    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 Is there network issues or something? I switched from ee to o2, thinking network connection would be better, but all i have had sijce switchin is errors, and signal issues. My 5g shows as havijg 2-3 bars of service yet it keeps sayin checking network whenever im usin the internet

    @O2 why do I have to raise a complaint just to get an issues resolved when your app glitches and I end up purchasing 2 bolt ons I don’t even need. You state that the purchase follows a text or email regarding the purchase and how to cancel but I didn’t receive anything. Very poor

    @virginmedia @O2 Hi. In this instance speaking through Virgin Media, it was set up without my knowledge and without a written or verbal contract. I am in the middle of this mess now and have looked a complaint. Thank you

    Just let me know why you visited the store instead of using the online chat when you had the issue with the e-SIM. WHAT A JOKE Your issue could have been resolved much faster, but sorry about that. I understand, and I can give you £20.00 as compensation @O2
