@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

@O2 This has all been checked and I was due a phone call back which never happened. Instead I had to chase you. It’s not a network issue you yourselves have told me all recently new customers are facing this problem and you are working on it. 6 days in and you’ve not fixed it?

@O2 I had an amazing first festival back at @Creamfields but why was your signal so ****? This is the first time I've been able to use my phone since Thursday afternoon! 🙈 Never had a problem before when I've been, just this year was so awful 😖

@O2 … another moan about loss of signal. E2 London. All day & night no Wi-fi, 4G maybe and sometimes dropping into 3G. Status checker acknowledges there’s a mast problem but no updates. It may be a BH weekend but people still have to work!

@O2. I'm at a festival this weekend. All the others in my group have full data signal and phone signal so can you please tell me why I've had zero in either all weekend. I thought you promoted great coverage but clearly not. You lie in your contract so can I get out of it.
