Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasn’t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

Last time I was with @O2 was in 2015. Left the network as it was so bad in central London of all places. Joined a week ago only for the Volt benefits, and it’s worse than before. The best I get is 3G. Not sure why @virginmedia merged with them! Ridiculous.
