I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 @fionamusiclakes I agree with this comment; even phone calls and texts only work there some of the time. All the marketing garbage about 5G, watch films in your phone, etc but you’re just way off the basics in too many parts of the UK and it doesn’t matter what provincial town you pick.

@YvetteM94 @O2 I upgraded my phone yesterday and can’t make/receive phone calls. O2 say it’ll be another day or so as they have big issues . Ridiculous to have to wait 48 hours

Please help @O2 I don't have a signal for calls or data.. I have restarted the phone, taken SIM put and put back in and still nothing. I made a call at 8am and since then zero! No issues showing via your website either! Any help appreciated! #needaconnection

@O2 is the worst company on earth. After complaining about no signal for months on end, they send me a new SIM card out, only to DEACTIVATE the one that’s in my phone before the other one even gets here. Haven’t been able to use this phone all day when I’ve had things to do!!

@O2 it’s now 3.20pm and I’ve not had a working phone all day due to the incompetence of your staff. I’ve had meetings I could not attend, places I could not get to due to no sat nav, people left stranded because I couldn’t cancel, I will be invoicing you for my daily rate of work
