@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

Hey @O2 my upgrade was supposed to come last Friday.... DHL tracker has said its coming everyday last week then never arrives... Now they say contact you??

@O2 Hi, can I get some kind of understanding as to why the 4G signal is absolutely ABYSMAL in Newry? I spend £60+ a month for 20GB of data that only get 1/2 or 3/4 used because there’s barely a signal, especially in the city centre. I don’t understand it at all?

@O2 trying to use priority to book cinema ticket for 15/11 but it’s not copying the code correctly?? When it says put in a voucher code it needs a pin Can I cancel it and save it for next week?

@VMO2News @O2 You might want to invest in staff training before you spend money on gimicky adverts ..then your customer service time to answer and service might improve..although you have so far to go I'm not sure

@O2 another not so great service from o2. Wait 30 mins for call to be answered. They can’t create a PAC code so will transfer you. Low and behold, you’re back at the start of the queue and will have to wait up to 45 mins again. And no, I can’t text PAC bc I’ve got 2 devices
