    @O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

    Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

    @virginmedia VM. Im having the same terrible experience since your move to @O2 that thousands of others are having. Dropped calls, poor data, people can't get through to me etc. It's all consistent with the public postings.

    @O2 very disappointing service. Tried using chat for two hours Wednesday as needed data, but wouldn’t work, then spoke to CS about this (who didn’t listen)and signal issues on Thursday and told will be called back. No call ! Been with years, but not happy #timeforachange?

    Sorry to moan again ( no I’m not actually) but @O2 your #york service is deteriorating again to unacceptable levels. Even calls around YO1 and YO24 are failing now. Can you really not fix this issue!

    @virginmedia @O2 Why would I do that. I'm a VM customer ! It's your responsibility to support your customers. It's your decision to move to O2 that caused the issues.

    @O2 phoned 6 times now trying to get my daughters pay monthly SIM card working and still not getting anywhere, not sure why I’m paying you when I’ve had no service for months! Can tell on the phone the people I talk to can’t be bothered and says they’ll call back and don’t
