Paul Nobbs (@Fenlandbirding) reported from King's Lynn, England@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

CPFC J (@cpfcjc) reportedAnyone else having issues with @O2 not responding to customer emails? Reception has been awful for months. I go into the shop & the staff say, "Yeah, we know it's the mast on top of a block of flats & don't know when it will be fixed." So I email twice and still get no answer.

Mr M (@Superflymarco) reported@O2 Yes I’ve checked and logged in and apparently I was alerted previously my bill was going up extra which was outwith my agreement increase and I had a limited time due to this to terminate contract freely. I don’t wish to do that but I do wish my bill to be less like before.
