I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

I seriously hope o2 are able to solve this issue because it shouldn’t be made so difficult, jumping through hoops and a bunch of loading screens with portal errors, to do something as simple as making a payment; it’s incredibly anti-consumer.

Mike Waterson (@waterson_mike) reported@O2 Foned 202 last night and got told priority to be unblocked within 24 hrs....no joy again...getting sent around in circles..nobody seems to know what they are doing .went on 202 again today ..on for 23 minutes..got cut off at o2 end ! ...absolutely fed up tbh HELP !!
