    @O2 Because I'm a @virginmedia customer, I'm obliged to use a phone. I'm told I'm not allowed to use my PC. So the Ticketmaster site / app pops up, but there is no option to purchase. I fear this issue is because I do not have an O2 account, only Virgin Media for this.

    @O2 it is now day 19 since I received a computer mouse instead of the phone upgrade I ordered and 27 days since I put the order through, still no phone, and no update. Since you are now in partnership with @virginmedia now, I'm thinking I will cancel both contracts - shocking

    @O2 Doing this means EVERY password has to be entered for everything. This is a REAL pain. I don't think you realise this. I did just logout and log back in. No change. Why is Seetickets no problem and Ticketmaster is a problem?

    Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue I’m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and it’s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my number… not great

    @O2 upgraded yesterday through your app. There was an option for ‘need more help’ with WhatsApp link. Now been told my upgrade cancelled but fraud team and my account compromised. Not even had a call from o2. Deeply concerning

    @O2 Hi, we're in St Lucia and despite having O2 travel, neither me or my husband have internet. We are connected to Digicel and can make calls but no amount of rebooting or checking APN settings will work. Can you help us please?

    @O2 if your staff WFH they should be able to do their jobs or there’s no point. 5 hours I’ve been trying to pay my device plan off with code generator errors and staff not being able to take payment over the phone it’s useless. Everyone else manages. Catch up or go to work
