@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.
@O2 cut off the phone multiple times, both facebook and Twitter private message responses do not help with my query, live chat unable to help. You have added a default to my credit report for a contract I do not have. This is having a negative impact and must be resolved
@O2 is there somebody who can help me... anyone I don't care who, all I want is a new sim, a micro sim is that too much to ask... I've tried tweeting, my o2 and phoning and the whole experience is just infuriating, my 02 is telling me to phone as theres a problem with the number

@O2 @mobdevross Ross - I've had no service at all for five weeks. Still being charged full wack. #O2 are definitely keeping something from the public - massive problems up and down the UK. Just look at the amount of complaints on their Twitter feed....
