@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 the best bit is I didn't even request my old number to port today & was told you didn't have a port request on record, so I was holding off on porting (mainly because of your shambolic service so far). Then late last night I randomly got a text saying you're porting it today!

Just had the single worst experience ever with @O2 on the phone. Member of staff thought it was okay to be offensive to the customer, then refuse to put the phone down and also screw up the customer's account. I'm not mad tbh, just incredibly disappointed

@O2 how long should I expect to be offline when porting my number to you? Got a message that it would be done today, both the old and new sim are not getting any service. I’ve rebooted the phone several times
