@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@MichaelGrundy @O2 Was like that when I worked in Aintree, had a mast round the corner and still couldn't get signal. Kept blaming it on my phone, in the end they admited it was shite and got my contract lowered. Gonna go to EE when this is up, mate gets perfect signal including at Goodison.

@O2 7/8 So I am now left with no choice but to share my experience on Twitter for everyone to see how crap your customer service is. If you are serious you would endeavour to contact me ASAP and email me the POP I asked for and do it all today.

Hi @O2, we’re still getting WebSurfer plan direct debits to my elderly parents credit card, despite cancelling at the bank this summer, 2 visits to the 02 branch and 7 phone call to customer service. No one can find the account but we’re still being charged. Can you help?

.@O2 - signal area around Edinburgh this weekend is abysmal. My phone is linked to my WiFi and the signal is still dropping all the time. My postcode is EH16 adjacent to EH9. Can you please check it - thanks.
