@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 We then had to visit your store in Barking as we wanted to upgrade 2 phones but the sales advisors were not interested at all, unaware of your offers which made me change my mind. The service received was so appalling. Never been treated like this in the 12 years with O2 2/2

@O2 why is getting MyO2 so difficult to prove that it really exists and I can access it. Totally frustrated via the app itself, the telephone auto help, customer services via phone and my local O2 shop stating that deals via virgin/o2 unlimited are "having this problem" Help!!!!

This must be really embarrassing @O2 a customer of over 15 years complain about the integrity of the people who are responsible for running the business. Having this aired on a public platform can't be good for business or your business partners within the industry @Telefonica

@O2 super annoying that I’ve had to contact you twice for the same thing after being left on hold for 25 mins. Now I have no service/phone! I can’t ring the number to get help! My contract doesn’t end till the 3rd Sep and all I wanted to do was get on a o2 pay as you go sim!
