    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 @Gazpecks I’ve sent o2 two emails & no reply. Store couldn’t help. Webchat couldn’t help. Phoned them & they couldn’t understand me. I’ve been a customer since I was 11 & I’m now 37. @O2 sort it out!!

    @O2 Hi, have you stopped selling Sony phones? Was just considering an early upgrade but can't see any on your site, I've been with you guys 17 years and never had any other brand (Sony Ericssons, before they split). Seriously considering leaving O2 because of it

    @Keir_Starmer Bollox as per. Whilst electric will go down 10 measly quid a month , @O2 have just increased my bill as have our housing on rent. Ill await council tax rise in next few weeks.

    @O2 you have known for over 2 months now that you are emailing me someone else’s bills and correspondence. Yet I am still getting them with personal information. I don’t even have an account with you. This is a serious issue.

    @O2 I couldn't call to customer service because I am not a billing customer and opened a complaint whereby I was told it has been processed and closed the ticket and was asked to go to my bank to confirm. It did not happen so I opened another complaint and I'm being told it cannot

    @O2 I’ve had no signal since the 16th because of a mast upgrade which was supposed to have been done by 6pm yesterday. The service checker says the mast is now not working. I haven’t been able to use my phone for 10 days now. When will this be fixed? SO509RL postcode.
