    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @O2 We had 4G again for a few days here in B76 and a message to say the issue was fixed. It’s gone again for the last 24 hours. After 2 months of no service this is getting silly.

    @O2 the network constantly keeps having issues with a regular mast in my area and it’s an area I work in has a cyclist courier which I require Internet connection. Every time I raise a complaint with u nothing seems to get done in compo or anything.
