I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

Martin Baker (@madinnit1974) reported@O2 anyone available to help, I’ve just upgraded my iPad, it’s my sons, he went to swap sim to 5G but couldn’t set it up as couldn’t receive texts on iPad so used my number to get the text, now my phone is cut off and his new sim is working, how do I get my sim working again.

Liam Chadzynski 💙 (@liamchad) reported@O2 had my 5g enabled phone over a year, took it on a promise that I'd 'get 5g soon' , over a year later, not a sniff of it, and yes 5g is enabled in settings. Had it briefly in Central London but never at home (South London). Neighbours ee phone gets it.

Ali (@AllieRox29) reported@O2 @virginmedia Oh no. Time to leave O2 I think and been with you since cellnet. Virgin Media have the worst customer service and everyone I know who had virgin media had problems with them saying they owed money when they didn’t, they even mis-sold me a contract - twice.
