    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    The @O2 phone support is bloody awful. It’s impossible to get an issue resolved and the minute the automated system here’s you mutter anything profound because it’s so useless it hangs up.

    @O2 I’ve had all of these help options tried, I’ve spoke to you on the phone and in DM’s. As for not paying extra, that’s fair, but it does mean I’m paying a higher price than my previous contract for a crap service. Just fed up.
