    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 I swapped over to o2 a few weeks ago from 3. Just after the end of the 14 day cooling off period my mobile data stopped working. Where ever I go there’s a mast not working-is unusable! I’ve tried the chat function and service checker and both those aren’t working.

    .@O2 you really are extracting the urine now at home in Tq3 constant poor service, now at work in Tq1 and a mast is out of service !

    @O2 @tescomobile you must heard about Iran situation these days, the Internet cut off by the regim and we haven't heard from our family for 4 days now. We British Iranian are worrying sick for our loved ones and can not contact them. We need your support during these tough days.

    @O2 how long does it take to fix a mast after it's been reported? We lost signal on 16/9 and I have a text from you saying my next update is 7/10! 3 weeks without calling, texting or data!
