    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 @ChechuzM Hi - I took a montly o2 contract 8 days ago. It worked well until you ported the number from vodafone. Since then I cannot connact at all. I contacted help, bit it just ‘logged a complaint’. How do I cancel. It is within 14 days.

    @O2 there is a complete lack of mobile signal in central Reading, including the area directly over the railway station. Is there any chance of this being rectified any time soon? It’s been going on for months

    @O2 Thank you but these are just platitudes. How can it take 8 days to fix a broadband fault? You tell me there is ‘good mobile coverage’ here for O2 but there is none and hasn’t been for years and yet your charges increase! All talk and zero action! @Ofcom @MartinSLewis
