@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 Signal keeps going down and calls cut off all the time, also the volume is at the highest setting and it rings loudly ones then goes straight to quite. once on the phone I can hardly hear the person on the other end unless I have them on speaker or earphones in 😩

@O2 The ones I’m receiving. It’s not showing any notification then when I look about 5 hours later it’s there as if I had already seen it. Doing it for the last month but I checked on here, loads are having the same problem.

@O2 please, in future, can you use a reputable delivery service. My 84 mother was promised delivery of her new phone on Tuesday. @dhlexpressuk have still not delivered it &, although they have said it will arrive today at 14.40, it hasn't & she's getting very anxious.

So this is fun. Twitter has just stopped working on my new phone (Galaxy S20 FE). Login and it just relentlessly says "Hm, something went wrong" and thsts it. Tried a bunch of fixes, uninstalled, reinstalled. Installed older versions.. nada. Help @TwitterSupport @O2
