@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 Unfortunately this does not work as the account has been closed. The additional charges are termination fee but the issue appears to be contract terms changes from one account to another due the death of original account holder.

I will never use @o2 insurance again after this. My friend told me about another company that are way better. It's so stressful having your phone stolen, then having to prove you was at work where the phone was stolen 🙄 if it got stolen walking my dog, how the hell would I prove

@O2 it just took me 48 minutes on a call with an advisor to set up a new account with you. Should it take that long? Losing the will to live by the end! 🙄 Didn’t help your advisor had to check with a manager whether Greece was in Europe or not (even though I assured her it was!)

@O2 Network status say: Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it.
