@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 Worst network to be on and will be looking to move to another network as soon as I am able. Connectivity rubbish, signal poor, too many blackout spots, price hikes…..and don’t get me started on Priority!

@O2 Feeling a little aggrieved about how you can justify an above inflation price rise, given that these blanket rises are adding to the inflation problem? On top of that, where I work (Bath) the coverage is really, really poor?! (And has been for some time despite reporting it)
