    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @HarrietSergeant @O2 O2 are awful. Virgin was brilliant. I can’t log into my O2 account despite having changed my email address with them. I should have changed when my last contract ran out. Next time I will.

    @EnglandRugby @O2 Sorry @EnglandRugby but BJvR over Lawrence and Ojomoh absolutely stinks. He’s a Saffa! He grew up wanting to play for the Boks - why on earth pick him over 2 lads that are a) very talented and b) are actually English?! Horrible decision…

    Why is O2 so dreadful for signal recently. Costs a fortune and the phones don’t work or load information. Absolutely dreadful @O2

    @RonnieStidolph @O2 I had 3 lines with them that had been transferred from Virgin. Moved them all to Lebara this month. Will save £50 a month for the next 6 months thanks to the @MoneySavingExp offer I joined Lebara with. Customer service when I left was a joke.

    Hey @o2 I left your network last year but keep getting bill notifications for a zero bill. Webchat and phone couldn’t help getting them stopped. Any suggestions

    @O2 why is it so difficult to add an international bolt on with you? O2 app doesn’t seem to give it as an option. 2202 says it’s for bolt ons but then just gives options for different things. I’ve required this service a few times for business and each time it’s a headache
