    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 I would like help, but O2 have shown me twice this morning that they can't help. On the plus side, I have incidentally learned BEFORE my SIM is switched off that my phone won't work with 4g anyway, so there's something else to waste my time on - buying a new phone I can't afford.

    @dhlexpressuk I ordered a package through my mobile contract provider @O2 the other day, I was very happy to see their usual delivery service was changed to your company. The experience was like night and day....from order to delivery, I knew where my item was in the process.

    @O2 trying to actually speak to someone - call 202 and then having answered a question the line hangs up on me - is it not possible to speak to a human anymore??? Shocking customer service.

    @O2 Mainly at my home address, I live near city centre never had an issue ever with signal, I get missed call text, by sitting in the same spot and the phone rings next minute

    @O2 3 days now with no text or phone network in Brighton, what going on? I'm struggling to work as everything I access requires a text or phone code! SLA is Mar 25th that's not good enough!
