@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 I’m trying to reach someone via your chat as I’ve just arrived in Egypt & tried to buy a travel bolt on. Seems this isn’t applicable to Egypt & I’ve been sent a message saying I’m nearing a limit and have a large bill after a few hours of little use. Anyone there to help?

@O2 No problems with the signal or the service in Edinburgh Scotland they are fairly decent way better than 3 and EE in customer service and tons better than the evil V. Though I agree with didn't you put your phone on silent at night.

  • Gjack9 KingKaTaRa (@Gjack9) reported

@O2 love how i call to cancel my contract it just cuts me off. Convenient eh?

  • PartlowDavid David Partlow (@PartlowDavid) reported

@O2 your customer service is appalling, I’ve spent over three hours on the phone to six different people to try and change an upgrade within the 14 day period. None of your staff able to help, promised call backs don’t happen, system failings and five days later no resolution!

  • join4te Jay (@join4te) reported

@O2 Day 50 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
