@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 the signal around Chelmsford is awful. I’ve got a medical incident that I need to get to for my wife and I can’t contact her there because your signal is always so bad, messages don’t even go through. I hope you go out of business

The @O2 complaints resolution representative I spoke to today was the most unprofessional, arrogant, sociopathic person I have ever spoken to when dealing with a business. You do not expect gaslighting and to be lied to and belittled by a paid employee of a company you patronise

@O2 why do you send threatening emails to pensioners who have left your service and make it impossible for anyone to pay a final bill? Your live chat, website & hold messages tell you to use the myo2 app. You can’t do this when you have cut the account off and ported the number.

@O2 please change your telephone hold music or employ more agents, it’s absolutely grim listening to the same garbage for 45 mins plus every time I call!
