@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 Have had the *worst* customer service experience I have ever seen in the U.K via the call centre. It was disgusting. I can’t even DM as the O2 account isn’t working. In my opinion this issue has wider public interest and safety issues. Can someone in O2 get back to me today.

@O2 3 weeks and no one is still able to tell me why I can't get a replacement SIM. 7 times ordering online. 3 trips in store. Days taken off work. Childcare costs. Petrol, parking and time. And still nothing. Is anyone going to help me or tell me what's going on. I have a child!

@O2 my wife's o2 SIM card hasn't worked since last Friday, o2 shop can't help and customer service keep telling me it will work and that they are having problems. We have been with you for years and expect better service than this
