@O2 The issue regarding screen tearing, basically the phone misinterpreting a scroll or a gesture as a circle to search attempt is extremely frustrating. It is a daily occurrence multiple times, getting in the way and slowing us down even when you turn AI off.

@O2 If you had not gotten rid of Switchup within 3 months I could get out of this contract. Now I am trapped by this and have to deal with the Honor Magic's utterly terrible video recording. You are now no different to your competitors. Switchup was THE killer feature and USP.

@O2 The video recording would easily be fixed by Honor allowing Blackmagic camera and similar apps on their phones. Apple, Sony, Samsung, One Plus, Xiaomi and Google all do. Just not Honor for some reason. Allowing this would likely fix the video issue right away.
