    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 Summer freedom........where you can't even use the phone you're paying for, due to #O2 sending out faulty phones, and then refusing to accept any liability!!!!!!! The worst company ever to deal with, and the most incompetent "customer service" @LutzSchueler 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 Do not bother.........the worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! 2 fauly phones in the past year, and now they're refusing to accept any liability. Customer service reps can't speak or understand English, and blatantly lie to you on the phoen 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!!!!

    @O2 I have just received a phone bill for the month for £208. I had to use my mobile data as I had no home broadband. Nobody at o2 advised i could upgrade to unlimited data which i now have - this is so poor customer service!

    @O2 Neither would I? I got this latest one on the 7th of July and never used it until the 25th and it was rejected and I tried to get another one today and it says I have 1 week 7 days to use it?

    Never been more disappointed and frustrated with a phone upgrade process than I have with @O2. About to call them for the MILLIONTH time and spend TOO long on the phone to sort out problems they've caused.

    Just a quick reminder to everyone that since @O2 joined @virginmedia they have somehow continued to get increasingly worse and both provide the worst service in their respective fields. Also **** you for using AI chat bots, that loop around countless times.

    @VMO2News @virginmedia @O2 Funded by us customers who you cannot provide a decent service too!!!!! 2 faulty phones in the past 12 months, and now refusing to accept liability for damage caused during a repair. No photographic evidence as requested, now got a case open with the Ombudsman 🤬🤬🤬
