    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    Ex-flatmate hasn't paid the bill he put under my name again and @O2 are dead quick to remove the service across the whole account whilst not replying to me and my friends about how dire their service is in Manchester(, London and Rugby).

    @O2 My partner called today and the insurance team weren't much help but I have now been emailed a claims form though along with an email from them saying they've been waiting for us to contact! (Unsure if it's automated) but this isn't good enough. I will be emailing a complaint in.

    @O2 My wife and I just moved our contract over from EE and we need to access Wi-Fi dialing as we live rural. I can’t log into my account to turn it on and we both have IPhones. It’s a real issue for us, as we can’t can’t call anyone

    @Tankslider @O2 'Oh dear James - please DM us so we can appear to be doing something whilst just ignoring you all over again'. Can never get my head round the fact that there are people who actually think like that. What if a member of their family rang up - would they **** on them as well ?

    @O2 I’ve spent 2 hours trying to get through to your Customer Service Team and received no help whatsoever. Completely unsatisfactory. I’ve had no phone for 2 days and need help from yourselves.
