@O2 I never get a signal in my home. I dont receive calls and just get text messages saying I've missed calls and I have to walk outside to make a call. Everytime i call they say theres works going on. This has been happening for 3 years now

@O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

Hey @O2.. I #know these are weird times. i placed an order on sunday confimed & paid. online shop says next say delivery is still available. Ive emailed, replied with please use chat. Chats off line. I phoned and only upgrades and leaving o2 calls are accepted. Help

@O2 Your crap eCommerce system is driving me away, EE is looking better all the time! Sort it out! there was a deal 4 weeks ago for upgrading to a iPhone 11 Pro Max for 30 plus 37 a month can’t get that now!!!! So bad for a company in this sector to have such a bad eCommerce

@O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

@breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

@O2 Lol nothing was happening so we rang and this is brilliant ! The chap said because I would be porting a number over that would cause me problems logging into my o2 so he stated that I’d better port my number over and then he might be able to help us access my o2 UNREAL !

@Resiliently_Ree @O2 I had the same problem when I ordered my phone last December, they had no issue taking my payment (including for next day delivery!!!) and then proceeded to let me know they were awaiting a delivery as the device I ordered was out of stock, it ended up arriving over a month later

@O2 are literally THE WORST network in the UK! Been asking for an MCK code for 2 weeks and they keep sending me a sim unlock code...4 times they've sent the wrong code. I need to switch network, I own my phone outright and It's locked as they've repeatedly given wrong codes. 🤬
