    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 I am a new customer. I want to transfer my number. You have been 'unable to process' my PAC code twice now - spent 30 mins on the phone with support who say appatantely my existing number does not exist, despite me using it for a decade. Any advice on what to do next?

    @O2 No only lost service on the number I want to keep which is the registered number to receive verification codes etc. when you phone it says not recognised. Was assured it would be swapped over by 6 but still not done …

    @O2 Hello! Yes the cashier tried about 5 times including entering the code manually. The drinks were on the offer (1 carling and 1 pino grigio). Another customer behind me used hers fine.

    @O2 I’m leaving 02 and am taking my number but you’ve deactivated the number on your network a day before it will be activated on my new phone. Extremely frustrating when I have some important calls/texts coming in which I can’t receive.

    @O2 Hi, I’ve just changed my sim over to you. I haven’t received the sim yet but I have to pay my first month’s payment today. Is this normal? I can’t use your network but yet I’m paying for it? I’m confused.
