@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

so @virginmedia offered me a upgrade, sent me a new sim card with o2 which I have never used or activated. just checking my bank statement and @O2 have taken money out for the past two months, just rang and they can't help me as I can't verify the mobile number of the sim card

There is coverage by @O2 at @Gatwick_Airport but the network is incredibly slow, has numerous dead spots and/or doesn't work at all. Very frustrating.

@O2 I need someone to deal with a payment I physically cannot make as nobody is ever available on the phone. It says you'll text me a number but never do. I'm at a loss as to how I can sort this. I've called daily since the start of the month

@Jarners @O2 @Jarners if an device plan contract. The device has to be paid off in full before the customer can leave O2. If it’s an SIM only plan you have to give 30 days notice in order to leave.
