    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @shade1964 @O2 I'm having the same problem it switches between 4g and 5g and 4g again why is this is there a outage I'm from belfast.

    @sackedseafarer @O2 Not this time, my original complaint was about that - their resolution, after lots of back and forth, was to allow me to leave without paying an early termination fee (so a £380 saving). I wanted to view my final bill through their app, along with tracking my device plans 1/

    Hey @O2, what’s up with phone and 5G signal lately? Can’t make a phone call without sounding like a darlek, keeps cutting off when talking and nothing loads on the internet despite saying 5G and showing full signal?

    @O2 dreadful service today and yesterday as I tried to resolve a faulty iPhone 17 bought on 19 July. This phone, one of 4 on my account, has a H/W problem but you are refusing to send me a replacement device. Why?

    Published Phone number for O2 Woolwich does not work. It connects, goes silent & disconnects the call after around 5 seconds. When I phone 02 customer services they cannot help me @O2
