@O2 There is/was a problem with your online payment system application, as your call centre colleagues note, but there is no pinned Tweet about this and nothing on your Web site (which prioritises upwelling to your customers more than facilitating them paying their bills)

  • B_Heer84 Bari Heer (@B_Heer84) reported from Stratford, England

  • IAmAbbieMurphy Abbie Murphy (@IAmAbbieMurphy) reported from Camberwell, England

Have phoned @O2 Maybe 7 times in the last 3 months, as they are investigating a company called Fermdemia that stole from my account linked to my phone. Starting to wonder if @O2 is fraudster ferdemia in disguise! ‘Someone will call you back’... that old chestnut. #o2 #help #fraud

  • budgie Lee 'Budgie' Barnett (@budgie) reported from Paddington, England

@O2 Wasn’t a problem, as such. ‘Kit breaks’ is an ever present rule. Was mainly to let others know,, if they had problems and wondered what was going on.

  • StephenKingsley Stephen Kingsley (@StephenKingsley) reported from Islington, England

@O2 No response on Saturday and don’t understand a three letter message today - a long time for an automated service not to be working correctly.

  • pitcombe Andrew (@pitcombe) reported from Camberwell, England

@O2 Thanks it’s Peckham generally - and has been like it for ages. I wasn’t trying to call but trying to do anything is an issue. Post code I was at was se15 4rx. But that’s just one of many

  • Greekphotoguy Dimitris A. (@Greekphotoguy) reported from Tottenham, England

@LuzDLuna @O2 When I got to the shop to collect the phone and was denied, since a driving license valid across Europe wasn't good enough, I was told the "there are procedures and cameras" and the staff couldn't help because they would get in trouble!

  • endaguinan Enda Guinan (@endaguinan) reported from Islington, England

@O2 I’m with GiffGaff. Usually no issues with Mesia messages in any direction, but when it happens, I’m curious about this type of message. It says here’s your message, but there’s no link or attachment.

  • rafthemaster Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Kensington, England

@O2 this phone number is harassing me - 020 3389 6395 - it’s a fake automated call claiming to be @HMRCgovuk called me 4 times already today! Wants to press option for operator (but I haven’t done so), needs reporting for harassment / impersonation of government service! @Ofcom

  • Greekphotoguy Dimitris A. (@Greekphotoguy) reported from Tottenham, England

Dear @O2, I've been with you for years. Just upgraded for 3 years. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

  • aktyrrell Andy Tyrrell (@aktyrrell) reported from Walthamstow, England

@harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

Right that’s your lot now @O2 I’m sick to death of signal problems & the app never works to report a problem! 10 years I’ve been with you - you used to be the best, but not anymore. Time to give @EE a go 👍🏽 #O2 #O2isARipOff #O2SignalProblems

  • NHSNewey David Newey (@NHSNewey) reported from Croydon, England

@o2 why is your 4g signal and internet bandwidth so appalling in Croydon. Pass through the town centre particularly through East Croydon and you might as well having no signal at all!

  • davidchow David Chow 📶 (@davidchow) reported from Hammersmith, England

@MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

@O2 Can't even get a decent signal in the UK let alone anywhere else, few times every month saying "our network can get busy in your area, our team looking into it" and "We’re carrying out some upgrade work to help improve our network" signal never improves inside or out

  • IanReflections IanE (@IanReflections) reported

@O2 Not really sure that you can include getting tickets via Priority as a reason to love O2? More like a reason to move to a network that can handle the traffic.

  • only1mac mac (@only1mac) reported

@TheSun "we invest heavily in the network" total bllx. @O2 data availablity in Bristol is as sht as it's always been, but I dont get a discount on not being able to use it. They definitely know about it, but do nothing about it, and continue to charge for access we can't get.

  • hayleydawn1620 hayley (@hayleydawn1620) reported

@O2 hi, I’m needing to speak to someone about my account but I can’t find a contact number. Please can you help?

  • a229 Dom Winsor (@a229) reported

@O2 Any update on whether you're improving data availability in Central/East Bristol? Seemed to be much better data when I was in London recently, adding further weight to this being an issue in Bristol, rather than my device

  • MarcellusWotsit Marc (@MarcellusWotsit) reported

@O2 What's going on here? This is the 3rd day with quite literally zero signal. Paying for a phone that can't make phone calls or texts is a bit pointless, no?

  • MarcellusWotsit Marc (@MarcellusWotsit) reported

@O2 It says it won't be on until Tuesday. I want to know why I will have a WEEK of literally zero service yet there was no warning or anything that this would happen. Its a disgrace.
