I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

Got me to send the phone for repair and it came back saying fixed but it wasnt. I cancelled the contract midway and they got balifs onto me. Avoid

I want to make an official complaint as the reason my phone didn’t work is because O2 had barred foreign calls! I have had an account for 25 years, it’s totally unacceptable behaviour.
