Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

@O2 I am biting my hands off for ever thinking of joining your network. Have been on the phone/chat with your reps for a week now, trying to sort out a botched number porting, but nobody seems to know what to do. Maybe telecom is not your thing after all?

@O2 mobile phone companies are quite use to blocking mobile phone numbers on pay monthly if the bill is not paid HOWEVER in this case i'm simply asking who can cancel a number on pay as you go so its no longer activate

@O2 you’re a company that lies to its customers, I had explained my current predicament, was on a payment plan, yet you still disconnect me. That isn’t even the worse part, trying to call an actual human from your side is borderline impossible. New network for me 🖕🖕🖕

@O2 I am getting beyond annoyed with the company. twice I have spoken to CS regarding an insurance claim both times told I'd receive an email which I have not! I am abroad needing my phone replaced immediately - I pay for the service yet you seem to just be taking my money

@O2 what part if o2 pay as you go not pay monthly can cancel / delete a unregistered pay as you go number on the o2 network ? bear in mind the number is unregistered so don't ask for any names or anything like that

@O2 Tried multiple times to add the free Disney+ for 6 months through Priority and nothing is happening. No text after waiting 48hrs and 24 hrs many times. Help!
