@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 Just called 202, jumped through the hoops and was told the lines are now closed?? Closed at 16.28pm??? What the f*ck is going on, took me 2 hours to finally get my new sim activated and I want to port my number over, what a **** show.

The WHOLE time I was in Canada, including rural areas I had 5G data. As soon as I land back at Heathrow, 4G! O2 need to get their act together! Service is dreadful @O2

@O2 Hey 02 why have the Indian call centre bricked my sim card leaving it in emergency calls only state when all I wanted to do is reject April's price increase and serve 30 days notice on both phones on my account I am disabled and need to stay contactable to my wife and carer

@james1508 @O2 Yeah I was saying something similar. We decided it's because the network traffic is increasing and the system wasn't built to handle so calls many at once. Couldn't think of a more plausible reason

Hey @O2, thanks for the email about increasing your prices… Tell me this… why can I get a 5g signal under the River Tyne, but I can’t get a decent 4g signal in a well populated area where I live? Increasing your prices but your coverage gets worse.. makes sense doesn’t it…

@O2, I received a replacement SIM with instructions. Tried to follow them and nothing works. None of the links work, either on phone data, wifi or PC. 'Contact us' doesn't work. Your 'virtual agent ' is totally useless. 'SWAP' text doesn't work. Nothing O2 works. X works though.
