    I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 Ok so I had a security phone call and the woman on the phone approved it and pushed the order through and told me to log back in after an hour to accept some terms and conditions to generate the order but I can't see it on my o2 account? Please help? Lol

    @O2 going to cancel 3 contracts with yourselves. Random £92 in charges on my account. 30 mins on hold to a manager and still not resolved. Avoid this network and get out whilst you still can.

    @O2 I woke to no service. Tried everything to fix but finally took it to the phone repair shop. The man switched sims and the phone works fine. Then I go into an O2 shop only to be told my number has been blocked BY O2 in relation to fraud No text, no email, no nothing. What now?

    @O2 someone's taken out a fraudulent contract in my name but when I call customer services to verify the account, which I can't because it's not me, they tell me they can't do anything?? Amazing!!

    Very very disappointing service from @O2. Advised to issue PAC after cancellation of contract and still waiting for it since last two weeks. It was my permanent number and now affecting my personal life as people cannot contact me. Worst experience of my life!

    @O2 wifi is faulty, been through google support, just to check with you if I take it to an o2 store is it replaced or sent off for repairs?
