    @fortheride @O2 Also, try taking your network selection off automatic, and switching to AT&T, I generally find them better - but results may vary depending on pairing agreements.

    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now it’s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution 😠

    @O2 There is/was a problem with your online payment system application, as your call centre colleagues note, but there is no pinned Tweet about this and nothing on your Web site (which prioritises upwelling to your customers more than facilitating them paying their bills)

    @O2 hi, is there any way you can block calls from abroad? My wife has received 25+ calls from Georgia, we keep blocking them but they then call with like different extensions. It’s very annoying. We’ve answered but there’s no answer. Please help us.

    @O2 We are having trouble with Greggs regarding the Rewards scheme,I’m disabled&unable to walk from the nearest disabled bay to the Greggs shop but they insist that I have to be present in the shop in person to get the reward. My partner takes my phone to the shop but they refuse
