    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 another day still no number ported, this is getting beyond a joke , i have contacted ofcom as you are giving everyone generic answers that you are sorting it, your not sorting it as your Twitter shows, you have took first months bill quick enough, so no problem there,

    @coops153 @Joe_Guy @O2 How many hours have been wasted making pointless calls to their call centres, who are obviously not informed of the issue and all seem to simply waffle on the spot

    @O2 - please could someone help? I returned a new device after a 2 days as I wasn't happy with it - but the refund still hasn't been processed yet? Royal Mail tracking shows as delivered to your returns centre 8 working days ago. Used the returns Jiffy bag you provided.

    @O2 Hi. 3 weeks in a row i’ve tried to get cinema tickets on o2 priority and 3 weeks in a row i’ve been let down. The all just logs you out and doesn’t let you back in until all the tickets are gone. We have 6 devices in our house with o2 and all tried………

    So less than 3 weeks after a 2 week long total shutdown,@O2 network are back to having problems in my area. AL4 so hardly out in the wilds. @Ofcom are totally useless as well. 🤬🤬🤬
