@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 I have been able to make the change but the app now gives a 'Something went wrong. It wasn't possible to login. Try again in a few minutes' error. Tried on and off wifi and can't login to the app any more

@O2 How do I log in to my account? I sign in with chrome browser and I'm sent a code to my phone number but there is nowhere to enter the code. No further help in the text message and no help from the website about where to enter the code.
