@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

Hi @O2 . Despite promising you would not take this payment (i took a screenshot of you messages so let me know if you’d like to see them) I see that you have. I have logged a note with your app but this is awful. Is this malpractice or just incompetence? It is surely one of them.

@VMO2News @Virgin @O2 The o2 network needs a major upgrade to cope with all the additional customers, at present o2 network is broken and not fit for purpose.

I have people all across Europe laughing at how bad @virginmedia and especially how bad @O2 are. Those O2 speeds/no connection are getting so many giggles, just days after saying one lives in a 3rd world country for no prime next day. Thanks you to, you make it special.
