    I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 I live at ST6 4BD. My internet to my desktop has been on/off/on/off multiple times a minute! For 3 days now! This was very inconvenient when I had to send an important, and lengthy, email earlier on - it just disappeared because the internet cut out! I know my internet is cutting

    @O2 Just got a lovely message from you saying you are going to increase my bill. But you can't even provide a proper service in Devon I get a message every week saying you're still looking in to our area fault. May be sort out your problems before you increase my bill.

    @O2 #o2 Just been notified that my phone bill is increasing by 13.4% from April plus another 3.9% on top. Outrageous. I wager the bills won't go down as inflation reduces nor will their staff be rewarded with a salary increase. I will be leaving 02 at the earliest opportunity.

    @O2 *************** you lot. Upping my contract. 5G is slower than dial up internet and every other phone call I make is like using a paper cup with string. Sort ya **** out

    @O2 Day 97 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
