    @O2 Are there any plans to support family setup for Apple Watch? Also why does requesting an esim need me to go instore or get something mailed out. EE support the first and on the latter it’s done online via a QR code!

    @jammiejam93 @O2 I’ll have to pay. They did that with my other one. I then got a letter saying I had however many days to pay. I’m like for real? I literally rang up wanting to pay there and then, and it was then that ****** me about. Idiots. Absolutely terrible service.

    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

    @O2 I’m currently trying to pay off my credit agreement, as I’ve changed to a different network. I’m unable to get anywhere on the phone, as it keeps saying the code I’ve entered is wrong. I don’t know my myo2 login. Is there another way?

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 Hi, I have been a customer of o2 for 23 years, I have two numbers with you, I have been trying to resolve the problem for the last 3 weeks and cannot get through the first line of customer service, it is always wait more, someone will call you, an option to escalate?

    @Happyengland79 @O2 We are in the exact same boat. Been waiting since January and had a nightmare getting through to any of them! Only refunded last week after we contacted morning live and they contacted o2. Worst company EVER

    @O2 Have been a long term customer & 2day asked Tottenham Crt Rd shop 4 tech support to download email app. Asked ME what IMAP is, I asked them if they knew - no. Walked out. A waste of my time. Maybe they sell better than provide tech help. Any ideas where to go now for help?

    @O2 for 18 years I’ve had phone reception whilst at work and it was always perfect, now nothing at all for the last couple of months! What is going on? Other staff menebers are having the same problem too, I use my phone for work now I can’t. Bradford area
