    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Enjoy the lack of signal. I switched the other way last year and haven’t looked back.

    @O2 You didn’t look into it for me though. You told me you only deal with virgin media landline, tv and broadband, not much point in contacting you really. 0 help.

    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today

    @BlueChefCTID @O2 @1903bw Naff all service anywhere - struggled to use my phone for anything around Brighton yesterday, but same everywhere in the UK really. Leaving again the minute my 'contract' ends!!!

    @O2 @ad_moran4 If you want a signal stick with EE! Sick of not being able to access apps on my phone, you know for critical things like charging my car or transferring money between accounts so I can pay for items! O2 are an absolute joke!

    @O2 any chance someone can assist in activating my free extra that was dangled as a carrot to sign a new deal but your app, website, vip support cannot help? Phenomenally bad customer experience

    @ad_moran4 @O2 I’m have 10 Contract phones with o2 the signal has literally disappeared it’s shocking. Do not sign up they are a nightmare. I can honestly say if not under WiFi it’s about 30/35 % coverage

    @O2 I’ve tried to top up my mum’s PAYG phone twice via 4444 and it has failed. The money shows now as pending being taken on the bank but the message on the phone said it hasn’t gone through. Is there an issue.

    @MartinSLewis Now ask them why a large % of their customers cannot access their accounts or payment portal Broken for months but @O2 don't seem to care. It's ridiculous how I cannot look at any of my account or pay my bill using the online service
