@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 very disappointed with the service in store today. Lady was soo rude! Also order a phone online said it would be ready to collect in 30 mins. Went to collect and not available for 1-2 days! What’s the point of click and collect! Quicker to have delivery!!!!!!

@O2 hi, I received a call from 03333446973 claiming to be from O2 trying to sell me a tablet. I confirmed some personal details before realising what was happening as they seemed to know my tariff and other personal info. I’m very worried I have stumbled into a scam & need help.

@O2 virtually impossible to get a signal in my area, no 5g here but can’t even get a usable 4g signal! Can only use on WiFi; but paying for mobile service. You have quite a few unhappy customers in this area.
