@virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

@O2 hi! I’m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

@O2 Day 23 of no phone signal due to your “faulty mast” and no sign of the update you keep promising. Amongst other things, to date I have been unable to: contact my doctor, receive msgs from HMRC, phone 111 when required. Do you really think this is acceptable?
