@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@HeyImMichaela @O2 I also do hope they’re going to discount our bills this month as they didn’t for last months disruption. Several days without service is just not good! Especially when they don’t give us any estimate as to when it’ll be back up and running.

On the plus side, @O2 have been fantastic about how they've dealt with it. They're sending a next day courier to do an instant swap with a replacement phone rather than sending it off, which should keep downtime to an absolute minimum. Excellent customer service, 10/10

@O2 can I leave my contract if you don’t provide any coverage in my area? I’ve already logged a complaint in the local store. I would like to speak to someone online but on the multiple times I’ve tried everyone is always busy. I don’t understand what I’m paying for? It’s so poor
