    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I have an iphone that I have had for years and I now find it is locked to O2. I was using a giffgaff sim so no problem until now. I want to unlock the iphone to any network as a backup. I do not have an O2 account. Can you help me unlock my iphone?

    @O2 over the past 5 years the 02 data signal in Scarborough has got worse. Apparently they’re working on it … do any other carriers offer an excellent data signal in Scarborough ?

    @O2 I changed network manually many times and finally more than one call/text went thru. Finger crossed that it’ll work from now on. I missed an imp call; bit of a nightmare to sort out the fallout. Thank you.

    @O2 Are there any updates to the service in M28 area. I'm receiving no 5g connection. Phone is running on 4g and running very slowly, sometimes not loading at all

    @O2 Just switched to @O2 a couple of days ago and instantly regretting it. All confirmation type texts (banks, shopping etc) seem to be blocked. Their ridiculously slow “help” chat getting me nowhere. #useless
