    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @o2 Been having signal problems since March, when I initially reported it I was told work was being carried out and the network was busy, but we’re now in June and the problem is ongoing. Apparently have 3/4 bars of 4g signal but nothing will load and messages don’t go through

    Hi @o2 I received a call from your contact centre the other day who kindly offered to renew my contract. However ever since renewing I have lost access to visual voicemail with no option to set it back up. Please help!

    @O2 I asked Virgin to take my phone and add to bb account in December. It was beyond them. 5 months of begging & pleading secured nought. I quit. They said I was still under contract to pay money for a service I never got. I said enough is enough. A/c 646430002. 100s of messages.

    @O2 @virginmedia Feel sorry for @virginmedia as your customer service is the worst. No one will talk to me about a threatening letter you have sent about a closed account. Reason given - the account is closed 🤬 Really then why are you sending me threatening letters?

    @O2 with a data breach of my information & when I told them I want to terminate my outstanding contract due to the breach said it would take 5/10 days for the complaint to get to the right channels 😡 @Daily_Record @TheSun

    @O2 @Cheungietwit We "expect" you to provide conference calling and call waiting to PAYG customers like every other network - I can't get through to half my friends who use your ridiculous network that's backward and antiquated - even during a pandemic WFH you refused to make changes. You're crap!
