@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@jonnyrb89 @O2 I been waiting months for mast issue to be fixed, it changed from your message to ‘mast get busy’. 10 months on I’m fed up with paying nearly £40 a month for a total rubbish service. I recommend retweeting complaint snd include BBCWatchdog, WhichUK, and Ofcom tags.

@O2 hey, got an upgrade earlier today, number needed swapping to a 5G sim, neither phone has service now. How long is it going to be? Normally I have at least one phone that works until it swaps fully? Now I have no way of contact unless I’m on wifi

@O2 I’m having issues with my AirPod pros. The right ear rattles and is terrible. Been happening since Sunday evening. I’ve tried replacing the rubber bits but it’s still happening only in the right bud. It’s driving me insane. I purchased them from you and I’m still paying up
