@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@virginmedia how do I speak to someone about Volt? I ordered o2 sim from VM app on 26/03/22 and have not received anything. O2 say they have never heard of me and Virgin media customer service just gibberish as usual Help please @O2

Seriously, @o2, can you PLEASE tell me when you’ll fix this 2FA text message problem. It’s so intermittent, and I’ve got so many different systems that rely on 2FA… when will this be fixed by? Thanks in advance.
