MRS (@TweetMRS) reported from Camberwell, England“The idea of customer ownership feels a little arrogant. You have to champion the customer, put them first, and be authentic, but I’m not sure that means ‘owning’ them.” @JessicaJSalmon from @o2 on the future customer. #MRSlive

-
𝕽𝖎𝖈𝖍𝖆𝖗𝖉 𝕭𝖔𝖔𝖙𝖍 🏴🇬🇧 (@BritsB4Boats) reportedHas anyone had any experience of making an ombudsman complaint against @O2 (or other network)? They’ve not billed me correctly for almost half a year now, adding charges for a phone I sent back in January (with their prepaid packaging, and I gave them Royal Mail’s tracking number for it). They’ve also abruptly ended a payment plan I was on, allegedly because it “automatically terminated” when my account was credited for the charges for my previous phone, which should not have been added. I’ve tried asking them for help today, but they have been ******* useless
-
Ben Aukland (@AuklandBen) reported@SteveFurni7742 @O2 @ryjeasterbrook 2 hours and they out the phone down in me

You have trashed it since merging and incorporating those clowns you joined with. Barely works, unnecessary extra steps, repeated need for login which has turned into a tedious exercise. It’s TRASH
-
Andy W (@LandladyWoo) reportedHey @O2 I'm no longer a customer so can't access the o2 app but need to query why you have taken another direct debit payment instead of the refund I was expecting. How do I get in touch?

Emeritus Prof Alpaca McSputum (@TheWhogg) reported@OzSabb77 @arokorol @O2 Yep he's only a few miles away from the PLA-controlled areas. Probably the first signal it found (especially if the plane landed from the east) followed by a closer one. I had to turn off roaming after visiting Bayt Lehm for fear of being billed thousands.
-
Sean W (@Sean_Bahamut) reported@O2 I'm having a nightmare with your support on the phone. O2 are still trying to charge £22.99 for XBox Gamepass Ultimate despite Microsoft dropping the price on 21st Apr to £16.99
