    @O2 Finally managed to get a hold of a human being in the customer services team who was able to help me. 10 out of 10 for them as they managed to resolve the complaint. -10 out of 10 for the automated systems and ai type bits of the call that have me the run around all day!

    @Richards21Scott @O2 Jumping in on a very old thread here but I’m in Alicante and O2/Movistar does not provide 4G, no internet/data possible. Tried alternative networks and O2 chat but no joy. Did you find a solution?

    @O2 As no one got back to me i tried calling again. Finally got through, and in the middle of talking to someone after hold the call got again!!! + they haven't called back 😡 so having to call again. What the f is going on either with your network/your customer services today!!!???
