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Hear hear. I was in Laos recently. 10 miles from the nearest road. Full signal. Always the bare minimum with all of our network providers. Guess we are just used to being mugged of by all the utility companies now 👎🏻
