    @O2 absolute JOKE of a service today. Got a deal offered to me by your retentions team TODAY, I ring back later to call it and no one with authorise it. Been passed to and fro for an hour and a half and got NOWHERE. The phone and deal I want is sat in my basket. Help.

    @O2 Wasn’t a problem, as such. ‘Kit breaks’ is an ever present rule. Was mainly to let others know,, if they had problems and wondered what was going on.

    @O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

    @o2 can you fix your network in @westfeild #London as I’ve tried to FaceTime my mom more than 50 times the calls have been dropping all the time its sucks paying almost £90 pcm and you don’t get basic networks. Not a happy customer anymore.

    @O2 this phone number is harassing me - 020 3389 6395 - it’s a fake automated call claiming to be @HMRCgovuk called me 4 times already today! Wants to press option for operator (but I haven’t done so), needs reporting for harassment / impersonation of government service! @Ofcom

    @O2 No, problem is NOT solved. The classical O2!! #worstcustomerservice Your rep promised & texted £13.50 will be applied in 24 hrs. It’s already 24+ hrs and nothing is visible on MyO2 app. You don’t expect me to do 50 min call back, Do you? Can you take responsibility and resolve??

    I'm not surprised @O2 is the worst rated complaint company. 6th March open an account with Virgin Media. 22th went on holiday, O2 just decided without notice to close the account. Been back for over a month, calling O2 every single day, complaints and fraud, nothing. Any help?

    @O2 Please help me. I have woken up to no network on my phone and when I restarted it I then got a message "SIM 2 not provisioned" I don't have two SIMs, just one. I urgently need my phone. I am registered disabled with life limiting conditions.

    @O2 I've now received an email from you stating that you have disconnected my number as per my request. What request? I didn't request disconnection! Why would I? I've then rung your customer service from my neighbour's phone only to be told it could be 7-10days before resolution

    @O2 I've tried but it still won't let me use my rewards as that's all I want to do is to use the rewards I have without having to set up several ID and keep trying to sign in, it was way simpler when I could just go into the app and redeem my rewards
