    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

    @angelak2271 @O2 Why is this 02 fault , people can buy them and OFFER them on resale sites but if people dont pay what they want then they have to reduce the price or even sell them at a loss so they wont do it again. It is stupid people who pay 10x the price that means this goes on !!

    @O2 Have to say this was so badly handled,couldn’t even log on at all,site down for maintenance app was a complete waste of time,selling 8 tickets per person wasn’t needed should of been limited to 5 at most,I definitely won’t be renewing my o2 contract after this

    @O2 Errrmmm….following the bungle with the app not working this morning, my Greggs treat says it’s been redeemed. Considering I couldn’t even get into the app til now, how is this tomfoolery possible? 🤨 Are there data breaches???

    @NeillHamersley @O2 @virginmedia Agree Neil. I was logged in the App at 9.15 and was kicked out at 9.40. Could only get back in to it this afternoon. Really poor service.

    @o2 I am trying to take advantage of the Disney+ for £5.99 but it says “oops there’s been a problem” when logging into the O2 website from the Priority link in the app. Helpppp

    @O2 What do you mean ‘you’re sorry that not all customers were successful?’ How was anyone successful when the The O2 app was down all day and night yesterday? Absolute shambles. @ThreeUK customers didn’t seem to have a problem.
