    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 2 days unable to contact on the app as no agents available, 30 mins on phone, agent has system issues and can only tfr me to s queue which after now total of 45 mins+ I am cut off , what say you?

    @James201185 @O2 Yeah my signal is poor all the time last time I checked I got 0.38mb and I complained and they just ignore any tweets U send cuz they don’t give a **** they have no intention improving the network and all they give u is excuse after excuse

    @GodsGift1983 @_hayleighhxo @O2 I'm with with Tesco, they use 02. I've complained a few times, finally been given two months free line rental. Although not ideal, if you're in St Helens centre flicking to 3G works and you can get a signal.
