    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 Got this Pixel about a mth ago. I got it from CEX, traded in an iPhone 11. Just swapped the SIM. Yes, tried everything I can think of including several resets. I guess it's the SIM as it's saying the NUMBER doesn't support the Visual voicemail. Don't know what else to say! Lol

    .@o2 appalling service by yourselves today! Cancelled my upgrade today in store with staff who were less than forthcoming & then told I had to cancel my contract over the phone! I’ve been on the phone twice & both times I’ve been hung up on before speaking w/ anyone. #o2 #o2uk

    @O2 hey O2, are you having network issues around my area. Having same issues for more than one person where the data connection is really slow and often drops to 4G also signals bar drops to 1 bar or none sometime

    @nothing are you not going to address the green tint issues the Nothing Phone 1 is facing? U.K. based customer here, pretty gutted I’ve had to send the original purchase and replacement back to @O2. Unfortunately it’s a refund for me now! Surely you can’t just keep selling them?
