    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

    @O2 I was issued with a odeon cinema code for use on Sunday however this is not now showing on my priority app so I’m unable to book my ticket. This seems to be a problem with priority as my partner booked the same and has the same issue however he took a screenshot of his code.

    why are @O2 so rubbish. Been trying to change my number from contract to pay as you go. Should be easy I was told.But now spoken to 4 people who keep blaming each other.Still no further forward!terrible service from @O2. They don’t know what they are doing

    Trying to pay @O2 £22 spoken to 4 different people and they still can’t take it. Waiting for a call back. Account is closed which seems to be the issue. Can’t be that difficult 😩

    @O2 That is not the case. My partner has exactly the same issue, code issued and no longer showing in my priority. He actually screenshot his code so still has it

    @O2 hey I have Disney + linked to my O2 account minimum term ends on 30 June, do I have to give notice to cancel or can I just cancel on the 30 June?

    @O2 Hi. I have an iPhone XR on O2. Lately my internet will not work at all unless connected to wifi, despite the fact I have 60gb of data. I’ve checked that mobile data is switched on, and toggled it off and on again to refresh it, but no joy. Can you provide any help?
