    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 4 contracts, longest about 16 years, placed an order on 4th Nov for ipad Pro for my youngest Xmas, still out of sticked, called for update or to see if O2 could send substitute as stressing it won't arrive before Xmas... customer service was shocking, mng was going to call

    @O2 @OliviaRubin Not sure you want to associate yourself with this brand as they have are not genuine. Taken my money for orders that were never delivered by DHL, DHL have confirmed these items have been processed as missing however @OliviaRubin refusing to respond to any correspondence or refund

    @O2 please help me, I have tried calling multiple times and been on hold for 40-60mins then it hangs up, app chat doesn’t work and I have been over charged £60+ last month and £40+ this month. Is there any way I can resolve this?

    @virginmedia @O2 No broadband, no TV and no phone line. I work from home so this is unacceptable especially for the price we pay. When will service be back in the BT16 area.

    @O2 hi there everytime I call I either get cut off before I get to speak to someone or cut off after I have. Are understand there are high call volumes but I can't add insurance in my account Pleas help
