    @O2 @Ofcom how very patronising- your website didn’t work so used the number and paid today! After 20 years of loyalty I will be leaving for another network….dealing with your constant mess ups takes too much time/money- 3 already this year….it’s only April

    @O2 you’ve sent me reminder to pay u for a bill I can not see! I asked for a bill last mnth, as could not view online and nothing? This is on u! U have stopped my service but I wont pay until I have a break down? Bully! If u can send me a ltr, u can send me statement?? @Ofcom

    Dear @EE It’s only a few months since I switched to you, but seems I’m gobbling data faster than ever when I was with @O2 Is your metric working? Maybe you’ll say your network is faster? if so I’ll gladly switch back: to my lower data allowance with O2: that I never used up!

    @O2 The problem is the phone tries to switch to 5G where there is no coverage here so it results in no signal. That happens everywhere not just W5

    A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

    @O2 Because I'm a @virginmedia customer, I'm obliged to use a phone. I'm told I'm not allowed to use my PC. So the Ticketmaster site / app pops up, but there is no option to purchase. I fear this issue is because I do not have an O2 account, only Virgin Media for this.

    @O2 Doing this means EVERY password has to be entered for everything. This is a REAL pain. I don't think you realise this. I did just logout and log back in. No change. Why is Seetickets no problem and Ticketmaster is a problem?

    @O2 Yeah roam freely in Europe but beware going anywhere else, they wanted to charge me DAILY, the same amount that my husband was charged monthly by his network!!! Beware of extreme charges and dreadful customer service

    @O2 it is now day 19 since I received a computer mouse instead of the phone upgrade I ordered and 27 days since I put the order through, still no phone, and no update. Since you are now in partnership with @virginmedia now, I'm thinking I will cancel both contracts - shocking

    @O2 I’m around 7 days late, and you’ve cut off my service. Seriously? Can you not look into the length of contract(s)&frequency of payments, adjust how you persue funds? Over my life I’ve put 10s of £1000s in; and £45 is a cut off? I’m not leaving, I understand it abit, but not happy

    @O2 my elderly parents have been unable to make or receive calls for over 2 months now in their town,on their pay as you go phones.Others there who also do not have the internet have the same issue.We cannot get any straight answers from anyone.This is their only means of contact

    @O2 just spent 3 hours on the phone trying to upgrade my account so I can use my phone in Australia and New Zealand. I’ve spoken to 4 different customer service advisors. Each one contradicted what the previous person had said.

    @MartinSLewis I quite like the @O2 contracts paying separately for the phone and service, but I constantly get far worse signal than my wife on Vodafone, especially at home where I need to be near a window, so I may have to change as soon as expire.

    @SamsungHelpUK @O2 my old Galaxy S20 Plus is broken due to it being dropped a long time ago but recently the battery has been expanding on it. I’ve never been able to wipe my data off it because of the damage to the screen. How do I dispose of this safely? I’m a bit concerned.

    @O2 Hi O2. It’s been another 3 weeks and there is still no data connection at Reading Train Station. Full signal but no data on 4G or 5G. Will be 2 months soon. Please can you do something about it?
