    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 We then had to visit your store in Barking as we wanted to upgrade 2 phones but the sales advisors were not interested at all, unaware of your offers which made me change my mind. The service received was so appalling. Never been treated like this in the 12 years with O2 2/2

    @O2 I changed to your network last Thursday (at your Burnley branch) & I am still receiving calls on my old network & phone but on the same number?? Therefore I have two phones on the same number with two providers?? You haven't switched me over? (Yes, you have had the PAC no.)
