@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

  • louisefgreen73 Louise Green (@louisefgreen73) reported from Wisbech, England

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

been with @O2 for well over 10 years as a phone provider, this is the first time I’ve had issues with signal and their customer service team “can’t do anything to help”. Not even money off my airtime as I “already have discount when I purchased the phone in November 2020”. Joke.

  • whooUlooking4 Dee (@whooUlooking4) reported

O2 network is so ****! I know 3 could be a nuisance but I never had to hustle for network they I am for @O2 .. so much for 5G🥴

  • l1ght__eyes Vanessa (@l1ght__eyes) reported

@SaraSnowShine @O2 Not the price Sara. Its the network coverage both phone and data. Its horrendous. People cannot hear me in my home, and when I'm on a professional meeting it's embarrassing

  • larissaharring Larissa (@larissaharring) reported

@tryhardlucy @O2 I have to stay connected to wifi when at home otherwise I can’t make calls or text!!! my phone is a glorified calculator off wifi. I paid for 5G too but I never get anywhere!!

  • ezzzzzzx Ez (@ezzzzzzx) reported

Right @O2 why is it that I live in zone 1 central London and have the same phone signal strength as someone in the 1920s in the middle of a transatlantic sailing trip. What’s the science behind that

  • Conradstevens79 Craig Stevens (@Conradstevens79) reported

@O2 looking for tips on improving network coverage in the MK45 area. Recently changed from EE and the signal with O2 is truly terrible. Literally no signal in my own home... On the odd occasion it teases me with 1bar of signal 🙄🙄🙄 or do I have to go back to a better provider?

  • hesaliquid Robert Kelly (@hesaliquid) reported

@O2 Evening … Can you help? I have had given a iPhone 11 Pro and my PAYG sim from my older iPhone does not seem to work in it?

  • jwr79 james ridley (@jwr79) reported

@virginmedia @O2 ever since your merger and my port from Vodafone my network coverage is useless. Wherever I go it's the same, currently at Merry Hill and it's shocking. Wife's is the same. Both s21+, guess the time has come to change. Can't cope any longer. Not fit for purpose.

  • brit_twitt The Brit on Twitt (@brit_twitt) reported

@o2 you are useless robbing ***** you messed up my contract and my Apple Watch and cancelled the Watch plan when it was never meant to be! I will see you in court

  • SaraSnowShine Sara Snow 👩🏻‍💼❄️🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈⚧ (@SaraSnowShine) reported

@l1ght__eyes @O2 Definitely would recommended trying payg sims from the major players in your area. Years ago I used to be with Orange (now EE), but found O2 better after trying all the network payg sims. Haven't felt the need to switch since.
