I find @O2 incredibly difficult to deal with both on the telephone and on the website, nobody is interested in helping. Apart from going into a shop to spend money. Absolutely rubbish service outside of this.

@O2 Fuming at O2. Currently have 2 devices on a business account, but apparently a 3rd was not given because of a credit check. How long have I been a customer? Years, and Years, A shop gave me a contract for device 2 in 10 mins I've just spent 40 on Telephone for nothing.

@O2 can you please explain why the signal is so poor on the train, motorway & generally near where I live (TN26). I’ve just got back from Crete and the signals are brilliant 4G everywhere, so much so I was in the middle of a lake, top of a mountain & I get 4G???

@O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

In case anyone was curious - my experience with SIM cards here. @VOXI_UK was first, signal indoors sucks, but if I leave phone elsewhere plugged in, I can hotspot at least. @O2 supposed to be great - worse than @VodafoneUK for my location b/c mast down & it's buried in their site

@O2 Its the same almost everywhere. To get a good connection have to try and find a wifi connection. On 4G its really slow speeds as you can see from the screenshot.
