    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 why advertise the Samsung 20 FE being in stock online when all of them aren't?!! Now I got to wait god knows how long for it and make me lose getting my free chromebook offer too which would really help me for college !

    @O2 Had DD on my virgin account (without giving consent @metpoliceuk) yes charged me £10 and i never used the sim. They now cancel my sim and at the next bill (which i have no idea where i will see it) i have to call again and have a cheques for it. I'm an o2 customer already

    @O2 It was earlier in 2021 so not more than 2 years ago. I’m having a problem with my car insurance company and on the verge of getting fined £500 if I can’t prove a call that I made. I have missed the deadline to send this to them waiting for this log. HELP!!!

    @O2 Dear o2 I switched to you guys but have not received a sim card and so can't'activate' the switch yet but you have invoiced me for days you have not provided me with a service. Is this normal or legal? Can you charge and claim a service tax for a service not provided?

    @O2 The thing we need help with you won't allow to do online, and being busy isn't an excuse for an automated telephone system that doesn't function correctly or for being cut off after being on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. This isn't the first time this has happened

    @O2 ive had my phone stolen and its been 3 days now going back and forth to the store to activate the new sim card with my old phone number! This is a joke. Very poor customer service. I work nights and dont have the freedom and time to make daily trips.
