    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @colinrtalbot @O2 Was on the phone with Tesco Mobile over issues with an O2 mast yesterday. Still don't understand how when 2 phones are lying next to each other whilst on charge, 1 can be pinged by a mast in a different, non-EU country. Thankfully, they've waived the £50 charge this incurred.

    @O2 It's not the SIM card. I've tried an o2 PAYG SIM and had exactly the same. I get normal service in patches, so right now it's fine. If I go 1/2 a mile up the road, it's gone.

    @mckeown_ryan @jodielouiseart @O2 Was with them for like 15 years, left this year to go to EE. Couldn't get signal in my house had to go up the garden to make a phonecall. Get signal at Villa Park on a match day with EE 💪🏼

    @EE is it possible to have a PAYG e-sim in an iPhone 12 Pro Max? I’m having issues with @O2 where I don’t get any data signal - even in city centres where they claim 5G is possible - lucky I’m only in contract for another 5 months #ee #mobileswitch #network

    @DavidBell5667 @O2 Don’t! I’ve been with o2 years and since upgrading there once good service has gone downhill. And there have signal and data issues everywhere.

    @jodielouiseart @O2 Im on Sky Mobile which is O2 and as soon as I walk out of my house to walk the dog i'm cut off from the world. It says I have 4g but a very slow connection if any connection at all.
