@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

Hi @O2 I’ve done the suggested checks via your help line and nothing help still terrible network coverage, but I did fix the issues I brought a cheap @EE SIM card/phone and what a difference night and day better, 12minths and counting till I swap.. #o2sucks

@O2 how hard is it to do a click n collect at your stores. Ordered a xiaomi handset to store, email confirm expected on 14th April in store. The app shows order as completed. Store have no idea where my phone is/ when it will arrive. Online help is like pulling teeth. Can u help?

@O2 I have asked twice now a very simple question. I was considering leaving @o2 but the fact you can't be bothered to reply AT ALL is confirming my thoughts as to which way to jump. Only been a customer since 2007 so I am obviously not valued.

@O2 so i used to be able to get 4G at home. You’ve been doing some work this wk on the local mast i was told so you can improve the service. Now i can get 3G . So i’d say well done 👏. Always going backwards in this country

@sean_simo @O2 It's buried away in their terms and conditions. Sadly, the o2 staff don't seem to have a clue about their own products. Totally agree that advertising such a poor service when roaming in the USA is pretty misleading.
