  @O2 It can happen anywhere at any time. Only way I know is when I look at phone. It’s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on it’s got full signal. It’s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem

  @kokeshimum @O2 I live in Norfolk the signal is terrible here. I use EE and Vodafone (work and own phone) neither are great. Travel in Europe the phone signal is much better !

  Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis
