    @O2 Hi! I hope you can help. I mailed o2 Recycle my old phone back in March. You have since changed providers for the recycle service and now my phone is lost. Seems like I'll never receive payment. I'd like either my phone returned or the money please.

    @O2 just went into one of your stores to upgrade my phone and experienced the worst customer service. Was told to recycle my phone with another shop in the shopping centre and be without a phone for 3 days cause they’d “give me a better offer” and told I could shop online instead

    @O2 Maidstone east, on the train, no service west malling no service otford no service swanley minimal service, London Bridge, minimal service. every working day of my life, trying to work on the train and staring for 45 minutes of a 1 hour journey at a frozen screen. Do better

    @O2 Hi I cannot sign in to My O2 no matter how many forgotten password email links you send me, it simply doesn't work. Never had this problem before you joined with Virgin. Hence I can't access O2 at all to look at getting a new phone so may have to look elsewhere... 🙄

    @O2 That’s what it says online but still doesn’t answer my question! For example, I get signal in north London, but never inside the emirates due to the amount of people. The map shows satellite covers that area. Will my phone switch to satellite because it can’t connect to 5G?

    @O2 I can call, receive calls, text but cannot get texts. Support told me to get a new SIM, ordered on 22/5 nothing arrived, today told to wait till third week of June. Zero urgency or escalation, no complaint route, I am frustrated!!!

    I’m sick to death of going round in circles with you @O2 - struggled online, instagram was just a bot, phone didn’t solve anything. How do you get away with such a poor service? I wish you put as much effort into providing a reliable mobile service as you do in promoting gigs!
