    @O2 why is your signal coverage so poor? My friend had full 5G in my house and I’m flickering between one bar of 4G and 3G 😩 we have no wifi because of a landslide in the area and I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out.

    @O2 Network reset? Not sure what that is... Not in London often and last two times when I try to connect to wifi extra it requires login info, multiple locations across the tube network. I've searched for a solution and doesn't seem to be any options.

    @O2 There network is shocking in my area they have told me there has been a problem 3 months in a row and that’s why my signal is rubbish yet I went in as a new customer and it says the signal in my area is strong surely this is not legal

    @O2 I’ve just been scammed into compromising my O2 account and the scammer has ordered a new iPhone 13 to be delivered to an address in Nottingham. I’ve immediately phoned 202 to report the incident but I think O2 may have been hacked as the order hasn’t been cancelled.
