@O2 Tbh it’s not just the calling, the main issue is the lack of 4g and it’s awful speed, 3G, when it kicks in, is ok but in this day and age not getting 4g is a problem ;(

@O2 very disappointed and suprised that after 2 months without mobile service in my home you will not be providing any compensation! Contract up in September. I’ll be off to a different supplier. Anyone reading this please retweet so other users understand this crazy @O2 policy.

@O2 I don't have to give a reason for wanting to leave, but what I will say is the unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to get my PAC certainly aren't helping your case for persuading me to stay. It's not a nice customer experience.

@Crippleywonk @O2 It was a bit of a wrench when I had to leave T-Mobile/EE. But they took our mast out and we don’t get signal at home now. I’ve had good experiences with most providers over the years. It’s not as scary as it may at first seem.

Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@O2 hello you lovely people, so my phone is paid for so I’m now out of contract, been with you since day 1 but signal in DA15 7LE is shocking! A friend lives in DA15 8DQ and he said a mast has been worked on and his reception and 4G is now amazing, it’s about 1 mile away from me

Selected @O2 sim only plan. They messed around a lot & 5 days later their 'delivered by next day' promise still hasn't been met. Took ages to get through to cancel. Unnecessarily tedious too. Now the social team threaten me with -ve credit score bc I cancelled my DD. Morons.

Hi @O2 is there a way I can cancel a contract without having to wait for an hour when calling 202? Tried a couple of times now and when I first dial the message is a 15 min wait and when I say it’s to cancel the wait time goes up to an hour. Surely I can cancel by email or chat??
