    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 So I get asked to take this offline by O2; who now after having seen all my messages & emails & evidence 12 days on; say they can’t help me and that I need to contact O2 fraud! O2 fraud are the 1st people I spoke to & emailed (5th April…what a joke.

    @O2 I may move to O2 soon as EE can't get me signal in High Wycombe, 30 mikes from London is too much And I may go for a Fold 4 BUT Not a 3, zoo many reports of the glass cracking at the hinge & samsung onky belong influences, everyone else been told to pay
