Had a ridiculous amount of issues with @O2 of late, and despite numerous calls and messages, there’s no resolution. I wish this had happened before I upgraded and then I’d just leave! We’re now another day of no service because of SIM card issues with no help! 🤬

People be aware that fake texts from @O2 are being sent saying your bill payment can’t go through and to log in via a text link - the site looks just like o2 but it isn’t their site! Thank god I checked with customer service

@O2 It happens almost everywhere I go, but is also specific to locations. Wigan Road near Duxbury Golf Course. 2 out of 4 bars, shows 4g, but never ever any internet along there. Blackpool sea front. Full signal, 4g, no internet. I’ll tweet you every time it happens so u can sort it

@O2 I am still waiting, I was told someone will call me and I haven’t heard anything from the fraud team. I have called customer service 3/4 times and all they have said is to wait for the team to get back to me but it’s way over the SLA given and stuck with a fraudsters bill
