@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 phoned yesterday sorted my payment out said it would be paid on the 4th customer service said that's fine just checked my phone and I've been cut off .... brilliant

@O2 I've had a message to say this should be fixed, but I've *still* not got 4G back. I've tried turning phone off and on, and the other suggestions, but still no success. And H+ still lagging at times. I've been a PAYG customer for years, but sadly I need to look elsewhere now.

I have to say I used to think @O2 were a decent company, its a shame that the service i am getting get worse by the week, they have had my phone for weeks and it was meant to be 3 day repair, they dont have a clue what they are doing
