    @O2 promised to unlock my phone within 72 hours but still locked and no sign of anything happening. Worst customer service - promise and don’t deliver.

    I will be cancelling my @O2 contract that I've had since 2009 due to terrible signal. My works phone is now @VodafoneUK so will be porting over to them. 📶📱📞

    No company has ever treated their clients so poorly as @o2. Discgrace. The absolute worst contract ever. Never has service anywhere! Sign with someone else.

    @O2 you're a disgrace. Don't like complaints do you? Faffed me about on here, try sending a formal complaint and then says 'there's been an error'. Your complaints procedure is just as crap as you're service and coverage. Don't send me another link that doesn't work either.
