    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 so I cancel a contract because DPD can’t deliver on the correct day. I have called O2 many many many times. You have received the phone back but somehow you are still demanding the money for it. Today I receive a default notice? Why?

    @O2 This is an issue that dates back to November 2021 and due to an admin error from O2, I am unable to get a new credit card or a loan or any mortgages, due to your error. No one will tell me when this will be resolved. #awfulservice #stress

    @O2 if you have a learning disability do not join O2 they will fully discriminate against you and not admit it and take back any form of compensation do you have provided you I slit my wrist yesterday because one of your curries frustrate me so much and your high end customer

    @O2 I've already tried these ,still nothing, I'm having to use someone else Internet to contact you as I don't have WiFi , I used to get full service until a few days ago now nothing ,I'm disabled I need my phone incase of emergency

    @O2 let me know my service might be intermittent from the 7th - 10th (website now says 11th), I didn’t think they meant I wouldn’t be able to make calls, text or even check my emails for so far, the entire time… keeping in touch with poorly relatives isn’t easy atm 🥹
