@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@virginmedia @O2 Closed my account to move me onto a new deal, but failed to migrate my details. Result: lost email & online access, only temporarily reinstated, told 3–5 days to fix. This also triggered an O2 Volt issue and got my O2 account locked. Entirely Virgin error. #

@O2 Can no longer access my o2 account online. It says that I need to link with Virgin media account or something. I have tried and its just a long process of confirming numerous emails accounts etc. Is anyone else having these issues?

@O2 my O2/Virgin account has been locked for a month. Despite numerous online chats, phonecalls to the number provided and to your "UK" call centre nobody has been able to help. I have not been able to access the app in this time or cancel a subscription on my O2 account.
