I went to the store but was told it wasn't available for collection till today. I was very disappointed, but the manager took time to come apologise to me personally. I was amazed by the service.

I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

I want to make an official complaint as the reason my phone didn’t work is because O2 had barred foreign calls! I have had an account for 25 years, it’s totally unacceptable behaviour.
