    @DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

    @O2 @Joegreaney Hi I'd just like to add that this is a problem for everyone on 02 and giffgaff in that area and it's because a mast in hither green has been down for 2 years and these crooks hate you enough to ignore it.

    Very unhappy with the service from @O2 , phone battery only lasting 4 hours at a time at the moment and very slow running - no upgrade option apart from paying £324 😧😡

    @virginmedia And what’s so annoying is that for some reasons it’s seems to be affecting my mobile network because even though I’m not connected to the wifi @O2 doesn’t works in the house and I’d need to leave the house and move further down street for the #O2 network to work and reply!

    @O2 I don’t know what I’m paying for? Unless I’m somewhere with WiFi I have the worst internet, anywhere I go! I’ve tried all the steps to fix and still terrible internet. Unacceptable!

    @O2 I got this sorted doing this however this is really poor service. This should be an easy, self-service digital journey. Absolute joke that this took 35 mins for both me and your staff. Total waste of time. Please feed back.

    @O2 Your colleague stated they would send me out a new SIM - and has CANCELLED my current Sim. The were not meant to do that. I went into my closest store and was told they should not have deactivated me current one and they can't do anything. I was without any signal yesterday.....

    @O2 I hope so, but will have to wait to see if corrected. Your colleague on the phone was helpful and admitted your error, however o2 chat replied to me after suggesting ‘as a good will gesture’ they give me £100 off the bill as I’m a loyal customer which I thought was appalling.

    @O2 tomorrow will be 4 weeks since ordering my iPhone pro max, which one of your customer service ladies rang me to upgrade about I might add! She told me up to 4 weeks for delivery. Any chance I’ll get it soon? This is ridiculous!!!

    @O2 This is now 4 days of trying to renew a contract now told I need to wait potentially up to another 24hrs before I can start the process all over again but it will 72hrs before a manager can call me back I am loosing patience someone must be out there who can resolve this help me

    @O2 so frustrated that I never have a signal, a “nearby phone mast is not working” almost every day according to your service checker. I wrote to your complaints account 5 days ago and have had no response. Please treat your customers better, I wish I’d never left Vodafone!
