The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

Go mile or so out it works but very slow. South Devon and Cornwall the same. I.have to use my BT wifi in Plymouth.

Dar ta (@darrenj02173158) reported@O2 To be honest , it’s off and on everywhere. Was in colwyn bay last sat, scatty there. Terrible in Llandudno, terrible in Bangor. Hit and miss all over Anglesey too. Caernarfon is average. All places I frequent often. I was in valley yest.. very weak
