I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers ๐ tossers.

I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over ยฃ2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
