    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @O2 You need to make this clearer though. I was told by customer services anyway that once the number is ported you would have lost any credit. My sim card says the last chance to top up was 19th, received the sim only yesterday.

    @O2 5 phone calls to 5 different people over 3 hours trying to get a resolve to sort out a phone contract, only to be told there's nothing that can be done. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever come across. Appalling is an understatement @O2

    @O2 i spoke to an advisor about upgrading. She was supposed to call me yesterday and didn’t. Do customer service reps take notes so that I can speak to someone else?
