    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 Slower? It was non existant! I nipped in the library to use an encyclopedia cause I couldn't get onto Google! My partner's on Plusnet, a virtual network, and she had full 4g! Which makes it worse because I've just signed her to O2!

    @Arkhaminmate007 @virginmedia @O2 Brian I have been with Virgin for years, their service is just **** these incompetent liars told me they’d sort out my slow internet, which 3 times this week has stopped working, their answer, unplug my router, thats all these half witts know to say, the service is over sold!

    @virginmedia @O2 Except it's been IMPOSSIBLE for me to take advantage of this because my name is down as Beth in one place and Bethany in the other and I apparently am an IMPOSTER and not who I say I am. Absolute nonsense, so fed up of your atrocious customer service as well.

    Who ******** set my google mobile homepage to ******* @O2? They are not even my provider. Or is that the point? Well on general principle they can now never be my provider.
