@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 4 days & counting. My number was meant to move over on Wed. Old number and sim have been inactive since Wed & when called I get an O2 voicemail. Just keep being told to wait 24hours. Frustrated beyond! Regretting my decision to come to O2, customer help is shocking!

@O2 Hi o2 - I can't message you. It doesn't say why. My complaint is why you sold my wife a new device that was available for collection "today" only for it to be completely untrue. She wouldn't have made this purchase if your information was accurate

@O2 Thanks I tried that but it’s not working for me. I get to the part where it says View bill. I click on the blue ‘view bill’ and it sends me back to the log in. I log in then it says ‘oops there is a problem…’ or words to that effect. Can my bill not be emailed to me? Thx
