    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 Since switching from @tescomobile to yourselves, oddly my signal is poor, both for calls and 4G literally all the time...... is there anything that can be done?!

    @O2 hello, im trying yo connect to a live chat gor advice about sim swapping that seems to have gone bad. Ive gollowed the i tructions but the new sim in the new handset isnt working and wont connect to the network. Basically i have no way of confirming my number through text

    @O2 your customer service is shocking I’d have more luck getting the Queen on the blower than you. Why is it impossible to get someone on the phone, 45 minutes of holding to be hung up on. I need assistance please!!
