@_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

Unbelievably bad customer service from @O2 . I was found no service when I live in London is expected and I would not be a booster and that a booster didn’t even exist. A quick google found the booster. Also pretty rude to me. Not happy after 9 years with them to get that.

@virginmedia @O2 You’d never give a family member or friend a @virginmedia subscription unless you disliked them. I cancelled my DD as they have taken £300 in error and they called the very next day but 22 days later the complaints team still haven’t called me. Appalling #virginmediaisdodgy
