@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@wxmsmith @O2 O2 at the Racecourse and Plas Coch is practically non-existent even on non-match days. Also very poor at the Industrial Estate too.

Any recommendations for a good UK mobile phone network provider? I have been with @O2 for many years, but their 4G speed and coverage seems to be increasingly slow and patchy.

@O2 I pay nearly £40 a month for my phone and airtime, yet I can’t get my data in half of the places I go in Torpoint and it’s even worse when I go to Plymouth, absolutely shocking how poor the data is

@O2 I've since spoken to someone in the call centre and its because the phone I'm using is locked to another network so will try another phone

@wxmsmith @O2 Yeah. Was on Tesco mobile for years which uses O2’s network. Would constantly have 4G but it’d rarely work/load anything. Swapped to EE and no issues now 👍🏼

I like Southport, I really do, but the phone signal our here is really poor on @O2. Can hardly get enough signal strength to send a tweet Can't watch vids or see pics Youtube is a no go. 😔
