    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    Does anyone else have literally no service on @O2 absolutely ******* everywhere in the uk or is that just me? Sick to ******* death of paying £60 for a phone contract and never being able to use my bloody phone

    @kokeshimum @O2 I have both O2 and EE SIMs on my phone. I work all over the country and the O2 one is woefully bad. Their service is so patchy and slow is barely worth having that SIM in there.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Networks share infrastructure the networks are under invested. Buy a new phone from the network pay 70-80 a month even after phones paid off. They were minted not anymore. Most people I know including me buy a phone & pay 10-15-20 quid a month no contract

    @O2 I am tired of using your My Network app to report no service, only to get a "Our network monitoring system hasn’t currently identified any issues at this location" SMS back. There is NO DATA in AL5 2RU - the centre of Harpenden town - for several months. It needs fixing!!!

    @EnigmaAkila @iz__zy @O2 Wonder when they are going to get to the bottom of it. I have raised a complaint so seem to be getting some action but they still don't know what is causing it.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Listen to any talk radio show and the regularity with which they "lose" guests and callers is embarrassing, and nearly all down to dodgy mobile connections. Sadly Brits gave up a really decent landline system for the "convenience" of mobile without thinking about quality.

    @EnigmaAkila @O2 I've had this issues for weeks now. I've had three phone calls that resulted in them saying they couldn't do anything. They sent me into a store and they had no idea about it either and reffered me back. I'm now waiting in my fourth call. It's maddening.
