    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    Be carful of any fake @O2 bill what arrives in the post, taken it to a store, they said the letter head isn’t correct and the customer number is a wrong format and haven’t been a customer for 4 years.

    Been an @O2 customer for about a week now and already had their IVR just flat out say “Bye” because I didn’t state the call was urgent and then their other chat methods say “no agents available”. Not a great start…

    @O2 5 calls to O2 in 10 days trying to upgrade to iPhone 13 Pro and renew my contract - over 2 hours in waiting! To give O2 my business. Given wrong information and promised callbacks that haven’t happened. No reply to my DM. Shocking service!

    @O2 I have their customers (contract) for 2 years. My contract has ended and I am now on pay as you go customer!I am very disappointed with this company. Please never use them never!I am having issues and I cannot reach them!They appear to do anything but help. Online and in store!!
