    @O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 new contract taken out with a promise of amazon prime... Link doesn't work. 1st customer advisor said call back Monday and they'll speak to Amazon... So we call back and advisor says nothing can be done! Is this your customer service standard?

    @O2 I called 202 to cancel a contract set to renew 22 April 21, giving 30 days notice. Your agent has immediately cancelled the contract and now I'm unable to request a PAC code, or contact 202 to rectify this! Left without a working phone.
