@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

@O2 Im not paying you for something I didn’t agree to and I need my phone!! I am a mother of a baby and 6 year old and cannot be left without my phone. Please reinstate my original contract which I agreed to. O2 is leaving a mother without a means to call emergency services!!!

@O2 We ordered a pay monthly Sim. Got confirmation emails and sim. Popped it in and it even auto took over the number but we cannot make any calls because it still asks us to top-up. Calls are included in the pay monthly. So So frustrated, please help!

@O2 why its taken 2 months to get a blank sim. And when it arrives my nb not transferred . For the last 2 weeks trying to activate the sim and is blocked . Dispute resolution depart just on hold and not respond.# reasonable request. Now still not resolved.
