    Update! The problem I need fixing is that I can’t make phone calls. So I can’t ring my energy supplier about being cut off, or my GP about my asthma. My phone won’t call any number at all. I told @O2. Finally. Thankfully, @O2 sent me a DM and asked me to call them to sort it

    Hey @O2.. I #know these are weird times. i placed an order on sunday confimed & paid. online shop says next say delivery is still available. Ive emailed, replied with please use chat. Chats off line. I phoned and only upgrades and leaving o2 calls are accepted. Help

    Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

    I have just had a text from scammers pretending to be @O2 telling me there was a problem taking payment. They asked me to click on a link to confirm bank details. I didn’t. I deleted the text. Please RT and help others.

    @O2 It’s being investigated but there was no indication that they would be back in touch with me. I’m concerned that my address will show up with bad credit with both you and other bodies as a result of this fraud.

    I’ve been with @O2 for 7 years. I’ve been trying to negotiate an upgrade over the past 24 hours and it has been an actual nightmare. Really bad customer service.

    @O2 It's a shame you have shut down your customer service email address. When people would need to co tact you the most. My phone calls are unanswered and the link I was sent to chat to an online help sent me to a defunct website. Your customer service is missing in action

    @ItsAdsolution @O2 All of my calls which I've tried to make the O2 have not been answered I have a 40 phone and they don't seem to care I think if this keeps on we should see them because I've got a really bad disability and I've got a 40 phone so we should sue them

    @O2 I phoned up customer services who passed it onto the fraud department. They ( customer services) were extremely understanding. I haven spoken to your fraud department.

    I would just like to say I had three back to back chats starting at 12pm today and at that precise moment @O2 went down. WhatsApp coming to the rescue for some but not all. Aargh.

    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    Ordered a new iPhone 12 pro and decided to switch over to @O2 from @EE been with them for years now but their customer service is appalling as well there offers. Plus got told I had to wait 8 weeks for a phone o2 said I could order for next week. Wont be sad to see the back of EE

    @O2 I’m an NHS worker trying to add the Open discount to my contract. When registering it doesn’t recognise my NHS email as valid. Chat service doesn’t work and 202 won’t speak to me unless I have a lost/stolen phone (which I don’t). An email address is not easily found either.
