Vìncere. (@VictorJ1987) reported from Brentford, EnglandThanks @VodafoneUK for the run of 3 poor months of customer service requiring us to request for cancellation. Typical that your retention team could not even be bothered to make an effort. Go and listen to the phone call. I guess @EE or @O2 here I come. #Vodafone #Dontbother
-
Martin Kay (@martinkay11) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandDid @O2 iphone recycle thing (diff login to normal O2... would help if they told you 🙄), was quoted £132. Then get message they’ve revised value to £28. 79% reduction. Zero explanation as to why. I’ll have that phone back then #o2recycle All a bit #GreedierO2 than #GreenerO2
-
David Chow 📶 (@davidchow) reported from Hammersmith, England@MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.
-
Timothy Murphy (@tjwmurphy) reported from Paddington, England@virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.
-
imad el maoed (@imad_el_maoed) reported from Paddington, England@O2 @BradleyClark10 You are really bad company !! I asked for the costumer service to call me on my mobile, but they are ignoring my messages

Nick Shuttleworth (@nickshuttle) reported from Ealing, England@O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.
-
David (@daveya90) reported from Wandsworth, England@O2 just went into one of your stores to upgrade my phone and experienced the worst customer service. Was told to recycle my phone with another shop in the shopping centre and be without a phone for 3 days cause they’d “give me a better offer” and told I could shop online instead
-
Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England@cgledhill @McDonaldsUK @O2 I think the more pressing question is: Why are you using a public wi-fi network?
-
Jane Slade (@Retiremove) reported from Wandsworth, England@O2 promised to unlock my phone within 72 hours but still locked and no sign of anything happening. Worst customer service - promise and don’t deliver.
-
Josh (@JoshBates) reported from Paddington, England@O2 I got this sorted doing this however this is really poor service. This should be an easy, self-service digital journey. Absolute joke that this took 35 mins for both me and your staff. Total waste of time. Please feed back.
-
Alison Cameron🐟 (@allyc375) reported from Kensington, England@ShieldingG @O2 Now there’s an idea. I wonder where the cleaners put it. I’ve only ever used it for my Dalek thing - never plunged a sink in my life.

-
Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
-
Alex Knott (@AlexKnott241254) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I'm on O2 and very very rarely gets coverage issue except may be festivals
-
Briana (@Briana432130275) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE O2 are the worst. The rot started under tories
-
Nigel. Red. 🚴. Tories/Reform = Dreck (@Nigeblueboi) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE No wonder you're out with the washing posting crap like this. Your mobiles don't work or you can't operate them more like, so any resources allotted to cycling infra and pedestrian safety can gtf.
-
𝒂𝒏𝒏 𝒎 (@a_n_n__m) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, it’s not a problem.
-
Diogenes Bowl (@DiogenesBalls) reported@O2 @Virgin If you think I'm paying for a restricted line that grasses up everything I do to the woke wankers in No10, expect me to cancel the contracts and find people who respect privacy and unlimited access without government interference. #ElonItsTimeForStarLinkUK
-
Snow&Fairways (@IcyFairways) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Sane with three. Garbage.
-
BrawdyHawk (@BrawdyHawk) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Never mind, once the new uber Embassy at Royal Mint Court is up & running there will be many more Cells popping up & coming on stream to help with harvesting all the data whizzing around our Capital. Perhaps you'll be able to tether onto some of these, just be aware of spoofs!
-
what the dickens? (@MitziStaff77788) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE We used to be able to work in France. Then your **** government took that away from us. So sit ******** down and shut ******** up. This **** is all your fault.
-
Profile Critics (@BooksProfile) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom, you were in power for 14 years and did nothing about reception on trains. This government is sorting that problem out. Just needed to flush out the Tories.
