@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

It has been brought to my attention that @O2 is doing a number on their customer , I may need to part ways of them if their price is too high . The government isn’t increasing our salaries so we must go where it’s cheaper .

@O2 Hi, do you know how long it will take for a local phone mast to be fixed? It's now been over 48 hours and I still have no service and can only use my phone if it is connected to WiFi, but cannot make calls or receive SMS
