    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 I have just landed in Orlando Florida and my phone won’t connect to any network out here, I can only use WiFi. How do I fix this issue? My husbands phone is on the same contract and working okay.

    @O2 I seem to have a split porting issue yet I am now 4 days in of not being able to receive texts or calls and everyone in your customer services says they will give me a call within 24 hours AND IM STILL WAITING!!! Poor communication! Poor customer service!
