@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

O2 has become the worst mobile network in the UK. What happened? They used to be one of the best, now I constantly have no signal, when people call me they think my phone is switched off. My internet when it does work is at a snail's pace. You're getting sacked soon @O2

@ThreeUKSupport My partner chose to switch from @O2 to @ThreeUK and at this time we are massively regretting this decision. I am with O2 and have used the same amount of data with no issues after following the correct advice from there representatives. How will Three be rectifying this?

@O2 I am a victim of fraud. Someone has taken out 2 o2 mobile phone accounts in my name. I have contacted you 3 times now to inform you that this is fraudulent activity, and yet still I am receiving threatening letters saying I should expect legal action and debt collectors. Help
