I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

I've been with you for well over 20 years and I am very likely to cancel everything with you if you don't pull your finger out and do as you have said you were going to. Was eventually told that AXS have a preference for Apple over Android - low and behold when I used my work iphone, it worked. It's absolutely ridiculous! Swore I'd never use it again. But it's OR!
