@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 - both my husband and I have been loyal customers for many years. Local mast has not been working for 2 mths. Live chat was both terse/dismissive about reimbursement and connectivity as we’re pensioners. Aren’t we paying enough for poor service?

@O2 My mother passed away end of September, she had a business acc, I called your bereavement team who told me they closed her account and waived £23 owed. Since then I have received several letters addressed to her demanding payment, the latest for £191, disgusting service

@O2 @02 disgusting service not receiving calls or texts since before christmas eve until now they said a mast is down so all this while cant apply for work because of this issue and offering £10 compensation for a whole month of a phone not working correctly is this acceptable?
