    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 Hi, thanks for that. Nope, nothing at all worked...my partner had no data aswell, so we wondered if that was because of a recent change in roaming charges. Any ideas then? I havent had that issue before.

    @O2 Incredibly frustrated and need help please. My elderly mother got a text saying her order is confirmed (ref number given) and a followup to say details have gone to bank to set up a direct debit mandate. Looks genuine. Contacted live chat to check but /1

    @jobs4couples @O2 Same story here exactly! Even getting emails telling me to collect the phone that i already collected lol. Sick speaking to "support". Their systems are garbage, I.T needs sacked. zero confidence with these jokers now. Unprofessional operation
