    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

    @O2 I have just received a phone bill for the month for £208. I had to use my mobile data as I had no home broadband. Nobody at o2 advised i could upgrade to unlimited data which i now have - this is so poor customer service!

    I've been with @O2 for as long as I can remember and there is never any reward for loyalty, so that's me done. Can't price match anyone I'm gona look elsewhere. 👍

    @O2 Do not bother.........the worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! 2 fauly phones in the past year, and now they're refusing to accept any liability. Customer service reps can't speak or understand English, and blatantly lie to you on the phoen 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!!!!

    Just a quick reminder to everyone that since @O2 joined @virginmedia they have somehow continued to get increasingly worse and both provide the worst service in their respective fields. Also **** you for using AI chat bots, that loop around countless times.

    @O2 is My O2 down? Whatever Virgin are doing, they have really screwed it up. Took me over 30 minutes of looping to actually register again (as they forced me to do so) and now just getting 404 error trying to login.

    @O2 is the app currently not working? I can't access my ticket page, it keeps saying the login is incorrect so I changed the password and it's still not letting me in 😭 I can't even scan my finger print, please help
