@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

@PolicyScot @O2 Mobile companies are terrible. You can set up an account in seconds but try and give notice to terminate a contract and you have to jump through hoops and hurdles. Often you have to telephone them. They don't make it easy.

@O2 Don't forget you can make calls and send texts using Wi-Fi, which could give you clearer calls and better coverage. Find out how to get set up. Thank you for this evidence what's the point of paying for a service which never has any coverage where ever we are abloute joke!!!

@PolicyScot @O2 You will get this @KiddieJon. Doing the vendange you got up at 5am and worked like a trojan. We had folk from across the world and it was a competition to finish each drill. I learned that if you were a slacker everyone else would help you finish ;-)

@O2 really have no clue about customer service. 6 days....issue not solved. Every 48 hours told technical team will sort it...3 times!! 3 manager callbacks requested. 0 recieved. Absolutely incredible levels of incompetence from a communications company.
