@O2 It can happen anywhere at any time. Only way I know is when I look at phone. It’s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on it’s got full signal. It’s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem

Awful customer service experience with @O2 this morning. Called to speak to an adviser regarding matching an online deal I had seen. The advisor chose to hang the phone up on me instead of discussing options. Utter disgrace! Certainly won’t be considering O2 in the future!

@O2 I bought a Sim that had the 18gb promotion on it. On the packaging it read that 'as a new customer your ppromo will be applied automatically'. Mine has not. It still shows 6 gb on the website and on the phone app. How do i get this sorted please?

@securedspirit @O2 I love that you do this bc complaints outweigh praise so much in customer facing jobs, like in the four years I was at Maccies we got TWO praise things (one for me obvs bc I’m amazing) so it really makes a difference when people do this 😭
