@virginmedia And what’s so annoying is that for some reasons it’s seems to be affecting my mobile network because even though I’m not connected to the wifi @O2 doesn’t works in the house and I’d need to leave the house and move further down street for the #O2 network to work and reply!

@DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

@O2 I can actually see your mast in a good coverage area, with a good signal level. Lest than 1 mbs download and 11 up. You need some capacity in your network. How are people supposed to use the free disney plus? What about a refund for not providing a usable service?

@O2 @crypto_compton I have issue since 16th of August. No service at all for 4 days. O2 sending text there is a problem with mast. Next update in 2 days, 5 days, 24th, 31st, 5th of September. Last text it was 12th of September. Are you playing a bingo with random dates?

Absolutely abysmal service at @O2 Decide to put me without service and blame a system issue. Still no signal - well if you swap customers SIMs without consent this is what happens. Oh and asked to vacate the line as other customers want to get through. Thanks for that Ayapha
