@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 it's 22.16 , your 4g in Preston is averaging 0.48 mgb . It's not congestion Your just terrible. Next day of I'll take my £200 per month on phones and hotspots and give it to a company that gives a ****. You can't give me congestion as an excuse. My EE phone is fine

@O2 your credit department have the worst customer service! I have emailed a number of times since April and I am yet to receive a response. Please can someone reply ASAP or I will be going elsewhere to purchase what I want. Thanks
