@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

I wanted to talk to @O2 about a tariff. I logged into the app with my fingerprint then (eventually) found their chat service. I was asked for 5 different security facts!! Then it took 90 minutes to deal with my query when a 5 minute phone call would have done it. #covidexcuses

@O2 I was contacted today by someone claiming to be from the O2 “claims department” on an 0800 number. It’s was a scam call. Wanting my details. Are you aware this is going on. As an O2 customer, please can I ask you investigate

@O2 have you managed to fix the network problem that has been going on since DECEMBER in CT196AE area? This is getting boring now! Can't connect to live chat in your app for some reason. 4G almost doesn't exist and 3G is useless! Sort this out please!
