@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

Just got back from Crete and got a better signal on a boat out to sea and crossing a mountain that Indio half the time in the Uk with @O2 . They probably pay half the price too

@O2 Just getting thru all the new crap to get logged into my account & made me create new password new txt code received then it says page is no longer available I don't have enough life time to go thru this did it twice & I CANT access my accnt any more 🤬 get it together plse

Never go with @O2 I paid off a contract a month ago and you are still to update credit agencies, holding up a mortgage I need in order to move away from a stalking and harassment situation - why can I not get through to that department/ why is it taking so long to action?! #o2

Dear @O2 de Team, How is your Service this bad?! They said I should get 200GB Mobile Internet as compensation for no Internet at home, never got it! I tried Express Activation, and they still don't activate the Home Internet before the Appointment at the 25th, I'm sick of it!
