    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @LutzSchueler Hi @O2 Complaint sent 29 Jan re my terminally ill grandfather’s account (Ref 762853808). 6+ weeks with no response and the account has even been sent to collections while under complaint. Please urgently review. @LutzSchueler

    @O2 That’s quite disappointing, so you never pay the advertised price? Not even EE do that, they have a cut off of the 1st March. On what date do you stop doing this?
