    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 has taken a charge erroneously/fraudulently. A quick search online showed this is common o2 practice. Their response? They will set a spend cap so that “I” won’t run up any further charges. Worst mobile provider I have had the misfortune to use

    @davejackson1954 @O2 Im having the same problem, seems to be an known issue, not sure why we weren’t warned of it before signing up? We shouldn’t have been let to walk blindly into this mess !!

    @ElaineEdwards13 @O2 I’m having the same issue, causing me a lot of problems at work. @o2 have a total lack of regard of the stress this causing their new customers.

    @O2 @O2 to add your website says "Once you’ve given us your code, you’ll switch to our network the next working day..." not my experience. 3days since no switch and Ive lost a number ive had for 20yrs. I hope @Ofcom has a process to report this

    @iamnoeledwards @O2 Im having the same issue. It’s causing a lot of problems for me at work. The total lack of transparency on the actual issue is most frustrating.

    @thebunney @O2 Yep, it’s an absolute joke! They hang up on you too. They made me go into an o2 store too today, they couldn’t do anything either, but called them for me. I was told I might now lose my number!! Will let you know how it goes tomorrow. 😡 best of luck with yours!

    @GarethTurpin @O2 Switch Up is pure garbage mate. I’ve been trying to get an iPhone 14 Pro for the past six weeks but can’t preorder or reserve one because I have Switch Up on my account. Staff in stores don’t care at all, keep telling me to come back tomorrow to see if they have stock 🤡

    @O2 instead of focussing on/ offering random priority and add ons. How about you invest in a decent quantity of support staff? Every time I try to access help through your app ‘support’ it’s too busy and ‘try again later’ except ‘later’ its still busy and the bots are useless!
