    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

    @O2 @virginmedia U now with virgin media iam with o2 but was with virgin they are the worst company I have ever been with and robbed money out of my bank so I will be switching from o2 soon as current contract is out shame that but virgin are dog foul

    @O2 - atrocious service, trying to get my PAC code, your 65075 service is ‘having an issue’ & 6 calls to your customer service number have dropped after my details confirmed & PAC code being generated. Why no message or call back? Still need the PAC code

    @O2 anyone available to help, I’ve just upgraded my iPad, it’s my sons, he went to swap sim to 5G but couldn’t set it up as couldn’t receive texts on iPad so used my number to get the text, now my phone is cut off and his new sim is working, how do I get my sim working again.

    @O2 had my 5g enabled phone over a year, took it on a promise that I'd 'get 5g soon' , over a year later, not a sniff of it, and yes 5g is enabled in settings. Had it briefly in Central London but never at home (South London). Neighbours ee phone gets it.

    @O2 @virginmedia Oh no. Time to leave O2 I think and been with you since cellnet. Virgin Media have the worst customer service and everyone I know who had virgin media had problems with them saying they owed money when they didn’t, they even mis-sold me a contract - twice.
