Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

O2 now want to send it away for their own diagnosis, leaving me without a phone. No resolution, no escalation, and ignoring the Consumer Rights Act.

Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. Skimo (@SkimoBeats) reported@O2 Yes, to go to a store. Which isnt close. And would have to go out of way to go there. They of course are unable to confirm if they will have the same issue. For confirmation, there is absolutely no issue with any of my cards (I have tried 4 so far). It's ridiculous.
