The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

I’ve had 3 calls ended by your staff who are clearly incompetent and can’t deal with my issue so they resorted to not dealing with it. So frustrating!!! Such bad customer service!!!

kevws (@kevwgs) reported@O2 I’ve submitted a form yesterday to port my old phone number across to my new O2 account. Was done at lunchtime yesterday. Nothing has changed. My old number is still with my previous provider and when I login to O2 it’s still showing the number you gave with the sim.
