    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    Hey @O2 when are you sorting your shambles of a Recycle offer? Been waiting a week to claim xtra £250 cashback after buying galaxy Z Flip 5G & order no is STILL invalid as voucher code. Calling your customer reps and they "don't know cause we thought the offer expired!"

    @O2 @_roballen I have a similar problem - O2 account in the name "P" and Virgin as "PETER". I've had to send a load of identity docs to O2 to get it changed to "PETER" to match.

    @O2 We cancelled the sim we didn't want in December - you've now billed us for £75 PLUS late payment fees. You also claim to have cut my husband's phone off - you haven't as it's got a virgin sim in it. He rang you and told you all this - I've now taken the issue to Ofcom!

    @suttieb @O2 Same here. Only had the one free trial when I started using the service (I think… don’t even recall that tbh), but also not getting an error, it just doesn’t do anything apart from take me to the account page

    @O2 your texts keep saying ‘issue fixed’ but still I only see 1 bar 4G and sometimes just 2 bars 3G on my iPhone, indoors or out within 400m of home. Perfect elsewhere so not phone. Status page says signal interference. No @virginmedia today (maintenance) so can’t WiFi call.
